Another Country in Antarctica (my brother) is going to attack me because hes pissed that I made a country In "his" land. He is bigger and stronger as a nation. Please help. Thanks

We in the Mechanocracy will act to the contrary. If your country declares independence from another, it should be prepared for retaliation of any scale, not whinge to the international community to cure its ails. Sort your problems out yourself.
