Still does not prove the fact that a smaller military could not get their little hands on advanced weaponry. How does having small numbers make you unable to achieve Nuclear Capability.

There has been no serious attempt on the part of your government to negotiate. However I am happy to say I have found a solution. Let your declaration of war stand, but offer me the promise that you will not have your ships or planes open fire until I have offered and been refused or ignored an attempt at negotiating a peaceful solution.

It is strongly advised that your government carefully consider this. It would be enormously to your government's advantage to handle things in this manner. My own government would be happy to negotiate the peace, and all you would have to do is promise not to give launch orders unless threatened with direct attack before you entered Cyllean waters or airspace. Navy Deployed As Cyllea's Aggressors Move Against Her

Early today, the navy bravely deployed all of its 19 fleets to help protect the Cyllean State against the aggressive nations of Allanea, Feichland and Gametopia. The 11 regular fleets and 8 submarine fleets have been dispersed accordingly, mainly along areas where beach landings are plausible. 'Immediate Reserves' are being called up as well. About 360,000 Infantry are in Immediate Reserve and are able to be completely called up within two days. The army and air force have also been put on high alert, and missiles have been activated, and are ready to smite the heathens trying to invade our great land. May god have mercy on their poor souls.

Tryarnian sailors were eager to see the missile launches against the local populations of Cyllea. The chemical used in the operation would be a gas state of chlorine, which would be dispersed among different Cyllean cities. President Vlasamiraz was excited, for he would win glory and honor through exterminating the Cyllean protesters. He opened his laptop and issued a decree quoting:

It is time to rise up for Tryarnia! It is time to spread the great armies of socialism! My brothers, join me in the extermination of democracy, rise up for Tryarnia and the USSR.!

He finished the letter, sending it to His subjects. He would take a stand against anarchy and disobedience against the protesters, through chemical warfare.
