Keeping the key infrastructure intact is a priority. We are toppling the dictator not flattening the entire nation. The people are rebelling against their current dictator , if we start flattening cities we will simply turn them against us and back into the enemies arms and our entire operation would have been pointless. Furthermore we need to use conventional ordinance to accomplish our goals. We need to ensure that the people don't turn against us as I already have Special Forces in one of the cities to recruit and arm rebels. Prior to an assault on the mountains we would be hitting it with just about every bomb and shell in the book. MOP's , Thermobaric warheads the works. Please apply to the RP link I posted earlier.
