Koko was sitting in a fold away chair enjoying the sunshine, while all the merchandise was being off loaded from the aircraft by her team apart from echo who was standing next to Koko her gun casually held in her hands, all of this was watched by a squad of black dragons who were there as part of the security and inspection team they periodically stopped the team and searched the crates to look for anything that wasn't meant to be there, Jonah climbed up into the cargo hold and activated the drone that's was inside he then guided it down the ramp and onto the concrete and then told it to wait, the black dragons became a little more jumpy now that a combat drone was parked directly in front of them, Jonah walked over to them and said "don't worry it's got no ammo." Then signalled to Koko that everything was off of the aircraft.

"This is Studroute four-niner-niner, commencing docking sequence." Hinker said as he cut the engines and pulled back on the throttle into reverse. The ship slowed to a halt 20 feet out from the dock and Hinker pulled into neutral and turned off the engine. That same moment, three Ski-craft speed boats came zipping around the SS Studroute, with armed guards on board. The boats pulled up to the smaller dock where they anchored the speed boats. By the time the guards had gotten up the stairs to the main dock, the walkout bridge had hit the dock and they clamped it to the dock. Hinker with two armed guards, rifles to the ready, walked onto the walkway slowly. They stepped off where the four new guards began walking in perfect unison off the dock. At the end of the pier stood two Hayabusan guards, the front two guards, agents with the United Agency or UA in suits and sunglasses flashed their badges at the guard.
"Agent Zachary, United Agents, buddy's name is Franklin. We need to speak to the head honcho around here."

Port Venroth
"Admiral William Baker is right this way."
The guards escorted the Zach American officials across the large port, weaving through buildings and small, armored underground defense tunnels. It was quite the elaborate port.
Finally, they came to a door into one of the bright, armored tunnels, which read Royal Admiral William Baker on the holographic tag at the front. They opened by giving a finger/DNA scan on the electronic knob, and it quickly unlocked.
"Sir, the Zach Americans are here to speak with you" one of the guards said as he walked into the room with the rest.

The two officers walked in a half step ahead of Admiral Hinker. Hinker shook the Hayabusan Admiral's hand and introduced himself.
"Mr. Baker, I'm Admiral Hinker, Zach American Navy. It appears that our leaders have brought us together in the hopes of a defensive plan against our enemy." He said.
Agent Zachary stepped out of the room as his phone began to ring. He picked up the call.
"Hello?"
"You guys safe in there brotha?" X-Ray, a special agent also with the UA, asked, who was on the other side of the call. Brain James or BJ Zachary replied: "Yeah, why?"
"I just got in on the SS Studroute, we need you to make sure Hinker stays in that office and is safe, we just got called to a double murder on the Studroute."
BJ couldn't believe it. "So that means..."
"There's a killer on this boat."
BJ hung up the phone and bursted into the office. "We need this place under lockdown now, two Zach American Navy Seals are dead and the killer is somewhere either on the Studroute or on this base. Were fine here for now." BJ nodded towards Hinker to continue as he shut the blinds on all windows in the room.
"Have you seen the plan yet, Mr. Baker."

SS Studroute
The four agents walked into the captain's quarters and noticed the body on the floor and the blood spattered on the glass doors towards the terrace. X-Ray bent down by the body and examined the weapon in the man's hand.
"He tried to fight back." X-Ray stated looking at the clip of the gun. "Three shots were fire from this."
"What kind of gun is it?" Agent Forge, a formal military field commander and current XCOM operative asked.
"Looks to me like an XM-122." The third of four members to the UA investigation team, Sargent James Franklin said looking at the gun with a keen eye.
The fourth member of the team, agent Maria Lee stepped over to a high-standing table and turned around. She faced Forge who still stood in the doorway.
"I'm the vic." She said, drawing her weapon. "I notice the man draw my weapon."
Forge plays along by holding his hands out as if he were holding a larger gun.
"Looking at the amount of shells here," Forge began, looking towards the ground, "This was a rifle or SMG. I begin to fire..."
"...and I duck for cover behind the bed." Lee says doing as she stated.
"This explains the line of bullet holes declining down the wall." Franklin noted.
"I peer up and fire, and hit the unsub in the leg." Lee says and Forge pretends to be shot by faking an injury and grabs his leg.
"I'm startled," Forge begins, "You think I'm unable to fire so you come at me." Lee does as Forge says. "But then I fire, killing you." Thats when Lee returns her weapon to her holster and looks at the victim, laying dead on the ground.
"The weapon had to be silenced." X-Ray began. "Otherwise more people would have heard the gunfire."
"The weapon also had to be concealable." Franklin noted. "A 361 wouldn't have done the trick."
"The only silenced SMG on this ship would be the XM5." Forge said looking at a clipboard given from him to the armory.
"Alright," X-Ray said, taking charge. "Forge, find out who checked out an XM5 before the shooting. Lee and Franklin, conduct a full analysis on the crime scene while I interview witnesses."
With that everyone went their separate ways and the investigation began.

This includes, but is not Limited to Search Probes, Aero-planes, Vahn-ships, and even Raidio-Recievers. Alsco, any attempts to threaten, or deny these laws will be considered a declaration of war, and will be treated as such. As soon as this law is taken out of place, we will notify you.

Rinika stood up and stretched her toned body after lying on the bed for a couple of hour reading a book entitled 'the advanced principles of applied alchemy" -what surprised many people is that it was a none fiction novel-, it was not a small book by any standards and Rinika had read it multiple times like the rest of the Arstozcan alchemist she could warp just about anything but she specialised in metals, iron was her personal favourite, after the stretches and several minutes of shadow and practicing her alchemy on scrap bits of metal she picked up her bag an started heading to the deck where she could get a breath of fresh air and meet up with Nico then top up on Lazarus fluid, before the ship arrived in port.

OOC alchemist need to drink Lazarus to use their powers, it's kind of a catalyst so no one can say I'm god modding

Sargent Brian Freeman stepped out of the tank and stood in front of Dr. Vahlen, Shen, and Officer Bradford.
"I admit, I was not up for this at first." Mr Shen began. "But this is fascinating." Bradford nodded in agreement as the mans eyes began to grow a bright yellow. In the faintness of his eye, a small target could be seen on his eye, which was analyzing the people in front of them.

300 vessels with the Zach American flag on the side came into the port. All of them anchoring themselves outside the Port. Second in Command, Kaleb Bombgardener pushed in on his earpiece as the ship came to a halt.
"Big B coming into Big H, do you read me?" The Commander asked.
"Loud and clear," Hinker replied from the office where he had just finished up the explanation of the plan.
"Naval fleet 4711 is anchored just outside the Studroute, we're ready when you are." Bombgardener said from the other line. Hinker smiled toward Baker.
"You ready or what?"

Port Venroth
"Let's fuckin' do this."
The entire 7th, 3rd, and 8th fleets deported from Venroth. With them was the pride and glory of the Hayabusan Royal Navy. The HS Ark Royal. It dwarfed a fighter jet and even dwarfed the larger Acacia class submarine. Ot was the greatest and most powerful battleship in service through out all pf Tychrome, its beautiful 250mm guns seeming to touch the sun. They headed south eastward, along with the Zach American fleets. Phase 1 of Operation Tsunami was in progress.

New Acacia
The 1st and 9th Royal Fleets deported from New Acacia. It had with them the Eden 7 Supership... its powers would be revealed later.

Gaidono
Royal Submarine Divisions 4,1,3, and 8 suddenly surged away from the port of Gaidono.

Hayabusa
Defenses on the western border of the mainland were heavily employed in Dvinglus and all Hayabusan central territories.

Rendezvous Point, Arctic Sea/Precusor Ocean
The two massive forces of Hayabusa and Zach America met between the Arctic Sea and Precusor Ocean. They were waiting for their admirals to give orders.

The southern star began heading in towards the dock, the massive hull cutting smoothly through the water, Rinika climbed out onto the deck her crimson hair suddenly blow out behind her by the wind, she eventually found Nico who was sitting near the bow with his rucksack lying next to him as soon as Rinika arrived he passed her a pouch containing three five hundred litre bottles of Lazarus and the medical documentation for the fluid, Nico grinned and spoke in a mixture of old and new Arstozcan which was impossible to understand unless you had been trained to use it "how are you feeling?"
Rinika replied "I'm okay, still feeling a little crappy from the rough transit, you?"

"I'm alright, you ready?"

"Always."

By this time the ship had arrived at the dock side

Fleet 4711 split off from the other Zach American and Hayabusan ships. They headed toward the Preritasian colony near Lewaiiyn, Being Constitutionalized, and Kolbenavia. The Second in Command was now the commander, Baumgart sent a trasmission to their fellow nations.

The same headline played across the jumbotrons in all of Zach America.

ZACH AMERICA TAKES ACTION WITH HAYABUSA; DEFENSES UPGRADED

All along the borders of Zach America Zach American Army soldiers began setting up large plasma ground-to-air defense systems. Naval fleet 87411 surrounded Zach America with its 900 ships, all prepared for any counter attack from the target. Border Line Defense soldiers took the lines of Zach America and were on high alert from any activity from the ground.

Fighter crafts soared through the air, ready for any combat coming their way.

Planet X/Space
Space naval fleet 8757 flew through the stary galaxy around Planet X, Their ships orbiting around the planet, making sure no enemy force could get to Zach Americas new land. XCOM in Silver, a city on planet X, was at the ready for any attacks that would call for military action.

Richardson Airfield, Zach American Air Force Headquarters, Garrine State
There she stood, tall and strong, her black armor shining in the bright sunny day in Garrine State. President Garrison looked in awe at the lime green tinted windows and perfectly polished plasma laser gun-mounts and cannons. He smiled and leaned to Commander Greg Garrison, of the Zach American Air Force and President Garrison's uncle.
"I want crew members on high alert, no one that can operate that thing leaves this base until you get the 'mission accomplished.' Do you understand?" Garrison said looking his uncle in the eyes.
"Yessir!" He exclaimed then walked away into the base. Garrison reentered his bright red Lamborghini and began his fly back to Zach City, where he would command the Naval fleets of Zach America.

So far, everything was going as planned.
