Collaboration of Allied Governments

Following the successful outcome of the Lizardiar civil war, due to the nations that decided to side with the rightful government of Lizardiar, feelings of friendship were rife.

After initial discussions with Kim Jong-Ilia and Lizardiar, The Most Serene Republic of The Master M suggests a long awaited military alliance between our nations, and any other that regard us as friends. This alliance is to be known as CAG, the Collaboration of Allied Governments. The purpose of CAG will be to provide security for our nations should we come under attack from much more powerful nations and to share technological advances, notably in the field of military research.

Any other countries wishing to join for membership of CAG should apply below.

I do not agree with the tank idea, we want to keep our own military equipment, partly because it has held our military together since independence. Anyway if all of the alliance members have to use the same equipment, how about the Type 07 Overlord Super Heavy Tank. Two 130mm cannons, gatling cannon and/or infantry bunker upgrades.

Also on the tank subject, most RL tanks are outclassed and outgunned by NS tanks, I recomend you go for one of them.

I believe that we should all use are own weaponry for our nation's millitary. In CAG operations we could use standardized weapons though. Thats just my opinion though.

Collective security is this alliances primary goal. Should the circumstance of war arise, however, it is completely acceptable to not join the conflict, even if other member countries are involved. While this is acceptable, it is frowned upon.

Though I wouldn't mind us all using one standardised equipment list, it is just that if you try to put one in then all the member nations want to have their military's equipment as the standard one, so if we are going to have a standardised list then we could somehow mix and match equipment into something suitable.

Resolution No.2 - War with OCON (Organisation of Communist Nations)

Communism is synonymous with cruelty and oppression. Communist countries also advocate (as is stated by OCON) and help start/continue communist revolutions and promote terrorism. They also seek to extend the reach of communism, mainly by invasion of sovereign countries, and this presents a very real threat to world security.

The Most Serene Republic of The Master M would like to put this, amongst other issues, to vote;

1. Whether or not to declare a state of war between CAG and OCON, effective immediately.
2. The organisations stance on communism, fascism and extremists of any sort.
3. A location for CAG headquarters.

The majority vote will decide our next course of action regarding each issue.

I believe that we should stay neutral. I have already expressed my concern with them and they politely explained that they are there to keep peace. Unless provoked to attack we need to peacefully say that we are enemies of communism.

Also, we would be happy to host the CAG HQ. The best location would be Chetopolis, our nation's capital, or Hampton, our largest city overflowing with culture

For the CAG headquarters, I propose that we all have a headquarters in our capital, so that we cannot be tracked as easily. What I mean by that is, we meet in a different country for every major meeting.

Communism and/or Stalinism is not promoted in my nation as it represents to us, a totalitarian/dictatorial regime. Socialism on the other hand promotes peace and democracy, and my nation is socialist in nature.
I am just saying the difference between communism and socialism so we don't get mixed up on it.
