for Muzztopia it was a tie between options 1 and 2 but we ultimately preferred option 2 at least for a prototype anyway.

Richard IV: *walks in and lots of cameras go off, Micheal takes a seat behind him, he clears his throat* At 11:30 Am Monday morning, Emperor Richard III's plane was shot down by a Surface to Air Missile over Antares Scorpi's Siberian province. ....Emperor Richard III and all others including Crown Princess Alexis Du font and her children(wife AND CHILDREN OF Richard IV) aboard were killed upon the impact of the Surface to Air Missile....An investigation has begun into the cause of the firing on the plane and who it was fired by. More information will be made public as it is available and to all our Regional partners rest assured Military Exercises will go on as scheduled and if we are chosen to host them with will do so with Grace.

Lastly, This is an issue that will be handled by the governments of Antares Scorpi and Muzztopia and we request no foreign involvement or intervention in the handling of this manner

there will be no need for Humanitarian aid or refugee homes as a preexisting high cooperation between Muzztopia and Antares Scorpi will make a conflict unlikely (because the Queen of Antares Scorpi is the widow of Emperor Richard III). a bipartisan investigation has already begun into the matter and a cause of this wil this and will conclude within a few months.
