- Lastly, dealing with outside applicants, how to gauge and consider interested members to the region, and accept or reject interested players
The entire program will be lengthy and intensive, require a lot of talking and planning, and will lead to a pretty simple end product: a fully functioning RP region with everything it needs to be able to start RPing right out of the gate with its own flavour of politics, grand strategies, and allegiances.
New players who want to learn about region construction will be working closely with Mentors as well as myself and Euroslavia in problem solving, setting up foundations, and how to transmit those skills into their very own RPing regions.
I’m not going to lie – it’s going to be a pretty lengthy program and it’s going to be equal parts unpleasant and exciting. However, my goal is that when you leave from this program, you know what to do and how to do it if you ever decide to go about starting up an RPing region in the future (something we highly encourage!).
