OFFICIAL DIPLOMATIC MESSAGE FROM YAKUTA

As Premier of the Federal Socialist State of Yakuta, I hereby order my nation to declare an official and unrestricted state of war upon all nations that interfere with our current war on the Federal Republic of Ostronopolis. As passed by the People's General Assembly; by a vote of 60 - 6 - 1 we reserve the right to enter into any waters of any nation we see fit, and we will continue our war upon the nation of Ostronopolis. Failure to recognize this doctrine shall, will and may result in the direct conflict between our two or more nations as hereby stated.

While we may have misunderstood the phrasing of this doctrine, we would like to note that, should the forces of Yakuta infringe upon Federal territory in any way, war will be declared and any encroaching forces will be anihilated.

With the latest pointless declaration by the latest pointless communist nation, the Commonwealth wishes to reaffirm it's sovereign right to sink each and every piece of Yakutan military shipping that enters our territorial waters.

In short, no, we don't recognise your doctrine, we don't accept your doctrine, and any Yakutan ship found within striking distance of the Adenian coastline will be given one warning before being removed.

While we have nothing but friendship to offer the Yakutan people, we must warn the government that no Yakutan military unti- land, seas air or otherwise will be allowed into our territories, maritime zones or airspace, in in any other way breach our soveriegnity, except when in accordance with international law. (i.e. A damaged ship needing medical aid or having to evacuate its crew- in that sort of case your military personel would be stripped of their weapons, the vessel inturned and the personel would be given all the medical aid they needed. All equipment and personal would be then returned to you, at your cost. We would, however, treat, feed and water them out of the goodness of our hearts until you did.) The same applies for your enemies and for all nations not directly allied to Democratic Eurasia. It is not favouritism at all- it is neutrality. We will happily continue to trade with you- and with Ostronopolis. If we may offer a word of advise we reccomend that you focus on winning your war and not atagonising other countries.

Even the noobish of nations can clearly see that this doctrine is full of (insert swear words here), and cannot be legally inforced by the nation of Yakuta. We find that the intentions are threatning and overall counterproductive to the Yakuta cause, and as a result, will drive nations to the other side of the war you are fighting. We kindly advise that you remove the doctrine immediately before this "blows up" and escalates.
In the meantime, we will stop, and seize any naval, aircraft, or communications satelight within our national borders that "flies you flag". We will also send Medical aid to Ostronopolis as this enraging document has lead us to support their side of your war.

On Behalf of His Royal Majesty King Victor Jackson the Third,

I am instructed by His Majesty to advise the world that, upon receiving this utter insult of an announcement from the Communist scum in Yakuta, that any Yakutan military vessels or military aircraft that approach within three hundred miles of Faustian waters or airspace will be engaged, and either seized or destroyed outright. Additionally, Yakutan civilian shipping presently within Faustian waters will be seized. That this barbaric country would not only declare that it has the right to enter sovereign Faustian territory with military forces at any time, but that His Highness must submit to these demands or face war is absolute lunacy. His Royal Majesty rejects these demands outright, and invites the Godless heathens in Yakuta to attempt to enforce them upon us.

Any Yakutan-flagged civilian aircraft or Yakutan nationals already in His Majesty's domains will be permitted to leave over the next 96 hours. Any civilians that arrive after this grace period will be detained until the conclusion of hostilities between Yakuta and Ostronopolis. Those Yakutans presently within His Highness' realm that chose to remain here will not be detained, unless they break Faustian law. After reviewing this statement, Greater Americania has decided that for the duration of the war, all Yakuta vessels, military of civilian are no longer welcome in NFGA waters. Any ship Yakutan ship discovered in your waters will be boarded, it's crew members arrested, and the ship itself confiscated until the end of this war. Yakutan ships currently in GA waters have 1 full day to leave, before being confiscated. We will be doing because of your threats of naval actions which we view as reckless. We advise you not to do so. Any naval attack on the Nationalist Federtion will result in a declaration of war.

Official Kagetorian Response to Yakutan "War Doctrine

The Kagetorian Maritime Armed Forces will outright destroy any Yakutan military craft that enter Kagetorian territorial waters and said craft will be considered a declaration of war, and the contents of any civilian craft of Yakutan origin will be seized.

Any civilian craft currently in Kagetorian waters have 24 hours to leave before seizure.

We will act in a live and let live manner towards the nations involved in this conflict. However, if we recieve reports that either side has been harrassing any of our aerial and sea going vessels, we will demand strict sanctions against both sides, reinforced by a multi lateral force including the Korintari Space Defense Corps. With the latest bouts of wars going on one nation has made it their intention to piss off the international community. This comming from a 'War Docterine' that was passed within the Federal Socialist State of Yakuta in which the docterine says that the militaries of Yakuta can enter any territory that they feel is nessicay to combat their enemy. A rush of remarks have flown around from the international community, while the membership of the Commonwealth of Independant Nations has remained silent. The Shazbotdom Empire broke that silence today in an interview with SNN in which Undersecretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Henry Armbruster, sat down and spoke with me one on one after a prolonged 6 hour meeting with the Supreme Emperor and the rest of the Joint Cheifs of Staff.

In the interview, Mr. Armbruster stated, "The Shazbotdom Empire, in it's entirety, will not fall and bow to any nation in which demands by their national law the violation the soverignty of the Empire." Going on to state that the Supreme Emperor himself is "giving full authorization to the coastal defences to blow any Yakutian Naval Vessel from the face of the earth" if they set their course an inch inside of Shazbotdom Naval Space. Aircraft of the Yakutian Military are also open targets for anti-air batteries and the air-superiority fighters of the Shazbotdom Marine Crops Air Division.

Mr. Armbruster also went on to state that "if the Federal Socialist State of Yakuta wishes to file a formal complaint with the Shazbotdom Empire for any naval vessels that went missing within the territories of the Shazbotdom Empire or any of her colonies, then they can contact us through the standard diplomatic channels." Shortly after the 6 hour meeting, Marine Air Command scrambled more than 400 SA-32A's into the air that are now on standard rotations around Shazbot Island while satelites are watching for any vessels of Yukatian origin within a 500 Kilometer radius of the Shazbotdom Empire.

Although there has been no official declaration posted to the international community as of yet by the Shazbotdom Empire, one is expected within the next 48 hours.

Public Oppinion
With this news reaching the public, I hit the streets of the Shazbotdom City of Berwin to get the oppinion of the general public. Many people didn't know what to think about the situation, but many people did have close to the same oppinion, as depicted below.

"With the passing of this stupid 'docterine' by the facist idiots in Yakuta, they are not hated by me."
"This is the stupidest thing that the government of Yakuta could do."
"Veritas Omnia Vincit. I hope we wipe any of those bastards off the planet if they come too close to our home."

Such oppinions were found to be most common thought the Empire. We also will find that the same standard oppinions will probably be the same in the colonies of Alraibris, Bolrasha, Halnara and Shazbotdom Miroxia.
