CAE Peace Summit [A Revolution is Brewing..... Semi-Open]

After weeks of conflict in the Central Africa Empire between Government loyalists and her allies against the rebels and their supportors, the region has gotten tense. With conflicting interest and a new communist CAE nation, the Democratic Communist Republic of Central Africa it seems war may break out again on a much larger scale. Noticing that everybody wants peace and wants what's best for the people of Central Africa. Luna Springfield, wife of President Negi Springfield (Spoiler is Negi)

of the Anime Reality Republic of Flardania (A.G.K.F) suggested calling the leaders of all parties involved to a peace summit on neutral Flardanian soil. To avoid politics getting involved rather than hosting the summit in the capital Megalo Mesmbria, Pres. Springfield chose the laid back Peaceful city of Altomare
as the venue. He hopes that the peaceful atmosphere and the inspiration of the leaders seing each other in person can bring humanity, reason, and peace to the conflict.

I Would like to invite you all to the pace summit I am hosting in Altomare. It is a peaceful location so which i hope will be a constanmt reminder of our objective. I also ask that the leaders come themselves and not their advisors. A leader seeking peace in person increases the odds of said peace being accomplished and \ it allows enough trust to believe peace is possible. To assure your safety each nation is allowed to bring 11 of their best soldiers as security. With a max of two causal weapons (ex: glock, desert egale, pump shotgun)

When President of Archnar and General Secretary of the Communist Party, Alexander Morrow recieved word of the Peace Summit he was delighted. Archnar had ended all military action in the Central African Empire (CAE) with the sole exception of border gaurds in the DCRCA (Democratic Communist Republic of Africa), the country founded by the Red Army and Archnar aligned rebels. The peace however is precarious considering a recently failed criminal attack on a CAE border gaurd almost resulted in full all out war if the DCRCA people's police hadn't given full cooperation in the investigation. Hopefully this would help to further cement it.

As Alexander looked out from his small taxi cab in Altamore, he was suprised at his relatively relaxed peaceful idealic surroundings. It looked like many of the towns and small cities in Archnar (that differed heavily from Archnar's capitol aswell) Being relaxed and extremley happy from the small joint he had at the begining of the long trip (though still with a rational mind and only slightly buzzed) he walked up to the place of the meetings. He liked how for once he was visiting an informal meeting whitch really did suit his charector better. While being the leader of gaint Communist Power and a bloody Revolutionary at just 21, he was still a laid back young man. He walked in showed his hospitalities to Luna Springfield

Archnar wasn't in anyway controlling the political decisions of the DCRCA despite essentially building the country to a 1st world country from scratch via massive investments in there rapidley progressing, developing, industrializing Socialist Planned Economy. The DCRCA politically generally followed Archnar's lead thanks to massive public support for the industrializations and aid. Alex wasn't really sure what kind of person this central African Communist PrimeMinister was other than being much older.

Prime Minister Jean-Luck was a quite jovial fellow and about a like the Archnarian leader you could get other than age. He was in a paticularley cheerful manner today since he just loved the people of this city. He had personally lived through months of civil war, violence and bloodshed only for that to all end abruptly with the peaceful Socialism that insude he never would have believed possible. But now, in a city with people so laid back yet respectfully kind, and most importantly peaceful. Just walking through the streets was an inspiration to him and could not stop his big bearish chuckling whenever he talked to these people.

He gave the Springfelds a big bearhug each that slightley starled them as he chuckled his way inside.

"I brought my people's best moonshine just for the occassion."
The young Archnarian bursted into uncontrollable laughter before collecting himself and replying "Thank's but I'll pass"
The Central African leader leaned over at his young comrade and asked "Whatever your smoking I'd like a breifcase of it"
Once again the President found himself laughing his ass off before finally retorting with "Nah way, what would happen my nation's restarents if I gave away there 'special' secret ingredient"
The DCRCA priministe then took his turn of irrestistable laughter, it was alot of fun goofing off waiting for other leader.

Praeceptor Williams enjoys a cup of coffee inside one of the cafes of this city as he sits back in the sofa. This is one of the few moments when he has some time to himself and he's gonna make the most of that short time. Since this was meant to be a peace conference he didn't bring any guards along with him. He could handle himself. As Williams finishes his cup of coffee and pays the bill, he begins to walk down the street towards where the peace conference was meant to be held. But as he walked down the street, he noticed a particularly large man conversing with many different people as he walked inside a building. But his size wasn't what he noticed, it was the pin he was wearing. As soon as he saw the DCRCA pin he assumed that was where the Conference was being held.

When he walked inside to see the man drinking moonshine along with other diplomats he couldn't help but laugh...

W: Ha! I hope you all didn't start the party without me!

[Archnar]

Praeceptor Williams, cough, cough giggle, come on in. Just wai'ng for everybody to arrive. talk about the news, weather, politics how colorful this city is, or maybe that's just the weed, or both? I'm not really sure to be honest.

Now, if he's bringing out the moonshine I just gotta compete. My people's best grass, and I don't mean the kind that grows on your lawn."
A few more minutes pass by waiting for the next leader/delegate, the first arrivals resort to joke telling
...so that's when I say, no you're just looking in a mirror!!!" explained the DCRCA prime minister. It was so bad even the alcohol and pot didn't even make it funny.

Awkward jokes turned to genuine discussions on peace though with some rather creative anologies.
"War is like my great uncle fobe, you can use him and tolerate his nonsense for awhile but eventually you can't take it and you dump him back on my great aunt."

I hope you all enjoying yourselves as planned we are still awaiting some of the other major fractions once Blawell, Vastime and The King Arrive we will start. In the mean time can I get you anything?

"Ya, I'd like world peace with a side of fries please." The president chuckled with contentment, he acted really kidlike while high. "I don't know what goes good with weed? Something yummy would be just great." more laughs insude. "What do you have?" the archnarian asked as he relaxed back sighing into his seat.

Meanwhile the DCRA leader was only very slightly drunk as he had largely developed an immunity to it over his lifetime.
"You know I once led an entire battalion of troops into battle when nothing to eat for 40 days."
"How?"
"You tell them the capital building is filled with your favorite meal and that the king has been keeping you hungry. Best way to win a war."
"I guess it's like they say Peace Land and Bread"

The king walked in, with his ESU guard force, numbering about 10 men. "Hello! I'm here for the negotiations!" Taking a good look around the meeting room, he noticed there was moonshine being passed about, and he also had something to add to the party. "Guards! Bring out the lemons!" He commanded while sitting back into his chair. He then took a glass of moonshine, squirted some lemon juice in it, and drank. He really enjoyed it. "Hey guys!" He yelled. "Pass me a joint! And while your at it, try the moonshine with lemon!" Now the only people they were waiting for were the delegates of Vastime and Blawell, and then, we could all get down to business.

N: It seems vastime and blawell still haven't shown up and they are a key fractor in these talks. Let wait a little bit and if none of the two show up we will start and they will just join in.

Attention you are heading to Megalo Mesmbria. The conference is being held in Altomare which you have past hours ago. Since you will not be able to make the three hours back we advise you turn south and refuel in Port Nathalia.

Meanwhile on the top floor lounge in the Ketcham Pavilion in central Altomare

N: So it seems that the queen is not showing up in person and her bro and mother are coming. Also they seemed to have gotten lost and thought we were holding this in the capital. The A.G.K.F airforce is redirecting them back towards here. I suggest we all sober up since we will begin as soon as their diplomatic team arrive.

Archna's president upon hearing this news took one last big toke and threw the joint away. After a little while he was had regained his facalties and was ready for the negotiations.Slightly disappointed the fun had ended the Young Leader announced "Man!, now I gotta act normal"

The apparently sobre DCRCA prime minister (in what apeared to be incredible tolerance to native liqor) was still just as chearful.

The specially built Falcon-S make a short stop for a quick refuel at Port Nathalia then immediately head to Altomare.

During the brief stop-over at Port Nathalia, a lucky paparazzi get a quite clear photo shot of Suki and Tatsu, mother and brother of Queen Lissette. Her age is in the 50's range but she's looking really good.

The 2 photos quickly hit the web and spread like cancer in Blawell. Mean while the Falcon-S carrying the diplomatic group continue to rocket to the city of Altomare.

Finally the Falcon-S landed at the main airport of Altomare and the Blawellan diplomat group immediately get transport to the peace summit in a convoy of armored luxury sedans...When they arrived at the summit, 8 elite Imperial agents dressed in black suites and red ties quickly surrounded the 2 main characters and escort them into the building. Suki and Tatsu enter the summit, Suki greets everyone with a soft smile while Tatsu keeps his straight face. Both of them proceed to give every leader a polite hand-shake.

As the Falcon S arrived at the airport in Altomare the diplomatic team found two 1960 chevolet bel-airs equiped with GPS set with directions to the Ketcham Pavilion.

Tudor Davies, ex-Marine an newly appointed Foreign Minister, arrives to represent the rebels, and the nation of Chalkia, one of their main sponsors. He makes a move towards Alexander Morrow of Archnar, to discuss the future of the DCRCA.

The king quickly tossed his joint in the nearest trash can, noticing the guests have arrived, and had pulled out a bulletin with a list of demands, which were:

1. Immediate disbandment of the DCRCA as an independent state (its new status will be unincorporated territory of the CAE)
2. Surrender of all rebel forces to the nearest authority;
3. The countries that supported the rebels must pay reparations to the government (which can be paid off via investments)

and in turn...

1. The king will establish a constitutional monarchy, but he will be head of the house.
2. The High court will try any offenders on both sides that committed atrocities during this conflict;
3. And, in turn, A force of peacekeepers will be formed, meant to keep the peace, if necessary.

W: Well those terms may seem somewhat acceptable, but would you care to explain why you had assassins INSIDE one of our bases King?

The room fell completely silent...

As silence fell on the room the president's mind was hyperactive. "This guy is really asking alot!" The opposite of the ceasfire deal where the Archnarians got everything they wanted and more from the start.

In the buzzling of his thoughts the Communist Leader was considering the demands. He honestly didn't care what happened to the war criminals on either sides as without the war the criminals wouldn't be likely to repeat there crimes, so why lock them up? He had little interest in Retribution, how would a few nameless war criminals being locked up deter others internationally. "What's the point"? He thought.
The other supposedly positive point was largely negative for Archnar and the DCRCA, "Peaceforce that just means military" the president considered inside his mind."Oh and there going to try them in there courts not ours, how just this is." Constitutional Monarchy was an improvement but seriously the difference between a Bouisois Capitalist Monarchy and a slightly more democratic Bouisois Capitalist Monarchy were small and not possible to measure.

On the issue of the DCRCA, was the main issue of the most importance. They had sighned a Peacefire, had developed a demiliterized zone, and built up and entire country with State agencies, elections, economic policies, constitutional rights and this was all going to be swept away for a return to Capitalism. Unacceptible. On the other issues he couldn't give up rebels they had done nothing wrong and many had DCRCA citizenship and had retired on the back of government subsidies. He didn't even know who was civilian and who was a former rebel. He definetly wasn't supporting a Capitalist Monarchy with funds (unless to intentionally hyperinflate there economy)

However on the outside of his head the Archnarian president was casual and not showing the slightest bit of self debate. He leaned over to the DCRCA prime minister and handed him a note saying 1: Obviously No, 2: Can't if I wanted to, 3: I'd Rather not. Pro 1: Kinda Yes, 2: In your court?NO 3: military? It clearly transmitted Archnar's position wich unsuprisingly aleigned perfectly with the independent African Nation.

Williams shakes his head...

W: Be that as it may, Konstantinye hadn't taken any action against the king. We were still neutral, in fact we still are. So the fact that the king intended to assassinate one of my officials is something worth discussing.

"Remove the DCRCA? Are you mad?" Tudor screamed across the table. "I've never been a fan of communist republics, but they are by far the lesser of two evils in this situation."

His aide tapped him on the shoulder, to remind him to calm down.

"As for War Reparations, what about all the men we have lost as well? What about Ysbail, who was assassinated while trying to negotiate with your rebels?"

[Archnar]

"I think you already know our position on the DCRCA" the President announced refering not only to his own position but also the prime minister's.
"It cannot go, that is an unnegoitiable point." the young leader announced calm and collected.
"And in terms of this 'peacekeepers' I should very like to know more details.On the matter of handing over rebel forces, you know just as well as I do that Archnar has not fought alongside them and many are now retired DCRCA citizens. Further Archnar will not invest one dollar in you bouisois economy as we did not fight alongside the rebels (except in spirit). Overall your proposal is heavily flawed."
