Meanwhile in the Bayan Punungan, Cavite city, Asigna Philippines

The Punungan palace was built in the year 2045 during the later stages of the Erin Terten regime in the Philippines. It's location has been set in Cavite after concluding that the Manila capital region had no more space left for building new structures. Its walls are made out of marble and reinforced concrete. The following year after it was constructed and before it could even be used its central tower collapsed in a 6.5 magnitude earthquake. It had to undergo repairs before it could be used the following year (2047). From that day on, it had regarded as the Asigna party headquarters, capitol and Punungan or the main residence of the punong (leader) of Asigna Philippines.Due to it being located in Cavite, the city where it resides has been dubbed as the informal capital city of the bayan.'

- This page will serve as RPing what happens in the capitol of Asigna Philippines. If you decided in all madness to attack the capitol directly then you first have to RP bypassing the defenses that come before it. That will only be possible by declaring war on Asigna Philippines or by sending in elite agents capable of bypassing the immigration process.

Zaheer Abbas, as he came in the airport, said "Wow. This is lovely" soon, he went with his Jaguar XJ, brought by a C130,and went all the way to Melachang Palace.

Now, they are waiting for the palace gates to open.

[Asigna]

The gate was opened for the president by the security personnel of the punong (leader). He is greeted by a female Filipino secretary which leads him to Terten's office. The interior of the house was noticeably adored immaculately by mahogany wood which has carvings showing all nothing but Asigna propaganda glorifying Terten and his people.

By the hallway, Terten was already there. Terten noticed Abbas from the side of his eye.

"Welcome, welcome. Mabuhay (long live forever) to you Abbas. I would like to rather start this conversation in my office. I suppose your here to propose a ceasefire. Pretty not my choice."

[Huda]

As they went to the office, Zaheer said, "I just do not want a whole war that will exhaust the forces and destroy cities. However, this is just my idea. Nothing big."

[Asigna]

"This war has been my business and i take it upon myself, i don't force you to fight it along with me, i only ask you of your support. An eye for an eye an a tooth for a tooth."

Terten replied.

[Huda]

"Ah...okay. I agree. We shall be dispatching about 2300 soldiers and Varcolac Airwing

[Asigna]

"That was a fast decision. I assumed that you would argue with me just like my generals."

Terten replied with a smirk.

[Huda]

"Actually, you got Huda back by aiding our civil war, so we will help you." Zaheer said sharply

[Asigna]

"I'll be opening the palace up for the Das-huslandics if they still want to sign that ceasefire."

Terten then waved Zaheer a goodbye returning to his office to resume to his work.

[Huda]

Soon, Zaheer left and went home.

[Das-husland]

A black osprey soon arrived on the horizon. It had refueled midflight once. As it landed on the helipad, the doors opened and Jebediah got out. He waited for a moment as his two minders got out, both armed with FNP90s. Jebediah carried a briefcase with him. He smiled at all the delegates.

[Asigna]

The delegates are to be greeted by the secretaries sent by Terten. However, it seems that Terten went on his trip to the war torn area in South Rothinzil to proclaim it's annexation. So, Terten is not around, rather, he sent his deputy to become punong in charge while he is not around.

The secretaries will lead the delegates to the conference room.



Where there is only one person.



The naib (deputy) of Terten himself, Ermund Panganiban. He is notorious for his serious and non expressive behaviour. The only person known to openly oppose Terten's ideas.

[Das-husland]

Jebediah and his minders slowly walked inside, the minders went first, carefully scanning the room and making sure that there were no traps or anything at all to harm Jebediah. Jebediah then sat quietly and waited for the others to join them.

[Asigna]

"Ehem...So, you must be the delegate of Das-husland?

It's a pleasure to meet you, i'm Terten's naib."

Panganiban then shook hands with Jebediah in pleasure. But as Panganiban attempted to initiate the conversation. The door openned up and in came...Terten, the hailed punong (leader) of Asigna Philippines. With surprise, Ermund stood up, raised his right hand with a clenched fist and shouted. "Mabuhay Terten!" (Hail and long live Terten!)

As it was known, this as the Filipino salute that the Asignas use to greet each other. Terten replied with a smirk when he saw the Das-huslandic delgate sitting with them in the room. Being escorted by a few uniformed KK (the Asigna paramilitary) agents, Terten removed his damp raincoat and sat on the chair nearest to him.

Terten shakily removed his glasses and spoke.

"Okay, anyone who is not a delegate, leave the room."

people leave the room, as well as the minders and the bodyguards of Terten. Though his deputy stays in the room. Terten then grabbed a clipboard with files in it and started speaking to Jebediah.

" Ah so, you must be the Das-huslandic delegate. You should know your leader is making me sick. Sick with all the lies, treachery, betrayal as well as multiple counts of violation to international law..."

*Slams clipboard to the table*

"You know i still have business in another country yet you dare add another one for us to take care of. By declaring war on us that makes Asigna Philippines at war with 2 nations. Peste (Damn) as if South Rothinzil isn't enough and hard."


Terten intiated a conversation

[Das-husland]

Jebediah plonked his briefcase on the desk and opened it. He withdrew a sheath of papers, and slammed the lid of the case shut, placing it back on the floor by his feet.

He looked over at Terten, and smiled saying in english "Well met. I assume that you are Terten as you fit his description." He slid over a piece of paper. "here are my credentials from the international courts. I apologise for my leader's actions. Our translators aren't working correctly. We had the engineers working on them, but I'm afraid without software" Jebediah trailed off.


He pulled three papers out from the pile. "Here are the multiple counts of criminal activity you have been accused of, as well as the breaking of a signed cease fire and attempted invasion of Das-Husland sovereign soil. We warned you of the consequences of bombing the capital city of South Rothanzhil, and you called our bluff, when we did not bluff. You have already killed three hundred and fifty thousand Das-Husland naval personel, civilians and our last count was over 500 foreign nationals who were not part of any fighting."

"You crippled 3 submarines, you destroyed 4 ships, and worst of all, you violated Das-Husland airspace".

He slammed his normal hand into the desk so hard it began to bleed. Jebediah ignored it.

"Das-Husland is willing to grant you amnesty, but guar....." he trailed off. He said "excuse me, I must answer my cell".

[Asigna]

Terten coughed in shock. He then just implied with a submissive "Touché... ".
Ermund, his deputy, was in shock and tried to relieve the tensions between the two individuals. Even when Jebediah was in his cell, he still went to his proposition.

"Anyway, what the punong was trying to say other than the things that were quite repulsive was that we wanted to talk the ceasefire out with you. So... All we wanted was peace an-" *Terten leaves the room*
"*Erm..ehem...Erhem...erh...ehem...hack..cough..* as i was saying, we want peace and we do not want further casualties from both sides. Whether it be military or civilian. Isn't it true that why we governments exist is to maintain the progress and order of our people? Not war? If we are really that government...we would be both willing to dampen the heat before it turns into fire. This "war" between our nations is just a matter of misunderstanding....i mean...*Ermund looks around*...*Whispery voice* our punong has gone insane...that bastard is always blaming us for the mistakes that he himself makes...were beginning to become through of this guy *Whispery voice*
So?"

*Ermund then hands Jebediah a washcloth to wipe his bleeding hands and a Status quo ante bellum (End the war with no one winning) document.*

"We think that it should be us that makes the first move, it is fitting and proper that we should do this. Your stance for your people is something i respect old man."

[Das-husland]

Jebediah quickly answers his cell phone. "Yes, we are in the....of course milord. They want a peace....of course, whats that?" He hung up, and took the cloth gratefully, wiping down his knuckles briskly. He also took the document.

His face creased into an even more horrific scarring as he read the document, though he still maintained a ruse of peacefulness. "we want peace, as war cuts into profits, We are willing to initiate a trading depot in Asigna, though our Civil protection will be involved as security. However, what halts the punong from breaking that peace as he did previously?"

"for the moment, as a gesture of good faith, Das-Husland will halt all military buildup against Asigna. We will not fire on IFF with Asignan identities, any unknowns will be fired upon. Finally, we will not launch any military strikes upon Asigna territory." he said.

Jebediah opened the briefcase, and opened the special lid, quickly using his portable telefax to inform the Commander-in chief Doctadeth of the Developments.

[Asigna]

"As so...what do you think of this document? Are you even minding it?"

Ermund complained as Jebediah is still stuck to his cell. But as he realized that it was actually him who is not paying attention, Ermund took back what he said.

"Oh! You asked a question. He did not know about the ceasefire you handed us before he launched the surprise attack on your ports. I might be surprise...we practically all are. Other nations could have taken this as an excuse to declare direct total war against us. But you...no. We thank you for your patience. It might as well had saved millions of lives. We don't want war. As for Terten being a bastard, he is just so furious and vengeful on everyone since his military defeat on South Rothinzil. Now, since victories are being mad,e he is practically walking with a joyful heart."

[Das-husland]

Jebediah responded "Victory in war does equate to rising profits, bringing about more monies, more trade and of course more lives to annex. But, by averting war in this case, we see a greater profit in creating trade with you."

Jeb sighed "we ask that you stand down any forces en-route to attack us, or terminate them. We have confidential information that a flight of stealth vehicles have begun an attack run, my sources are private I'm afraid. We appreciate any help you have in cutting off those vehicles and destroying them. But, I will also add this. If you are willing to dampen the flames of Punong's wrath against Das-Husland, then Das-Husland will sign up a mutual peace agreement, and mutual trade pact. As for now, We will be willing to enact a Mutual Non-agression Pact. No build-up of forces against one another. No fine print."

[Asigna]

Ermund understood that one of his allies decided to go rogue on attacking Das-husland. It will be every hard work to convince them into settling down. "We hope that the rogue attack by one of our allies would not threaten the progress of this peace talk. We've come from a long way." Ermund then went to get some wine on the cabinet of the conference room. He gave Jebediah a glass and also got one for himself. "Come on. Drink. This will relax us down for a while." While Jebediah hesitated for a while. Ermund drank the wine himself to prove it wasn't poisoned or anything. "You still don't trust us? After everything we did for you?" Ermund exclaimed jokingly.

[Das-husland]

(ooc - sorry for the length of time gone...been asked to FIFO a week early so I've gotta get ready, and gotta wrap this up)

Jebediah chuckled and responded "Depending on how this strike goes, we may or may not be in peace. If our civilians are hit, we will respond in a huge way".

"Das-Husland will be returning to it's roots as a non-agressive nation. We seek not to assault other countries based on ethnicity or amount of citizens, but as part of a campaign of non-agression."

Things are to be discussed in the bayan Punungan palace briefing room in where the foreign ministress and the diplomacy task force has is waiting. The attendance of the delegates from the following countries are expected.

A notice is dispatched from Das-Husland in response:

To whom it may concern in charge of Asigna. Your imperialistic ways and your continued breaking of conventions of combat by any means warranted voids our trade deals. As of today, we are impounding your trade caravans, our civil protection officers are arresting your merchants.

We will henceforth also refuse access to our diplomatic channels.

[Asigna]

Terten woke up with the message and others woke up along with him too. They all then struggled and cramped on each other to read the letter like children until the foreign ministress shouted for everyone to calm down. Of course, being like the responsible tough girl, everyone, including Terten went back to their orderly ways.

Terten was then surprised that while he was willing to withdraw troops from the islands, he seems to have been forced back into cowering for defense.

"Should we now take action to defend the bayan?" Terten asked bluntly with a worried face.

"No my punong. We should wait for others to reply as well." Replied the ministress.

Terten groaned in tire then fell back to sleep.
