The People's Republic of Koscia have been informed of the attack on your royal family members. The Central Committee is currently assessing the situation to determine the PRK's course of action. In the time being we will be on high alert for terrorist attacks however we have not yet decided to condemn the action.

The Communist Party of the People's Republic of Koscia advises Qubec to take careful action against the insurgents, and will be observing further developments closely.

The Cabinet of Tobys Great Britain have met in an emergency meeting under the decree of War Protocol. It has been decided that 5,000 troops will be sent into Qubec immeditely to secure the situation, open investigations and protect the Empire basically.

To the King of Qubec,

The Republic of Boulovor condemns the Qubecan government. Qubec retains a monarchical governmental system, which is unacceptable to Boulovor. It's policies are imperialist and Darellwrong; its refusal to enter the world by rejecting the World Assembly, it's possession of nuclear weapons against all international nuclear treaties, and it's "Hunger Games" policy that violates human and children's rights convention worldwide.

The Boulovor Government issues an ultimatum in regards to these policies:

1. Qubec will hand over it's nuclear weapons stockpile to the international community, and revoke it's right to enrich uranium higher above the amount required for nuclear weapons,
2. Qubec will submit to WA policy and declarations,
3. Qubec will end it's "Hunger Games", and obey human rights conventions.

Failure to comply with these demands will result in military action from the nations of Boulovor and Koscia. In the mean time, the Boulovorian government will assist the militia in their rebellion against Qubec's harsh policies.

You as a nation do not have the right to decide what another does. Under World Assembly #2 you do not have the right to infringe on what the King decides to do with his subjects.

The Principle of National Sovereignty:

Article 1 § Every WA Member State has the right to independence and hence to exercise freely, without dictation by any other NationState, all its legal powers, including the choice of its own form of government.

Article 2 § Every WA Member State has the right to exercise jurisdiction over its territory and over all persons and things therein, subject to the immunities recognized by international law.

Article 3 § Every WA Member State has the duty to refrain from unrequested intervention in the internal or external economic, political, religious, and social affairs of any other NationState, subject to the immunities recognized by international law.

As of now the First International Security Division (F.I.S.D.) comprised of thousands of men and machines from the Guards Army, Royal Marine Corps., Royal Navy, and Imperial Air force are being moved in to deployment bases.

To The King of Qubec,

The People's Republic of Koscia on behalf of itself and the Republic of Boulovor formally withdraws it's ultimatum and military threat in compliance with World Assembly Resolution #2. Boulovor is currently considering removing support and sponsoring of freedom militias in Qubec, however the PRK is not considering removing support without further diplomatic arrangements.

The PRK however continues to condemn Qubec's rejection of international policy and children's rights abuses in their so called "Hunger Games" (under WA #222). It requests that Qubec considers these international conventions and join the WA and the international community.
