A DIRECT DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST THE DOMINION OF SOUTH ROTHINZIL

Signed by the Supreme Chancellor of the Gulf Empire on the Twenty Fifth day of the ninth of month in the year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Thirteen in the Stateroom of the Imperial Palace in the city of Lima in the State of Peru in the Gulf Commonwealth of South America, under the rulership of the Gulf Empire

HEREBY,
THE Gulf Empire, deeming it necessary, shall declare full and open war with the Dominion of South Rothinzil for the following reasons:
-They have violated the sovereignty of nations by imposing their democratic ideals by military force upon other nations, regardless of the cultural or popular approval of the standing governments and are following in evil role of the former and evil United States of America.

-They have committed thousands of heinous crimes against civilians by engaging peaceable countries in military conflicts which overthrow the governments and create a state of anarchy, allowing for murder and theft to happen while denying the people their fundamental necessities until the war is won. They have overthrown dictatorial regimes that have popular support for democracies that don't have popular support

-They have directly attacked the Gulf Empire's Allies by destroying our greatest ally, the Derman Iles who have proved to be worthy allies when they cooperated and brought a fugitive of the Gulf Empire to justice. They did nothing condemnable yet they were attacked by Rothanzil and their country is still recovering yet while this happens, the Rothanizilian government initiated a world war in an attempt to make peace.

-They have refused our diplomatic and peaceable hand by turning down Gulf Imperial Minister of State Joseph E. Corbell's proposal to simply withdraw troops and promise not to harass nations again and have instead, chosen to continue to push their agenda and finish destroying the nations of Alorianistan and Nanovia.

THEREFORE with determined dignity, the GULF EMPIRE DECLARES A STATE OF WAR BETWEEN THE GULF EMPIRE AND SOUTH ROTHANZIL and the GULF EMPIRE shall use all military forces available and all weapons possible to force South Rothanzil onto their knees. The Gulf Empire except nothing from South Rothanzil except unconditional surrender and the execution of their devious leader, President William the "Righteous" Sr.

Early Wednesday afternoon, Fleningrad Grand Kremlin Red Palace. The commissar was doing work, while his wife worked at his side. All of a sudden, Commissar Stubbs's personal and most trusted Aid, Lt. Connor entered swiftly through the room;

"Sir, this has just come in from The Gulf Empire. They have declared war on South Rothinzil."
"WHAT?"
"Sir, they have declared war on our #2 greatest enemy."
"Holy shit. This could be our chance. We could bring them down, while their armies are still overseas. This is a golden opportunity."
"It is sir."
"We need to first gather ally support, and give a well deserved payback to our enemy, who DESTROYED HALF our country, and had help kill our comrade citizens. We will get involved. Even though we are 200,000 men short, we will fight on. I am planning to pull out of Nanovia and have our armed forces fully engulfed into South Rothinzil."
"But sir, what if they decide to invade us as well?"
"The home defense guard of 1.1 million people will protect us, and our remaining armed forces into the area will also keep them at bay. We have also completed our military defenses on all land in Alorianistan, so a foreign invasion will not happen as easy as the last two times. Alore is almost 75% re-built, and as ordered, communist apartment blocks are not to be built. We are basically re-building and repairing the damaged historical, and other buildings destroyed by the nuke and the invasion of the island."
"Ahh. That should protect us from any invasion."
"BUT, we are going to set up a communist government. We will be there to bring down the government, set up a more "stricter" government, and we will help re-build their country, just like the Americans did after World War two, in hopes of creating a satellite state, The Socialist People's Republic of South Rothinzil, and hopefully strengthening relations. However, we would like to contact Rothinzil to help us, but im afraid that they will attempt to annex the country, while we would want to turn it into a communist republic when the would ends (if it ends)."

2 min later on the phone.The emperor is in a limo at the S.R capital.

Minister: Sir aloristan is moving in force towards S.R as we speak.
Emperor: What?Oh dear not again.Listen here i give you the permision to deploy an entire teather of forces for the defence of S.R while they finish off other wars.
Minister: Yes sir.It will be done.

30 minutes later at the meeting of the generals in the MOD Building
Minister: Gentlamen as you can see they think that they will have the right to attack the nation.I do not think so.The emperor has autorised me to deploy a full teather of forces in the defence of S.R against aloristan.So i am open for sugestions on what we should send down there.
General of the Army Vladimir Kotevski: Well for once we can move in with the force we are used to.I sugest....
The conversation continued for several hours until they ironed out what would be deployed to S.R against aloristan.

OOC:Take a look at the fleet.Not sure that gulf over here and aloriaristan can take anything like that head on.
Also the person under attack S.R told him to wait a bit for the RP as he was busy with other RP but no he had to move ahead.Plus the emperor is on a state visit to S.R and the empire is going to defend him.Plus aloristan and the empire have unsetteled scores from the past and this Rp is all against him.Thats the only reason why i am here and in such force.

They need food. They need shelter. Those aircraft? They need fuel too. Not to mention the fact that you have an impressive number of tanks and IFVs. Where are they going to get their ammunition? Fuel? I mean, your fleet is going to be busy providing naval support AND defending supply lines. Pretty sure that the fleet is going to be stretched thin doing all that.

Crisis in South Rothinzil

The Dominion of South Rothinzil has been a very occupied state lately. The government had to work on improving the "healing" economy and hosting wars in Nanovia and Alorianistan as part of the Global War on Dictatorship. After the successful wars in Derman Iles and Stahn, President William the Righteous, Sr and the rest of the South Rothinzilian government had put all the efforts into continuing the War in Alorianistan, until it ends with coallition's victory. However, dispite the War in Stahn being successful, it had caused a spillover, which is the current ongoing armed conflict between Nanovia and South Rothinzil. South Rothinzil invaded Nanovia in attempt to disarm the country of the dangerous, internationally banned weapons, it obtained. The official disarming of Nanovia was a legislation, passed by the South Rothinzilian Parliament and it had to be conducted. With the support of the allies, the South Rothinzilian Army began battle operations against Nanovia.

However, the war against Nanovia, seemed to have triggered another problem and a serious one.....since it could change South Rothinzil forever. Ever since the beginning of Nanovia–South Rothinzil War, President William the Righteous, Sr has received multiple telegrams from the Imperial government of the Gulf Empire with threats of invasion of South Rothinzil by the Gulf Empire. Despite these threats being repeated multiple times and new telegrams continuing to be sent, William the Righteous, Sr did not take these threats seriously, as he believed that the Gulf Empire was only sending these threats in attemtps to force the withdrawal of the South Rothinzilian forces from Alorianistan and prevention of the South Rothinzilian attack on Nanovia. Despite the rest of the S.R government being concerned about the threats from the Gulf Empire, William the Righteous, Sr refused to give any attention to them and encouraged everyone to just ignore them, as he was certain that the government of the Gulf Empire was bluffing. He had based his beliefs on the previous experiences with the country, as South Rothinzil and the Gulf Empire had already met in the field of battle, during the Derman Iles War in which the Gulf Empire, which supported the dictatorship government of Derman Iles, had lost and the coallition was victorious. However, due to the recent rumors from multiple sources, which had indicated the passage of a legisation in the Gulf Empire, by wich the Gulf Imperial forces are set to attack South Rothinzil, President William the Righteous, Sr became concerned about his country's future.

The only thing, running through his mind, was that his country is completely unprepared for the invasion. The government is already occupied with hosting to wars abroad and William himself is personally occupied with the visit of Emperor Kristijan Kristijanov of Macedonian Grand Empire, who is arriving at Canydecia to discuss the Nanovian issue. However, he realised that even if these supposed facts are true, he must save the country. He also realised that he must give a public adressing as it seems that these rumors have already reached the nation as well. The rumors of the invasion by the Gulf Empire, have been the main object of the recent riots, lately taking place all over the country. William the Righteous, Sr realized that the nation must know what their country is going through and he as the President must give them the answers to all their questions.

Presidential Building, Canydecia, South Rothinzil

Before the arrival of Emperor Kristijan Kristijanov of Macedonian Grand Empire, President William the Righteous, Sr decided to give a quick speech from his office in the Presidential Building, which will be broadcast life to all television stations, all across the country.

William the Righteous, Sr: "Good evening. Today I would like to answer all the basic questions, which have been bothering our beloved nation lately. By now, you have all happened to hear the rumors of a potential attack on our country by the Gulf Empire as a payback for the current wars against Nanovia and Alorianistan, as well as previous conflicts in Derman Iles and Stahn. Well to tell you the truth, after hearing of these rumors, surffacing through the "international atmosphere", I once again took the letters, sent by the government of the Gulf Empire and tried looking through their threats and their reasons again. "

President William the Righteous, Sr picked up the pile of letters and pointed them at the camera.

"The Gulf Empire accusses our government as war mongers and uninspired attackers of other countries. Well, although I might not always agree with my methods or the methods of the Parliament, I believe that the Gulf Empire should not accuse us of the wrong things that we are doing, if that country is not completely free of committing the same mistakes itself. The Gulf Empire is a violent agressor country, runned by a psychotic dictatorship government, thanks to which, their country only functions as an annexer of smaller states. The Gulf Empire has taken over various states, which were once independent, before being "swallowed". Thanks to it's government, that country is not interested in things like international partnership, global peacekeeping or even taking care of it's own people. The Gulf Empire is only interested in ex[anding it's own territory, until there is no more land left to annex. If you do not believe me, their goals are even clearly stated in one of the telegrams from their government.

In other words, the Gulf Empire is a perfect example of why we are fighting the War on Dictatorship. It is so that this world would be free of such countries. Of course the governments of other countries, that do not support what we are doing, can have their opinion. If they think that this world is a much better and safer place with countries, that treat their people like puppets and manufacture WMDs, which threaten Global safety, than so be it. I can say that OUR nation, will not agree with such clutter in the world.

Right now, as you know, Emperor Kristijan Kristijanov of Macedonian Grand Empire is heading to the Presidential Building for a personal discussion with me and I think that this issue can be discussed better and more solutions can be created with the help of South Rothinzil's closest ally. I think that we all should not be quick to judge, until we see the actual signs of the Gulf Empire, commiting military actions against our country. But if they do, I promise them.....they will face our nation's wrath.

The Steps of Someplace in Imperial City

Citizens of The Red Star Union! War is upon us, this time in a Glorius invasion! War with South Rohinzil! Our great nation will prevail against the capitalist idiots! The members of Aponos war cabinet debated, again. The battle plan was not yet known, but all forces had been on very high alert for the past week. While Aponos wanted nothing else then to see every South Rohinzilian dead, he knew it would not pass unless he used nukes, which would not stand well with the international community. As the troops are marching to the ports, all personnel and equipment march next to the palace in THE largest parade ever produced in Aloristani history. While the parade is happening, he is making a large recorded message to the South Rothinzillian and Macedonian governments;

"Dear South Rothinzil and Macedonia,

I am hear today to share this, glorious news with you and your people. We have activated our WHOLE arsenal of nuclear weaponry, chemical weapons, WMD, gas bombs, and anthrax super bombs which are all pointed at your capital cities, military installations, and nuclear arsenals (NOTE: THIS IS A THREAT, NOT REAL! [no nukes will be fired]). You have seen the massive damage they can do. We don't want to nuke your countries, we want to peacefully disarm your nation, in order to free your people from the evil grasp of Imperialistic Capitalism. We wish to not nuke your countries, but it is very hard to free you people from the corrupt government officials and harsh ways of living while you constantly kill innocent citizens of dictator countries and running the countries infrastructure." *Images of the Aloristani invasions, Stahn, Dermian Iles, and the Tomian conflict flash on the screen while he talks* "And as you can see, these pictures of death, destruction, and results of your Dictatorship Anti-Alliance has caused so much pain to all dictatorships that you have ruined. As the commissar stood up from his chair, he turned towards his military adviser.
"Field Marshal Greskiy, activate our whole arsenal of weaponry. I want them to know we have activated our arsenal to help scare the population. I also want to fire 1 small tactical nuke right outside our economic exclusion zone to scare them even more."
"Yes sir, we will do whatever you ask."
"Thank you Marshal, I appreciate for what you have done to the state."

*50 minutes later, a nuke exploded right outside the Aloristani Economic Exclusion Zone. It was a small explosion, and caused only a small amount of non-permanent environmental damage*

After the nuke had exploded the commissar had gone outside and had observed his massive armed forces marching by. In his mid, he knew, this would be The Greatest War Alorianistan has ever fought, or the downfall of Communism in the country. In his mind, he saw his army marching through Candecya with the burning parliament building in the background. He saw his troops executing civilians and military/political prisoners of S.R. and Macedonia. He wanted the ultimate revenge for what they had done with Alorianistan and other dictatorship countries. Even though he saw clear victory, he also had a little voice in his mind telling him that something bad was going to happen to Alorianistan.

The emperor and the imperial central command were in the grand palace bunker situation room watching a video of the comisar message.Everyone was a bit angry at that and prepered for their retribution.

Captain Marko Romius was onboard the Imperial Vihor Class submarine Uragan.He was on the conning tower with his XO Zoran Alekseevic.In the background there was a large Delcev class Battlecruiser and they were passing it.
XO: The delcev class are quite a thing in their own right don't you think so sir?

Captain: Aloristan thinks that they can treaten the empire.They think that they can make treats about removing our nations from the map.
Operator: Doors opening.Floding the chanels.

OOC: All of these is a counter to Aloristanian Endless nuclear treats.The Vihor class submarines are carring Trinity warheads.Those are convetional high yeald warheads.Also can we have a single RP without those blasted WMD...
Another thing the empire and Aloristan have very very bad relations IC.The imperial citisens hate aloristan after they used Bio and chemical weapons against imperial troops and then even used napalm on them.So you get the reason why the empire is in such force here.
And third i think when someone says that he can not pay attention to a lot of RP and ask for the RP to wait a bit it should be done so.So again Gulf Empire should not have even started this tread.

Sitting at his desk Emperor Augustus V dealt with the jobs of an emperor running an empire of hundreds of millions. While searching through some messages he found a report of a suggestion for an intervention in the invasion of South Rothanzil, and after much deliberation decided to call together the Privy Council and several senior officers in the Imperial military.

Stepping up to the podium surrounded by over a hundred men, the tall, gaunt emperor spoke before the Privy Council in his unusually commanding voice "Men of Luthoria, I come to you today with a request for your blessing and support in destroying an enemy of kings and emperors everywhere. The Dominion of South Rothinzil is an enemy to free states everywhere, invading and destabilizing nations under the guise of liberating them.

Now however, South Rothinzil is being invaded, and the Luthorian Empire has the ability to assist in destroying this tyrannical state. So I ask you, men of Luthoria. Will you assist me in destroying this threat to free states everywhere, will you help me in bringing President William the Righteous to justice?" With a light applause from the audience Emperor Augustus V stepped off the podium and allowed the council their time to debate their issue, with the council eventually voting to endorse a war 85 to 15.

Meeting with his military commanders, Emperor Augustus eventually agreed on a deployment that he felt would be significant, without compromising Luthorian national defences. The III legion was to be deployed with the assistance of the VIII Comitatenses Cohort and II Palantine Centuria. The total force included over a million men and women, a hundred ships, 935 aircraft, and 3600 tanks and artillery.

Aponos waited. And Waited. And waited. The 989 foot long Nuclear Submarine "Johnson" had been ordered to launch a very large nuke onto some random island with nothing living on it. The sub was posted about 4500 KM away. Aponos was watching through a satallite. The objective was to demoralize the South Rohinzilians that the weapons could completely obliterate an island. Then, he saw a flare of red smoke. The nuke rose up into the sky, then came back down. The result was a gigantic mushroom cloud, and a massive explosion. Aponos could only savor using the nukes against the Macedonian Grand Empire or South Rohinzil...

Grand Armada
Admiral Dram Johnson gazed ahead, to the great ocean that seemed to stretch for an eternity. The waves silently frothed against the giant hull of the carrier. A slight breeze broke the silence, but just for a short time. Then, Johnson examined the map. He finally realized that he was in range of South Rohinzilian coastal defenses. (I assume SR would have them) The fleet planes were ready. He radioed the command to all vessels. Operation Trident had begun. Quickly, the hiss of 125 cruise missiles launching echoed against the silence. Then, the roar of 300 bombers and fighters together, catapulting across the deck and towards war, glory, and everything in between...

From the deck of the ship a special anti balistic missile was lauched at the missile.
Ensign: time to impact with the missile 30 seconds.
Captain: Tell the admiral about the situation.
Ensign: yes sir.20 seconds to impact.10.5 Impact.Nuclear missile destroyed in the air.
Aplause at the CIC.

The grand admiral was everything but pleased with the nuclear missile.He was preparing a counter to that as they were speaking.
Grand Admiral: Get our satelites in stand by mode.Prepare for an EMP strike against their fleet.
Ensign: EMP strike would be ready in 5 min.
Grand Admiral: Good.Fire when it would be ready.
5 minutes later the imperial satelites fired their EMP pulses right at the middle of the Red Star Union Fleet.

Firstly, make an OOC thread for this. I can see a lot of OOC clutter in this thread already.

Secondly, Macedonian Grand Empire, while you can have that many troops, you will be so vulnerable with that many. Your supply lines would have to be huge, thus making them easy to attack. If they are attacked, which they probably would be, your army would be forced to either fight to the death, surrender or starve.

I will be posting my IC in a minute, but please take on board what I have just said.

I am the new President of Britanno, and also the former princess of the nation. Recently the monarchy was abolished after a referendum approved of such an action, but I received support for the presidency when I announced my intention to stand.

Two days after the threat to Macedonia and South Rothinzil, the commissar and his military advisers meet again. It is an early morning about 9:00 AM right after breakfast. The smell of coffee fills the room.

"Men and women of the military consul, it has come to my attention that Macedonia has counter-threatened us with their so called "missile rain and fancy satellites".
It has also come to me that they haven't declared war on our nation, but technically, the cease fire went off when they invaded Stahn. Gentlemen, I want this war to end all of the wars formally between Macedonia and South Rothinzil. I want to eventually make excellent relations with them, after these wars are a thing of the past."
"But sir, why can't we just nuke them into the stone-age. We have more than enough WMD to kill them off."
"Well,the only problem is that they have way, WAY more anti-nukes and satellites than we do. After the initial attack was made, they would retaliate with much force, that would turn this country to glass."
"Well, I see it as we take down our nukes, like Defcon 5, and just put cruise-missiles in our subs and missile frigates and bomb them into the stone-age then?"
"It seems like every-time Macedonia has threatened us, it became true."
*Just then, all of the people in the room started to argue. The commissar's aid came into the room and whispered something in his ear. The news wasn't good. After he listened to the aid, the commissar loaded a blank round into his pistol and fired a shot. The room fell dead silent*
"I have some troubling news to share with you all....."
"What is it sir?"
"The Tomian base, Ft. Victory, has seceded from us. We have 1 fleningrad carrier, 5 Missile frigates, 8 Demski submarines, and about 200 aircraft, with a garrison of 100,000 men."
*Sudden whispers erupted between the advisers*
"What do you think we should do, commissar?"
"We don't have time to deal with it. They are most likely free Alorianistan Freedom Movement supporters. As of now, Ft. Victory is evil territory."

Ft. Victory, Tomia. It was a dark, rainy morning and the general of the fort was accompanied by 230+ other loyal supporters of the communist party. They were led to the "Brig" of the fort. It was a large dark room, with about 300 beds and some toilets and dressers. This would be there room for a long time.

*The solider pulls the communist trooper out of line and shoots him*

*The leader of this operation was the base's XO, Major General Lemskov. He encouraged almost all the base's personnel that they had a horrific life and terrible pay. He also told them lies about the commissar and the country's communist party*

The rouge general walks outside and tears down the Aloristani country standard. He then proceeds to burn the flag, and takes out the re-designed free Aloristani flag and raises it on the flag pole. He declares this land as Free Alorianistan and then gets in a jeep. He proceeds to drive to the Macedonian base to tell them of the rebellion and to ask them for support in aiding them in defending freedom.
