Nevermore, Imperial Republic of America. 5 March, 2109

The Emperor and his Ministers were seated in the War Room, as they had so often done. The major point of conversation, the men knew, was the situation in the FEA. After the Minister of Foreign Affairs gave an oration on the situation diplomatically, the Emperor rose to speak.

"Whether you all realise it or not, what affects the FEA will affect us. I know many of you have no love for the East, and frankly, neither do I, however, the FEA is one of the few major powers not already allied with us that we can negotiate with. If the FEA falls and Socialists regain control, God knows what will happen to the global balance of power. The FEA needs to remain stable."

The men nodded in agreement, however, Minister Tarkin rose.

"Your Imperial Majesty, if I may be so bold, there is another option that has yet to be considered."

The men looked at the Prince with interest.

"Frankly, Your Majesty, we could always absorb the FEA if it comes to that"

Many of the Ministers agreed with Tarkin and nodded as such. However, the Emperor remained stoic.

"Your Eminence, you know that is out of the question. The International community would never go for it, and it would take decades, if not longer, for the East to be Imperialised. I want no further discussion of this. Meeting adjourned."

As the Ministers left, the Prince Tarkin smiled.

"You'll see our way," he said quietly.

Washington DC, FEA. 5 March, 2109
*Bender sat in the chair. The Oval Office had changed little since the Unites States fell. There was a new Seal on the ground and a portrait of President Ryan Corrigan hung on the wall, but for the most part it still looked the same. Bender liked that. President Myers sat in front of him. He looked stressed. Myers took a sip of his drink.*
Myers: "These are dark times Mike. Rebellion in the South, Socialists poised to take over, and now the Empire is threatening to close the border and end relations. President Corrigan was a great man...but he was a fool for not negotiating a little more land to the West for us when this nation was first made. A break in relations would kill us, we need the Empire. So, what did you and Prince Tarkin talk about?"
Bender: "Prince Tarkin said he will do everything in his power to close the border until this rebellion is dealt with. He said many support him, and the Empire is seriously considering it. It looks as if it will happen."
Myers: "Hell." *He sipped the drink again.* "Those damned Tarkins. Always been a pain in the ass."
Bender: "Sir...if I may suggest something."
Myers: "What is it?"
Bender: "Your term in office is almost done...you need a vacation. You should step down. This is slowly killing you, I can see it."
*Myers rolled his eyes.*
Myers: "You, Coleman, and Arthur all say the same thing. I'm tired of hearing it. I can continue running this country until my term is over."
Bender: "I'm telling you this as a friend sir. Let Arthur run the country until the election. You should just go home, enjoy yourself. Imagine all this pressure just being lifted in an instant."
Myers: *He sipped the drink.* "This meeting is over. I'll talk to you later. Get back to Nevermore when you can."
*Bender sighed and stood up.*
Bender: "Yes sir." *He left.*

Moscow, Eurasia. 5 March, 2109
Rostov: "And so it is time we struck back. Cut off the Imperial tentacles that are ensnaring the world. But the only way to do that, is through mutual respect and alliance between our nations and any other nation that would join the Socialist Revolution."
Jiang: "That sounds great and all, but could we really do it? During the Cold War we had control over most of the world, but those days are done. Imperialism is sweeping across the planet. There are few places we could expand."
de Santiago: "As much as I hate to say it, but he's right. The Imperials have been able to build up the poorer area's of the world, and we haven't yet gotten on their level. The odds aren't in our favor."
Rostov: "Yes, I know. But at one time Eurasia was the leading force in the world. We could regain that title. I've been monitoring the situation in the Americas as I'm sure you have. If we are correct, relations between the two nations will crumble come next year. And, my spies suggest some internal divisions in the Empire itself. We must take advantage of this moment. We will bring the Workers to power in the world. We will end the evils of Imperialism once and for all! Let us join my friends, let us counteract the growing Imperial supremacy of the world."
*The other leaders nodded.*
de Santiago: "Alright. Let's end them."

Nevermore, Imperial Republic of America. 5 March, 2109

Upon his arrival back at his Palace, Tarkin again called together his closest allies in the Senate.

"Gentleman, if my deal with Bender goes as planned, the FEA will appear weak enough for the rest of the Senators to agree with our plan. However, it is unlikely that at the moment, His Imperial Majesty will sign that legislation. However, there is one way out."

He paused.

"We propose a Senatus Consultum Ultimum"

The other Senators looked shocked. Then the Speaker of the Senate spoke up.

"Prince Tarkin, never has one been passed."

"It will given the severity. I have been in contact with other Faction leaders, all the usual politics. We will be able to pass it."

The other men nodded.

"Moreover, it is time to escalate the conflict in America. Contact has been made with some of our Agents in the Ministry of Intelligence. We will have those Agents loyal to our cause bring about the needed chaos and to support the already existing revolt. New York and Boston are ready, and Cleveland should be ready in about a week."

*Tanner walked out of the room. Hill and the Doctor were watching TV.*
Doctor: "Ah good, you live."
Tanner: "Where's the Hunter?"
Doctor: "He's out hunting of course."
Tanner: *He looked around.* "How far is it to the nearest town?"
Doctor: "Not very far, why?"
Tanner: "I think it's time me and Miss Hill leave."
Hill: "What?"
Tanner: "We've got to get going. We need to get back."
Hill: "Why?"
Tanner: "They'll find us out here. They're probably on to us right now."
Doctor: "Who?"
Tanner: "No one."
Hill: *She sighed* "You're right. We need to leave. We're just putting you two in danger."
Doctor: "Now wait a minute. Just what is going on here? Who are you?"
Tanner: "The less you know sir, the better."
Doctor: "You're part of that rebellion aren't you."
Hill: "I'm sorry about this." *She hit the Doctor over the head with a lamp, knocking him out."
Tanner: "Will he be okay?"
Hill: "I believe so. Now, we've got to go."
*The two got out of the Cabin and started walking away.*

As Tanner and Hill were walking through the woods, they failed to noticed they were being trailed. At least 12 Imperial Agents had the forest scoped out.

"They have just left the Cabin. Over."

"Roger that. We'll have Delta team pick them up. Over."

Delta team moved quickly. Three Agents moved into position and fired tranquilising shots at the pair.

New York City, FEA

It was a bustling day in NYC, as usual. A city of 10 million people, unknown to what was about to happen.

An explosion in Grand Central Station. Gunshots in Central Park. Arson on Wall Street. All occurring a few minutes after Prince Tarkin sent a mass text to his Agents. All in the name of the Rebellion.

*Tanner and Hill were both hit by the shots.*
Tanner: "What the Hell?"
*He suddenly felt very tired. The tranquilizer came over him quickly. He swayed back and forth, trying to find what had shot him. He saw Hill go down and then, he went down too. Before he closed his eyes, he saw men coming towards him.*

New York City, FEA
*All around the city, Panic set in as people tried to find a place to hide. The Police, Fire department, and EMT's responded quickly, getting to the scenes where the attacks had happened. Police Commissioner Bruce Eidelberg arrived at Grand Central Station with several other units.*
Eidelberg: "Alright ladies and gentlemen, we don't know what's going on exactly but it is our belief that we are facing trained terrorists who are possibly heavily armed. SWAT teams are on the way, but for now it is up to us to investigate and detain any terrorist we come across. Have your guns ready and stay vigilant."
*He held up his gun and entered into the building. The Officers all wore Battle armor that would protect against some firepower. The suits also had Active Camo and heat reading visors. The Officers also had tear gas, batons, and knives. After Eidelberg entered, the others followed him in.*

The two East Americans woke up several hours later. They were sitting in chairs, surrounded by heavily armed Imperial Agents. The Commander smiled.

"Looks like our war heroes have woken up."

New York City, FEA

As the Police entered Grand Central Station, Imperial Agents, wielding FEA guns and the emblems of the Rebellion, fired back at them.

*Tanner looked around.*
Tanner: "Where the Hell are we? Who are you?"

New York City, FEA
*Eidelberg took cover in a stairwell. One of his officers joined him.*
Officer: "Did you see their Emblems?"
Eidelberg: "Yeah, it's those damned Rebels." *He grabbed a can of tear gas and threw it out towards the Rebels. Meanwhile, other Officers that were still alive found shelter as well and fired on the rebels. Some also threw Tear Gas.*

"We are with the Imperial Ministry of Intelligence," the Commander explained. "We have moved you to a secure location, where we have been able to smuggle in supplies for your little Rebellion. We have brought you here so that you may regroup and launch larger attacks against your government."

New York City, FEA

As the Police moved in on the Agents' location, the Commander looked at his men and nodded. They all rushed the police, firing their weapons, and as they neared the cops, they detonated explosives on themselves

Tanner: *He sighed* "I hate to tell you this, but the Rebellion is done. Most of my men were killed or arrested. This rebellion never had great support anyway. All we've done is allowed for the Socialists to win the next election."

New York City, FEA
*The Cops were thrown back. Many were killed in the explosions. Only Eidelberg and a few others survived. Not long after that, SWAT teams arrived. One of the SWAT Officers went over to Eidelberg.*
Officer: "What happened here?"
Eidelberg: "They all killed themselves...and many of my men."
Officer: "I'm sorry Commissioner. Come on, there's an Ambulance outside. We'll take it from here. The Officer lead Eidelberg and the survivors out. The rest of the SWAT team went through the Station, looking for any more possible Terrorists.*

*Meanwhile, other SWAT teams arrived at other points in the city affected by the attacks. They hunted down any and all terrorists they could find. New York was on lock down. Nobody got in our out of the city without permission.*

The Commander smiled again.

"That's where you are wrong, Tanner"

He turned the news on, where the attacks in New York were being broadcast.

"The Rebellion is alive and well."

Boston, Massachusetts, FEA

Just outside of Massachusetts State House, Imperial Agents had gathered. Moments later, a car exploded, and the men rushed in, wearing the armour and guise of the Rebellion. They killed any guards and took the Legislature and Governor hostage.

In other parts of the City, Imperial Agents attacked police officers and set buildings on fire.

The leader fired his gun in the air.

"We are the People's Army, and you are going to hand us Massachusetts, or we blow Boston to Hell."

Nevermore, Imperial Republic of America

In lieu of the recent attacks in the FEA, the Emperor called the Ministers together in the War Room. The Minister of Intelligence began

"Your Eminences, the situation in the East has become more complex than we anticipated. Our earliest intelligence led us to believe the Rebellion was an isolated in the South; however, recent events reveal that the North is also upset with Myers' rule. It is only a matter of time before this escalates into a full blown Civil War."

The Agents laughed.

"No Revolution was ever won by peaceful means, Tanner. We didn't depose King George by negotiating; we destroyed his tea and killed his soldiers. Lenin didn't overthrow the Tsar by playing poker with him; he killed his Family. Corrigan and Napoleon didn't bring order to the Americas by giving up; they fought for six years. Myers is a few political moves from leaving office, and events are only going to get worse. You are now in a position to extend your cause. Myers and his government are to blame. If it weren't for them, then there would have been no need for this Rebellion."

He paused to let his words sick in.

"We can send a broadcast from here that can't be traced. Rally the East."

Boston, Massachusetts, FEA

He smiled.

"The Legislature is under hostage as well, Your Excellency. An executive order from the Governor, passed by an emergency session of the Massachusetts State Legislature, and you can be the first State to oppose Myers' tyranny. I know your type in the North East; you surely oppose the oppression. Surely you don't agree with the policies that have weakened the FEA and its people, just for Myers and his cronies to be strong."

The Agent sighed as he raised his pistol and fired between her eyes. As the Governor's corpse fell to the ground, he turned to his men.

"Kill every last one of them. Then issue a Statement that we are in control."

The men did as they were told.

*Tanner took the radio.*
Tanner: "People of the Federation of East America. This is General William Tanner, former leader in the East American Army and current Head of the Rebellion. Today has seen several attacks go on by my rebellion. I say to you, do not be afraid of the rebellion. We are here to help you. For too long, our once great nation has been slipping into tyranny and oppression. President Nick Corrigan promised us peace, freedom, and safety, but have we gotten any of that yet? We were involved in a terrible, unpopular war that we basically lost, we lost Hong Kong to the Imperials, your freedoms have been taken away from you! The President has allowed for the FBI to take out anyone deemed a "threat" To the Federation, including people who do not believe the same as the President! Do you want these men controlling you any longer? Do not fear the rebellion, embrace it! Take up arms against those who would control you! Mobile, Alabama. 5 March, 2109

When the transmission was over, the Commander threw Tanner a rifle.

"We rebuild here. Gather our forces and plan. Then, we take D.C."

Boston, Massachusetts, FEA

When the Agents finished slaughtering the State Legislature, their Leader set up a television camera addressed to the people of Massachusetts.

"People of our proud State," he spoke in a Boston accent, "today we have taken control of the State House and freed you from tyranny. As General Tanner has stated, we are here as your protectors. Myers has failed you as a leader, and it is thus our rights to take our liberty back. it is fitting that it is here, where the Sons of Liberty first opposed King George, that we make our first declaration. Today, Massachusetts secedes from the FEA."

He ended the transmission and ordered his men to prepare for the Army's attack.

Nevermore, Imperial Republic of America

When the meeting was over, Minister Roger stopped Tarkin as they left.

"Look it Tarkin, I know what you are up to, and I am the only one who is letting you use my Agents."

Tanner: *He nodded.* "Alright. Let's get moving."

*The Rangers broke in to the State House through the roof. They were equipped with their rifles, a few grenades, pistols, knives, and a few had more explosives. They wore battle armor to protect themselves. They moved in and fired upon any rebel they saw.*

The Agents heard the Army come. The two dozen men hunkered down in defensive positions, ready to fire at the military when they had a chance. Inside the Governor's office with a few of his men, the leader smiled.

"Today marks the beginning of the FEA's end," he uttered as he removed a small object. He placed it on the table and pressed a button. The device emitted an EMP, knocking out all electrical devices in the State House.

The Prince merely smiled.

"Rogers, you are a good soldier and a good Minister. You know it is for the best that this happens."

The Minister remained stoic.

"You have my warning, Tarkin. After today, you don't use my men without my permission."

*The Rangers were hit with the EMP, knocking out their electronics. Nonetheless, the Rangers had prepared for any situation. The EMP temporarily stunned them, however they were quick to regain their composure. The mission had become more difficult now, but they still knew that they would win the fight. They had backup ready to help them. They continued towards the Governor's office, firing at any enemy that was seen.*

The Agents fired at the Army whenever they could, using guerilla tactics in the tight corridors of the State House. The Governor's office was in the process of being converted into a fortress as Agents from the outside came in from the windows, giving them more firepower in the form of grenades and rocket launchers.

"When they break down that door," the leader explained, "we blow them to Hell"

*The remaining Rangers made their way to the Governor's Office. The Captain of the Rangers had his Chief explosives soldier plant an explosive on the door. They got to a safe distance, then blew the door open. Part of the wall crumbled down as well. One of the Rangers threw a Flash grenade into the room to disorientate the Terrorists.*

As the door exploded and the flash grenades were thrown in, the Rebels fired everything they had at the soldiers; bullets, explosives, and everything in between was launched
