[The International Health Organization]

All around the world, thousands of people are dying from war, hunger, and disease. They do not have anyone to help them, feed them, care for them, and thus, they lead horrible lives in lowly slums, with the government not paying a single penny for their cause. We can not let this happen. We can not let our fellow brothers and sisters fall prey to war and poverty. We must bring them up as men and women which can contribute to society. We must help. Therefore, on July 2nd, 2013, the International Organization for Health is hereby in full effect. We will help those in need. They are our brothers and sisters, and thus, we can not leave them. We hope the governments of the world understand.

If necessary Marines can also be provided for protection if needed. However they will wear white helmet covers and open fire only for self defence or in defence of IOH staff or patients.

Due to a small detectable part on the satellite, a warhead was launched by Dragomere and headed towards the satellite, the missile is aimed 1000 miles from being over Dragomere, where the satellite will have to pass before the satellite gets into position.
