Sauron smiled as he place the One Ring on his finger once more, and slowly his form coalesced. Now he could take on the form of the Maiar he once had been, instead of being limited to the fell form of a Dark Lord. The Black Numemoreans within his audience chamber all abased themselves; and Sauron chuckled.
"Now is the time to remind this world of our presence, to win dominion of this land. I shall rule this Middle-Earth."
"Udun."

From 4500 Swordsmen to 6000 Swordsmen
From 5000 Archers to 6000 Archers.
These may take some couple of weeks but it is a must for the coming plans..

The Mouth of Sauron, ever present at his Masters Side nodded contently. Resting on his staff and ushering a few of the listeners out of the room he turned to Sauron, bowing in his presence, he spoke
"My Lord and Master. This domination goal is most wise and I fully support the idea. Now, what would you have me do?"

War Room of Minas Tirith
Virgil did not contradict Aragorn. He had only one worry at this present time. "My lord Aragorn, we would need more income to continue to afford everything we do now. Minas Tirith is full of gold and Gondor is a rich realm indeed, but I have a suggestion." he pulls out a scroll.
"My lord, if we expand farm lands and strike an alliance with the Elves and, my personal favorite the Dwarves, we could open trade with them as well." he sits back and smiles.

After a time's thinking the king Aragorn decides. '' Yes,you've right my good General. We will first expand our farm lands and strike a alliance at least with the Dwarves so we can get some mine resource. I will admittedly contact the Dwarves.''

Virgil stands. "I will take 40 Cavalrymen with me and deliver the message personally and in good faith." he bowed to Aragorn. "But it is your will my lord." Virgil had a personal love for the Dwarves. They had always come through and were hearty, strong warriors.

The Barad-Dur, Mordor
Sauron's great helmet of steel moved to look at the closely-garbed Mouth.
"I would crush the sons of the Edain soon, but for now I must gather my strength. Take a host and travel to the men of Khand and Near Harad. They are stalwart, but weak, prone to corruption and evil thoughts. They will prove easy men to sway to my will, through your mouth. The Half-Trolls and men of the East will bow to me, and Lidless Eye shall gather all evil men to its cause. Then the last sons of Numenor will perish, and we will break the Kings of the West for all time and cover the land in a second Darkness."
The faceless visage nodded.
"Take with you five hundred of the Uruks, and as many Orcs as you deem wise. See it done, my Mouth."
Ciroth Ungol, Mordor
The Ringwraith that went to Sauron was stopped at the mighty growing fastness at the top of pass, but sent on to the Barad-dur once his purpose was made known, to travel to Lugburz. Zifund, or "Black End", the stronghold at the apex of the way into Mordor, was growing in size rapidly, Orc laborers striving under the directions of evil men to erect higher walls and strengthen the fastness.

Bâlin was glad that the people of Dale had united once again under one banner, however the already convinced villages would stay in the dwarvenrealm.
Now Bâlin needed to find a new way to get more people. He could occupie the mountains in Mirkwood forest, it would be a dangerous thing but possible to do, however he could also go to the mountains near the sea of Rhun, these were much easier to get to but the distance was big... to big..
Bâlin desided to go to the Mountains of Mirkwood, he sended 500 dwarven axemen together with dwarven miners to create a new settlement.
