Welcome to the beautiful region called The Global federation of Nations. This region stands for democracy and peace and is an RP region and also tries it's bit in gameplay. We need active member nations.
The Global Federation of Nations Charter:

Preamble: We the nations and citizens of the Global Federation of Nations, in order to form a union of common interests, establish peace, provide maintance for our lives, and protect our common life, liberty and pursuit of happiness do ordain and establish this Charter to govern and protect the Global Federation of Nations.

Article I
Section 1. All legislative authority shall for the Global Federation of Nations shall reside in the Global Federation of Nations Assembly (GFN) and the Global Federtion of Nations Council (GFNC).
Section 2. The GFNC shall consist of all members of the cabinet as authorized by the GFNA. However the Chairman, and the Speaker of the GFNA sit on the GFNC regardless.
Section 3. The Chairman of the GFNC shall have full authority over the GFNC and for this respective body shall write the terms of debate and shall bring and control legislative business for the GFNC.
Section 4. The Chairman shall be elected every 30 days by the GFN at large.
Section 5. The GFNC shall have the sole power originate bills regrding the regulation of embassies and treaties with other regions, and approve the deployment of the Global Federation of Nations Combined Armed Forces (GFNCAF) and appointment of the officers.
Section 6. Every member of the GFN shall be alotted 1 member for the GFNA that will be elected in a fashion to be choosen by each repsective member. Elections shall take place every 30 days.
Section 7. The Speaker of the GFNA shall have the power to write the terms of debate, establish and call votes and establish committees for the GFNA. He shall be choosen by the GFNA, by majority vote of the GFNA members, when each new sessions opens every 30 days.
Section 8. The GFNA shall have the sole authority to originate bills for the following subjects:
-Sub-Section 1. The regulation, and establishment of political parties.****
-Sub-Section 2. The regulation, and establishment of all offices, and secretaries as the GFNA shall deem necesary.***
-Sub-Section 3. The power to implement and enforce a regional currency.**
-Sub-Section 4. To make a judicial system below the Commission of Justice.
-Sub-Section 5. To make all nesecary regulation and controls for the proper enforcement of citizenship.
-Sub-Section 6. To regulate and control all intra-regional and inter-regional trade, and to institute tarriffs.
-Sub-Section 7. To make all laws and acts which will protect the rights of GFN citizens.
-Sub-Section 8. To make all laws and acts regarding the military and its establishment.
-Sub-Section 9. To make a standard system of weights and measurements.
-Sub-Section 10. To make all other organs of the GFN Government.
Section 9. The GFNA, by a petition presented to the Speaker, of 1/3 of the members of the GFNA it may challenge a decsion of the GFNC. To overturn it a majority disapproval vote must be approved.
Section 10. The GFNC must approve, by majority vote all legislation coming from the GFNA.

Article II

Section 1. The Secretary-General shall have executive authority of the alliance.
Section 2. Every 30 days he shall be elected by general vote from across the alliance.
Section 3. He shall have complete command of the GFNCAF, and deploy them as he sees fit unless restricted or directed to do so otherwise by the GFNC.
Section 4. He shall appoint all members to the GFNC, however he cannot add new members to the GFNC without GFNA approval.
Section 5. The SG shall have veto power over legislation sent to him. If however, when convened in a joint-session, the GFNC, and GFNA may, if 3/4 of members vote yea over-rule the veto.
Section 6. The SG is responsible for enforcing the GFN Charter, all laws passed under it and ensuring the safety and security of the alliance.
Section 7. The SG shall appoint the High Commissioner of Justice, however if the GFNA submit a petition to the SG with 1/2 memebers signing on to it they can call confirmation hearings against the appointee and veto the SG's decision.
Section 8. The SG shall have the power to pardon those who committ crimes against the GFN and are duly convicted. He may be overturned by unanimous vote from the GFNC.

Article III

Section 1. The alliance highest court will be called the Commission of Justice.
Section 2. The High Commissioner of Justice will be the presiding court official and have power over which cases it shall hear and which it shall not.
Section 3. The CoJ shall also consist of the Chairman of the GFNC, Speaker of the GFNA, Secretary-General, and the WA Delegate. There must be a majority vote to convict and sentence anyone.
Section 4. The CoJ cannot order the ejection and ban of anyone unless they be convicted of treason. Treason being defined as giving aid and support to undermine the alliance.

Article IV

Section 1. The Global Federation of Nations shall not pass any laws or take any legal action or otherwise restricting the right to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to petition the government for a redress of grievences, the right to assemble peaceably, and the right to keep and bear arms.
Section 2. All member nations shall gurantee the full due process of law to all legal citizens of the GFN and the protection of unreasonable searches and siezures without a proper warrent.
Section 3. While all nations may choose their respective government types no nation may interfere with the conduction of elections for the Global Federation of Nations.
Article V
Section 1. The Secretary-General may be removed from office upon either a conviction in the CoJ (w/o his participation on the Commission) or by a 3/4 vote in a combined session of the GFNC and GFNA. If removed the Chairman of the GFNC will assume the duties of the SG until such time as an election can be held.
Section 2. The Chairman of the GFNC may be removed from office by majority vote of the GFNC, and replaced as such unless 7 days before an election when the SG will name a temporary Chairman who cannot be removed from office unless duly convicted by the CoJ.
Section 3. The Speaker of the GFNA may be removed from office upon being duly convicted by the CoJ, or by a majority vote removing him from the GFNA.
Section 4. Members of the GFNC, and GFNA maybe removed by majority vote from the peers in their own respective chambers. Additionally the Chairman and Secretary-General may removed members of the GFNC but only the Chairman may appoint members to the GFNC. After being ousted the respective nation where the member of the GFNA was form shall hold a special election at its pleasure unless 7 days before a general election.
Section 5. The High Commissioner of Justice may be removed from office by 3/4 vote from both chambers in a joint session.

Amendment I

Section 1. All sections in the constiution relating to the appointment of members to the GFNC, excepting the power of the GFNA to add or subtract the amount of members allotted to vote, are hereby struck null and void.
Section 2. The Chairman shall have the sole power to appoint the members of the GFNC and the Secretary General shall have the sole power to dismiss the members of the GFNC unless the GFNC shall by majority vote expel its members with just cause to provide reason for their removal.
Section 3. In the event of a vacancy in the Speakership the Chairman and Secretary General will consult one another to appoint interim Speaker until an election can be held. The Secretary General and Speaker shall do likewise if there is a vacancy for the Chairmanship and the Chairman and Speaker will consult if there is a vacancy for the Secretary General.
Section 4. The GFNA will write further instructions should mass resignations take place where the aforementioned section cannot be implemented. In such a case the High Commissioner of Justice will take control until the GFNA can decide a course of action.
Section 5. All amendments from this point on must be introduced in the GFNA where the Speaker must alott no less than 48 hours for debate on the subject. Once debate has closed the GFNA must approve the amendment by 3/4 vote or it will not be moved for debate in the GFNC. The Chairman and the GFNC are bound by the same rules as the GFNA. Once approved by the GFNC the Secretary-General will certify proper procedure was followed. If he withholds certification he must lodge reasons why to both the GFNA and GFNC and with the High Commissioner of Justice. Once notified the HCJ can either concur with the SecGen or call a wider meeting of the Commission of Justice to determine the matter.
