"What I Do, I Do For The Third Triumvirate"

To Whom It May Concern,

During a war some time ago, our beloved Emperor, the late Titus Valerius I, was assassinated by foreign operatives. Since that tragic day, I have held the position of being the head of the state. It has been almost half of a year, and I have yet to release an official paper documenting my doctrine. During my initial speech on the day after the Emperor's assassination, I have made my point clear. I shall carry out the policies of the Empire as they always have been, but with small revisions.

The motto of the Empire is "Onwards, Unto Liberty and Justice." The motto encourages our citizens to fight for just causes across the globe. The Empire has always been very interventionist since its inception, and will continue to fight for regimes it finds worthy. The Empire believes in that a truly free society is one that in which the government leads for them. Democracy grows corrupt, unlike the institution of authoritarianism, in which the government allows its citizens their freedoms to a reasonable extent.

In the interest of freedom and liberty, in the interest of conservative institutions, in the interest of protection, in the interest of the right to live, and in the interest of the people of the Imperial Theocracy of Castille de Italia and Its Overseas Empire, I, The Right Honorable Chancellor Isabella Vici, Baroness of the Tuscan Highlands, do declare the foreign policy of the Empire below.

The Empire shall carry out these actions:

To retain its membership in the Great, Ever-Powerful Anti-Communism Alliance, in which the Imperial Theocracy retains the Grand Councilman status, and to fight the Red Menace when it arises, whether the threat be at home or abroad;
To promote the ideals of anti-leftism as an ideology, which consists of, but not limited to, anti-socialism, anti-communism, anti-liberalism, and other devilish natures;
To instill the ideals of our forefathers in fledgling nations across the globe, for a better, safer tomorrow;
The Empire will not recognize the sovereignty of nations with far-left nations whose economic systems include the ideals socialism or communism;
To come to the aid of right-wing nations who have fallen to leftism, or are being threatened by any leftist-promoting nation, who may be trying to instill socialist ideals into said nations;
To uphold the ideals of anti-leftism, and revere them as God's own ideology;
To spread the word of God throughout the globe.

The interventionist ideals of the Imperial Theocracy's doctrine are supported by its allies. These are commandments from God, unto which have been revelated unto the Papal, and then unto the Chancellery, who has adopted his position. This is the Lord's will, and by Lord, we will enforce it.

Your Excellency,
As a founding nation of the ‘Great, Ever-Powerful Anti-Communism Alliance’ you speak so fondly of, we are pleased to issue a statement of personal and national support, from both His Imperial Majesty the Kaiser and the Empire as a whole. Your Imperial Theocracy’s new doctrine, formed in a reactionary effort to the intolerant and hypocritical Quigley and Castilla doctrines issued by Akimonad and Emmeria, is a refresher, a document designed to bring peace and satisfaction to the oppressed, pagan peoples of the world.
The Vici Doctrine should be an example to the rest of the Anti-Communism Alliance; Castille de Italia has set itself up as an example to follow, a shining beacon toward which all states determined to keep the Red Horde from invading their shores can fix their gaze upon, and trudge toward, making their way against the vile Leftist current toward freedom and enlightenment. This is a noble path you and your nation have set upon, Chancellor Vici; the Alliance trusts that it shall not end in disappointment.
The Quigley Doctrine declares its intent to end ‘all forms of tyranny, bondage, slavery, and discrimination.’ It pronounces the Republic and Commonwealth a ‘free, democratic nation.’ It proclaims to hold the ideals of freedom, liberty, and self-determination ‘sacrosanct’ ― yet it violates these principles at every turn, not respecting the rights of those peoples that wish to uphold their traditional conservative monarchy or establish a Fascist state. Akimonad detests liberty, as shown by the nation’s actions. The only form of liberty it supports is their government’s irresponsible, self-righteous ideology.
The Castilla Doctrine claims to use Emmeria’s military forces ‘in the interest of freedom and democracy,’ and in the interest of ‘democratic institutions.’ Yet, in the same document, President Castilla condemns authoritarianism as a whole, and proceeds to make threats toward every nation that does not hold to its moderate form of anarchic mob rule!
The Vici Doctrine is a godsend. This document shall be hallowed by every civilised nation from here on out, revered as words exhibiting true dedication to the Counterrevolution and opposition to the destructive and evil Left. Let it be known throughout the world, that the Anti-Communism Alliance experiences only growth, betterment, and renewal; our force will triumph in the end.

Chancellor Vici of the Imperial Theocracy of Castille de Italia,

I present to thee my sincere greetings. I'am the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Adwest, Charles Winchester, and I would like to deliver the message from my represented nation on behalf of His Majesty, Tristan Durnador II, the Royal Senate, and the Convention of Governor-Generals.

Though you it is without doubt that we are obligated to support this new doctrine due to our represented nation's connection within the Anti-Communism Alliance and their common refusal to recognize the ideas of the left and the far-left, I feel it would be prudent if we nonetheless voiced a formal message of support to this, to show solidarity with our fellows within the alliance.

The Kingdom of Adwest wholeheartedly supports the Vici doctrine and the idea it wishes to get across; the idea that the Imperial Theocracy will remain committed to the defeat of the Red Menace, the preservation of freedom of nations around the vast world, and the further spread of Christianity for a better future.

Though Adwest's official religion is in contradiction to the desire to spread the word of God, we respect your religion and also believe that cooperation, instead of bickering from ideological and religious beliefs, must be upheld between the member-states of the Anti-Communism Alliance.

The Kingdom of Adwest hopes for closer cooperation with the Imperial Theocracy and once again, declares it's support to this instrument of freedom, conservatism, and anti-leftism, and hope other states may emulate this commendable doctrine.
