Over the past month, there has been a massive number of riots, killings, rapes, muggings, kidnapping, humiliations, plunder, beatings, vandalism, arson, and basic destruction in Kalakda, particularly the area around the city of Modk in Western Kalakda. The violence has taken place between Greater Americanians, and immigrants from a number of nations as Birkaine, Salzland, Molkavia, Leistung, Oseato, and others, the reason behind the destruction being the recent conflicts between these nations in the past few months. But over the past few weeks, the violence has escalated, targeting now History Landers and even native Kalakdans, the reason for the latter is due to the fact that the Kalakdan Government had spoken up against Greater Americania recently. Modkans have demanded that the Government do something about the riots or else it'll escalate into Civil War.

The Government has recently sent a desperate message to a number of nations with this message, "Help us! There are horrific riots taking place in the major city of Modk, if something is to be done, these riots could escalate into basically war between recent immigrants into Kalakda!"

The Hospital Ship STS Hal Newton propelled through the waters, with 5,000 peacekeepers and humanitarian aid workers aboard. They had brought medical equipment,light construction equipment,light arms,food and Crowd Shields.

Following close behind was the submarine STS Vatsisov.
Their objective was simple: To aid the innocent populace of Kalakda from the onslaught of violent riots.

The boat and submarine arrived on the coast of Kalakda. The peacekeeping and humanitarian workers quickly entered the heart of the rioting city and began a search for bodies and victims in the debris.

It seems that your people are not happy with the current government. These anarchists will, however, will surely make the situations if they manage to overthrow the government. To ensure the safety of your people and officials in government, we have made the decision to deploy forces in what is currently your nation. Presently, they are only to engage anarchist rebels. However, if you do not comply with the following conditions, your millitary will also be killed. Here are our terms:

-Kalakda will be an official Chetssalish province
-All of your current government officials will step down
-Elections for new officials will take place within twenty-four months of the date these terms are agreed upon
-Until that time, appointed officials will govern the land according to the needs of the people
-Each soldier in the current millitary has the option to either join the Chetssalish Millitary where they will do similar tasks as they already are, or quit. Anyone who leaves the army will not be paid by Chetssaland
-Chetssaland will provide aid to areas in need from the riots and economic help to those effected by this crisis
