The Cavern Accord

THE CAVERN ACCORD:

On this Twelveth of February, in the two Thousand and thirteenth year of the Lord, this accord has been reached between Wiendonia and represantives of The Commonwealth of Crowns (CoC)to bring lasting peace and cooperation between CoC nations and Wiendonia . In our full consiousness, both parties voluntarily agree as a broad outline that:-

1) Wiendonia shall be the WA Delegate of Global Federation of Nations (GFN).
2) Wiendonia may form his own government and recruit as many nations as desired.
3) The region may have their own flag.
4) The position of Founder will remain with The Commonwealth of Crowns .
5) The CoC will agree to allowing the region to be "self determined" and govern itself, but the CoC will step in if the regions in question are threatened or if the regions in question threaten the CoC.

Both parties agree that the values of democracy, freedom of speech and transparency shall be preserved in the GFN and a govt. elected at the earliest to govern GFN.

Hereby, we affix the seal and sign to this Accord to bring everlasting peace in Global Federation of Nations.
