I am sorry that you feel this way.
I attempted to make things ok with King George III.
His response was not appropriate.
This Region isn't for everyone, I hate to say.
But if you are here, you have to follow the rules.

I would like to announce that due to the absolute hatefulness coming from Atticatia and the biased mess of a council we have that I am leaving the so called "imperial league" to become Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Kings. I bid you all a fond farewell and let this teach you to never put a monarch on trial.

In regards to the Position that Freedom of speech is protected by a WA Resolution, please read carefully, this line from it: "Forbids member states from abusing these restrictions in an effort to stifle free expression among law-abiding citizens."

This is about Law-abiding citizens within a STATE. The Imperial League's Constitution handles it's Regional Matters. The WA has NO JURISDICTION here.

That specific Resolution is to do with say, the Citizens of Civolpaedia, not Civolpaedia and Mikail, Ruvian, etc... within The Imperial League.

I move to dismiss this issue. A Decision was reached which was fair and even handed, and gave Ceased a chance to come back to us.

He has since chosen to leave. Peace be with him.

I'm not too familiar with what should go into a Trade and Commerce section.

I think we should have a Regional Monetary account.
Each Nation should give money ("taxes"), and the Region can use the money to improve the Region.
Defense, Food, Disaster Relief, etc.
We can create a position of Regional Treasurer to be the Region's bookkeeper.

Who decides on what it is spent on?

who actually makes the physical purchases to store owners?

Taxes, I think it would be good for the council to have a small amount of funds to play with. However I do believe that taxes are an invasion of nations’ national sovereignty; furthermore “Welcome to the Imperial League! GIVE US YOUR MONEY”, doesn’t give me that warm and fuzzy feeling. Perhaps we set up a tab for the treasury, and in it nations can deposit as much as they see fit. I would imagine this amount to be between 0.25% - 1.25% of their GDP.

Not the normal Tariff par se, but a "sales tax" which would generate taxes for the Regional Government precisely based on consumption. That way there would be a fairness to our tax system.

but how would the Region track a Nation in that matter?
who is seeing if the Nation is giving the Region the right amount?
The Regional Treasurer or Comptroller position could be created for this.

I would like to turn people attention to this, I would encourage all nations to create an account and set A ROLE-PLAY POPULATION. Once this is accomplished we can skim a very small percentile off the imports spending to form a budget.

It should be put in to law that all council members and office barers must contribute to the coffers and it shall be optional for all other members to place money in the council's hands

I have a question, if I depart this region to try and annex another region which has no leadership, and say, take control, is there any way I can take that Region's members and insert them into our membership? What sorts of things can I do in this way? How can we conquer the world? I may just be feeling rambunctious and wanting to expand our Imperial Market influence/scope...lol

You can't move a nation without it concent (except to the rejected realms)

It is my strategy that through some aggressive action we will extend our power and through free trade agreements and whatnot we will extend Dominion over our slice of the Nation States Pie
