Declaration Establishing The Commonwealth of United Crowns
Louis, By the Grace of God, King of Carminica, Duke of Munstar & Grundstar, Duke of Belmont, Earl of Kola, Viscount of Tellmor, Viscount of Sanburg, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Carmincan Armed Forces, Supreme Governor of the Church of Carminica and Defender of the Faith, to all our loving subjects of what degree or quality soever, greeting.
Having been blessed with the honour of calling this most beautiful Kingdom of Carminica home, we too recognize the beauty and depth of the kingdoms of our foreign friends reign. In examining these relationships, politically, economically and culturally, we have been moved to request that our Ministry of Foreign Affairs to call on assembly of foreign monarchies.
Collectively, this assembly shall be henceforth known as the Commonwealth of United Crowns. With the expressed desire of advancing the collective interest of member-states, the Commonwealth of United Crowns shall remain as international organization where each member-state will be treated as equal.
With thepower invested in me by the almighty god and the will of the people of Carminica, I, Louis Rex, hereby declare the establishment of the Commonwealth of United Crown.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs
As directed by the King, the ministry looks forward to implementing the conditions needed to establishing the Commonwealth of United Crowns. The Ministry of Finance, Treasury Board and the ministry have put together a $1.3 billionUSD endowment for the commonwealth's use. It's our hope that it will be a see fund for the basic operational aspects of the institution. Furthermore, Her Royal Highness Princess Maybelline, daughter of HRH Duke of St.Andrews, has graciously transferred the lease of Kentwood House to the Commonwealth of United Crowns for the expressed purpose of housing the the administrative headquarters.
In terms of logistic, the ministry has taken the liberty of creating the Office of the Acting-Chairperson of the Commonwealth of United Crowns and assigned the incumbent as Sir Gerald Heed. Sir Gerald's main objective while in office will be facilitating the larger establishment of the Commonwealth of United Crowns.

First and foremost, it is with great honour and distinction that I may have the opportunity to communicate with monarchies across the world by means of acting-chairperson.
Established by King Louis of Carminica, it's my hope that as a collective unit the commonwealth may advance the desires and interest of nation-states that hold the common bond of monarchy and tradition. In this ever changing world where politicians seek re-election and industry looks to maximize profit, monarchy stand as a constant reminder of stability and good government. Founded on the basic understanding that leviathan, the monarch, is the guardian of all mankind this is our opportunity to protect that truth, strengthen that truth, and spread that truth.
On behalf of the King of Carminica and his government, I ask you, monarchies of the world, to send representation to Kentwood House where together we shall establish the Commonwealth of United Crown as an international institution that the world will envy.
