CHARTER OF THE ALLIANCE

1. No member nation shall have any capitalist or similar economic systems in their country, and must be left-leaning or similar

2. No member nation shall have oppressive governments, where civil and political freedoms are trampled upon

3. No member nation shall disobey the orders of the Alliance, orders that will be decided upon the members themselves, as a democracy

4. No member nation shall help the Alliance's enemies, such as capitalists, fascists, etc. If they do, they will be held trial, as stated below

5. Any member nation disobeying above statements shall be held trial at the Anti-Capitalism Alliance Supreme Court. The trials shall be fair, and if convicted, the orders of punishment shall be obeyed

6. All member nations shall participate in the Alliance's affairs, such as amending laws, declaring war, etc. as a democracy

7. All member nations shall respect the other member nations, no war between them is allowed

8. All member nations shall lend a small portion of their military to help protect the Alliance itself

9. All member nations shall try to standardize their weaponry to have a whole Alliance-wide arsenal, examples are the Warsaw Pact

10. All member nations shall respect Comrade Marx

The Democratic Republic of Perrytopia has always been a nation wrought in the ideals of equality and self determination; it respects the intrinsic values of democracy that decree that such a system shall be determined first and foremost by the whims of its citizens. If an educated populace decree that particular system shall be favored over another, then it is law; however, the right to enforce this order extends only to the farthest legal extent of the nations borders. A nation is not justified in enforcing its will upon another simply due to differing ideologies unless said nation is violating the basic rights of its citizens. Thus, as it has done with the Anti- communism alliance, Perrytopia shall condemn this anti capitalism alliance as it stands for the incitement of war and deth over something as petty as ideology. In an attempt to advocate a true world peace, Perrytopia beseeches the nation which has founded this alliance to replace it with a more open conglomeration wrought in the ideals of true peace and understanding. Perrytopia wishes to extend its metaphorical hand in peace, so that all persons may strive for something greater.

Lenin didn't kill millions. The people who killed millions were the Allies and Central Powers who lead the young working class of a generation to their deaths on the battlefields of Europe, the capitalist class of Russia which took arms against the new worker's government in an attempt to "drown the revolution in blood", the 14 imperialist nations who supported them in this effort, and the new bureaucratic caste lead by Stalin, that finally signalled the death of the Russian Revolution. These are the people that killed millions, not Lenin.
