That sure was helpful, thank you.

Might either make an application for Orcs or Sasquatches, haven't quite decided yet.

Oh, and the Orcs will not be completely psychotic, violent monsters. They'll still be violent monsters, but Warbosses and Warlords will be willing to trade and use diplomacy with others if it is to their advantage.

My dwarves will still retain a slight fascination with throwing axes in your face. Though in this crazy fantasy world the most hated race by the dwarves are the humans. Crazy right?

The Orcs will have a peculiar liking for smashing their choppas into Dwarven faces, too.

Also, what would be an acceptable population?

Depends, there is the tropical southern region of Etropas, the central region of Casibica, and the desert area of Coralia. As far as pop goes, since you are orks you prob want to have a pop maybe around 80 or 90 million maybe. Though this is up to you. Honestly the biggest pop in Lost Age is Achesia with around 50 million.

Where would you suggest I put my Orcs? I'd like them to have a lot of nearby neighbours. And I think I'll go for the 85 million mark.

Currently the most populated region is Casibica with Coralia being second. There is a large plains area with a crack in it in the center of Casibica that might be your starting area. With some expansion around you could be in the center and could border the various nations located there.

Orcs have next to no infrastructure at all. They're nomadic in nature, terrible craftsmen (their tools are crude and cobbled together from scrap, most prefer to scavenge and 'make Orcish' tools and weapons from other civilizations, as well as trade. Also, Orcs are incredibly decentralized, with even the largest Orc tribe not numbering more than a few million.

Name of Realm: The Greenskin Lands
Description of Realm (Paragraph): First and foremost, the Greenskin Lands are not a united nation in any sense of the word. What is collectively known as the 'Greenskin Lands' makes up the ancestral homeland of the Orc and Goblin races, who have lived there for as long as anyone can remember. The Greenskins are divided into tens of autonomous tribes, who are in turn divided into many dozens of smaller warbands, who are in turn divided into hundreds of small mobs. All of which constantly squabble, war, and generally fight with each other. The Greenskins are a nomadic species, instead preferring to travel after the massive herds of boars, which make up the majority of Greenskin diet (as well as any nearby vegetation or enemies), and only occasionally settle down into warcamps. The Greenskins are a savage, brutish race that seems to exist only to wage war and commit acts of unspeakable violence. There is an Orc for every grain of sand, but luckily, they are also unintelligent and deeply fragmented. They do not make good craftsmen and instead make crude tools out if scrap or otherwise scavenge what they can. However, some of the wiser Orc leaders have warmed to the idea of trade and diplomacy.
Demonym: Greenskin is used for all encompassing races, Orc/Orcish and Goblin/Gobbish used for Orcs and Goblins respectively.
Race: Orcs and Goblins.
Languages: Orcish.
Religion: A crude mixture of polytheism and shamanism.
Head of State: The Greenskins do not have a single leader. Each mob is led by a Nob (Orc slang for Noble). An Orc warband is led by a Warboss. An Orc tribe is led by a Warlord. Leadership is determined by who is the biggest and the strongest and who can either out fight or out think his challengers. Orcs have an intrinsic mental ability to recognize who is bigger, which makes revolutions and revolts quite rare.
Seat of Power: N/A. However, the largest warcamp belonging to the largest Orc tribe is Grimgor's Camp.
Population: 85,000,000.
RL Fluency in English: Quite fluent, if I do say so myself.
Example of previous RP: 1, 2, 3, 4.
RL Age: I am in my fifties.
Where you wish to place your land plot: The land outlined in black.
Why you wish to join: I like fantasy settings and Orcs.

As well as the slaver, mercantile, superreligious, desert civilisation. :p
Well, we are probably more war-like than mercantile, but still.

Speaking of which, I have a suggestion regarding the rule that can hopefully enhance RP. It is a somewhat simple one:
Every one will have to list three things that their nation is famous for, as something that can be exported (material, knowledge, maybe even cultural products), AND three things that their nation is in need of, as something that can be, well, imported.

With it, I believe we can create the need for nations to interact with each other to... acquire things they need, from nations that have them, without resorting to complicated rules and so. How does everyone think about it? :)

This... is a fucking awesome idea. Will put up when I get all this other stuff done.

I can't decide whether to have grain or ivory as a trade good; the other two are artisan goods (carpets, statues, vases, etc.) and cotton. Any suggestions? I'll probably pick the one that people would want most.
