OOC: Urm.... Why did you post this here?
Anyway. Postings.

The morning had been long for Prime-Minister Salaarn, Starting at 5am with a brisk helicopter journey to Astergi District Airport just not to put the leader at risk by using the public entrance. Many people, Especially those from the South who were upset by their new ruler, And would take a chance on his life if they found the oppurtunity. After landing at the airport and entering through the executive entrance, The Isointanian jet shortly arrived and the security teams boarded, Cleared and secured every corner of the jet, Allowing the Prime-Minister to board safely accompanied by his ministers, Who found seats In a large discussion room.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs pulled out a series of paper and lay them out on the mahogany table, Rifling through them before setting them down again. 'So, What's for lunch?' he asked in a humourous manner, Spurring a guard to answer his question. 'Food will be served shortly' the guard said, Barely moving as he returned the enquiry. Now it was the Prime-Minister time to speak. 'We need to try and surface the issues about the Genocide in the highlands.' he said, Sipping from a glass of water.
''Are you sure that they would pay attention to what is currently, A Minor issue?' The Foreign affairs minister returned.
'We just have to that they shall. I cannot stand our blood being spilt by our own. Ah, Here comes the food.' finished the Prime minister, Clapping his hands together as a guard brought in several bowls of soup.

The chairman eventually sat down beside the other delegates and saw that everyone was already partaking in meals, some others speaking with each other. The chairman too was hungry and decided it's time to get something to eat. He didn't order anything too lavish nor anything too simple.

Bearing this on mind, he ordered only the third cheapest item in the menu, half a bottle of Cognac and some soup for his meal. Eyeing the others, he wasn't sure how to open up discussion as his ministers often did these things. Nevertheless, he remained positive about this Summit.

Emperor Bertus I of Yorko was quite amazed by the size and grandness of the La Migliore hotel. It was late at night, his jet had only just arrived because of the troublesome flight from Yorkopolis to Isointania, because those pesky Republicans had been using anti-air in an attempt to take down his plane, so he had to take a different route to safely fly over the Republican State. As he entered the massive room where the dinner was held, with a troop of Royal Guards behind him, he saw how his former leader - Now a rival of his - Dr. Adolfus Streichen sat beside other delegates on the other end of the table, wearing the highly-decorated military cap he always wore, with a squad of Republican Guards assigned to protecting their leader a fair distance behind him, which carefully observed the happenings in the room, making sure their leader wouldn't be attacked. Bertus took an empty seat fairly close to the door he just came through, very far away from Streichen, and ordered his guards to be at ease, who nodded and stepped back into the corner like Streichen's guards also had done before. He ordered one of his guards to get him a meal, the most expensive one available, a medium-rare steak, with a bottle of wine, baked potatoes, and a grilled chicken.

"You can go, get yourself some food as well," Bertus I said to his guards, who then walked over to the queue to get a meal as well. Bertus didn't really notice - Nor care - about what his guards were planning to eat, all he really cared about was getting it over with, so he could safely annex the Republican State back into his territories. He grabbed his glass of wine, and took a small sip of it as he looked around the room, observing the rest of the people present in the large hall, he then put the glass of wine back onto the table, smiling.

Premier Omar Milea was speaking with Radu Suslov

"Do you really think its appropriate that I leave the country at this time?" said Radu Sulsov who seemed quite anxious

"This summit is important, its important we gather support and make as many friends and positive impressions as possible, its also an opportunity to promote our Revolutionary Republic abroad" said Omar

"We are close to civil war...." Radu was cut off

"I will take care of everything, please Radu don't worry" said Omar, Radu was still unsure.

Radu was driven by a government vehicle to pick up his mother who was the family that he had decided to bring with him seeing as he was permitted to take a family member with him.

The 72 yearold woman hobbled into the back of the car sitting next to Radu

"It is so nice of you to spirit me away on some exciting foreign adventure" she said beaming, she was clearly excited and had never left Bulgislavia before

"Well your my mother, I love you and I wanted to do something nice for you, plus it seems all expenses paid"

The car drove to Terevesti international Airport where the Private Jet was ready to transport the Bulgislavian Delegation to touch down on Isointanian soil.

After what seemed like a long flight the plane touched down.

Quite jet lagged, Radu, his mother and the two other Bulgislavian staff/guards satasfied their hunger with a meal at the Tra Le Nuvole Airport

After the meal they went to the La Migliore Hotel, unpacked their belongings and made themselves confortable in the room, quickly scanning through the strange exotic TV channels of this nation before going for a walk around the hotel grounds before having an early nights sleep so they were all well rested for the summit the next morning

Postby Divitaen » Tue Jul 03, 2012 3:31 am

Lord Everard Leitner, State Ambassador of Divitaen, looked up from his paperwork and administrative duties. Outside the palace of the Capitol stood a huge and majestic courtyard, where a very special ceremony was to be held. Divitaen was to attend, for the first time, an International Incidents Summit.

He got up promptly and transferred himself over to the courtyard, where he immediately spied four members of the secret service of Divitaen standing alert, looking out for anything they may deem suspicious. In the middle of their formation was a graceful and elegant-looking young man, the esteemed Crown Prince of Lacertus, leader of Divitaen. It was he that proposed signing up for the summit in the first place.

Both men shook hands, with Lord Leitner bowing as a sign of traditional respect for a higher authority. The Crown Prince then proceeded to hand over a moderately large stack of papers, which the noble did not find too appealing after his paperwork experience, and mentioned, "This is a basic summary of what we have briefed you about the issues that shall appear at the summit itself. We have been looking into all the incidents facing such issues and desire that you state our stance accurately and in a manner such that all our nuances as determined by this court would have been clearly brought across. Divitaen trusts that you are indeed a competent diplomat. Do not waste this historic opportunity."

He said no more, but the apprehensive look in his gaze suggested a slight anxiety over security. Divitaen rebels who hated the monarchy may wish to hijack this opportunity to spread their ideals internationally, and what better way than to kill a high-ranking diplomat in Isoitania. Lord Leitner was not thoroughly concerned about all these matters. He was concerned only about the business of diplomacy. At this, he proceeded with the traditional bow that only nobles are taught to perform, the greatest form of respect, and the Crown Prince returned it by sending him off with the most erudite of expressions in Divitaen literary history, "Lords learn far in words, but realms and kings grant mercies and worth." At this, he departed Divitaen into the private jet, where his spouse, Ms. Giselle Fischer nee Leitner awaited.

Unlike the hardworking politician he usually was, Lord Leitner immediately put the whole stack of papers into his bag without a second look, since they were merely summaries. Throughout the whole plane ride, he only sensed a pervading feeling of anxiety and worry, anxiety over the huge criticism that the Kingdom of Divitaen has always received from other nations, being called a 'rogue state' that was 'uncooperative' and 'propped up desperate dictators'. It seemed almost to him not even a possibility, but the path of probability that stood primarily before him, that the summit will result in even greater condemnation of Divitaen, given the nature of Divitaen's internal policies with regards to external affairs. This was not a matter which he felt he should waste time dealing with at the current moment.

Finally, the plane touched down in Isoitania, where a luxurious vehicle awaited them to transport them to the well-famed La Migliore hotel, a hotel known for being called 'one that places upon its clients an indulgence that even the most conservative and corrupt of kings have never been able to live' and by another 'a dwelling that spoils a man far more than Solomon in all his splendor'. It was certainly the kind of comfort that the Ambassador needed now.

Both the couple was greeted by representatives of Isoitania, people who welcomed both nobles in a rather formal and ceremonial manner, before they were brought to the vehicle and taken to the La Migliore hotel. For the Ambassador, it was certainly a fascinating experience, as the beautiful ornamental and architectural design, as well as interior outline and beautification, combining in an innovative manner both Gothic and Victorian style of artistic expression, with fantastic and intriguing works of Impressionist art layering all sides, it was breathtaking for even a man that had dwelled in the Palace of the Capitol, a palace in Divitaen that took decades to complete, with thousands of slave workers, all part of Divitaen's tyrannical history.

The couple split up at this point. While it was traditional for couples to stay together, especially for those of the nobility, here, Lord Leitner was slightly more concerned with getting down to replying to his Crown Prince about the status of his comprehension of the paperwork handed over to him, which he desired to complete before night. Ms. Fischer, however, wanted to enjoy the fashion trends in Isoitania which were certainly fresh compared to that in Divitaen, which was extremely conservative and traditional by contrast. She explored only those that surrounded the La Migliore hotel, which to Ms. Fischer was sufficient even for a woman of her social standing, as those that surrounded the famed hotel were strategically, for Isoitania's tourism industry, the most expensive and high-class luxury goods around the whole of Isoitania. She spent time looking primarily through the dresses that were sold, and spent much time studying gems, the special times of rubies, emeralds and sapphires that were garnered from the unique mining styles in Isoitania, and the expense was certainly none of her concern.

It was dark when she returned, Lord Leitner was just about to go to sleep. It had been a long day preparing for the Summit itself, and the morning tomorrow would likely prove to be even more demanding of their time and energy. With anticipating emotions, both retired for the night.

President Davos Meilerdan approached Prime Minister Marino and offered him a warm handshake.
"How are you doing my friend? And more importantly, how is Isointania doing? I was appalled when General Hursh published a report on Chichian armed forces looting Marritimo and all offenders have been suspended from military service and detained; I would like to inform you that should you wish to extradite them to your country for trials regarding the crimes they commited within your country, all you must do is contact General Hursh to specify arrangements."
Davos then pulled a report out, "This document lists each member of the Armed Forces and the crimes they are suspected of during the occupation of Marritimo, but have not been formally charged with.

Gilliland was late as usual, despite the fact he had been picked up by an Isotainian private jet perfectly on time. 'Well Samuel, what will I be discussing here today?'
'There's the matter of war in the West Pacific against non-whites, I'm sure you remember the reports. Also, it would be nice if we could be able to take a more prominent role in world affairs.'
'OK, OK, I'll go and talk to some people once we're there.'
'This is the pilot speaking, we are about to land. Please put away all trays when the seatbelt signs come on.'
Luckily, Gilliland had just finished his dinner. Surprisingly, for a man of his wealth, he chose to eat aeroplane food, albeit it was first class. A stewardess came to take his meal away, and Gilliland and Samuel then continued their conversation. 'Our aims for the meeting are simple. Force The Aryan Brotherhood to give up it's aims, and maybe give reparations to nations who intervened. Anything beyond that is just additional.'
'Right, OK, got it.' Gilliland put his jacket back on, and stepped into the cool Isotainian air, and immediately was ushered into an armoured cab to be taken to the summit.

'Sir, before you go in, it would be nice if you wore this. It's an earpiece, which will let me tell you any facts you may need, or help with any decisions. You can communicate back, but do it in a discrete area so people don't think you're taling to yourself.'
'Very well, Samuel.' he said, before he got out of the cab and went into the hotel to get shown to his room.

[OoC: Could we, perhaps, not write so much? You guys are having the meeting and my plane is merely landing...]

I listened carefully to my most desired part of any airplane landing; the wheels smashing against the tarmac. I closed my eyes, ignoring the pain coming from my ears, and listened. I blocked out the commotion from inside the aircraft; the Imperial National Guards chatting, or the words of confidence from the IEC squad that lingered in the "class" before me, though the Imperial jet didn't separate into classes, just sections.

Then, I heard it. The screech as the wheels began to roll at incredible speeds on the tarmac broke through my ears, penetrating my brain and ringing, causing a grin to appear on my face. The sound of these wheels reminded me of my service on the INV Geneva, the Dreadnought Carrier that patrolled the Baltic Sea. I would constantly be listening to the landing of the F-20s that patrolled the waters, watching with pride as the Imperial Navy established its presence in all sectors of the European continent. Oh, how I longed to return to the days of the military.

But no. The Empire had newly assigned me, the 52-year-old general Colton Byrd to the Imperial Diplo-Corps, instead of giving me the position I had requested: commanding officer of the INV Aurora, in the Mediterranean.

"Sir, we'll be arriving at the terminal momentarily," the same hostess mentioned, looking down at me, the same factitious smile still drawn on her.

"Grazie," I replied, in Italian, for reasons not even I know. "I'm sorry," I rapidly corrected, shaking my head, "thank you." Her smile grew, now seeming genuine, and lightly nodded her head. She walked off, and I sighed, standing with my bag in hand.

"May I carry that for you, Mr. Byrd?" one of the national guards asked, extending his hand to take it from me.

"No, thank you," I replied, smiling, "I'll carry this one."

After waiting a few more moments for the doors to open, I walked out, the two guards walking behind me. The IEC squad hadn't been permitted to enter this territory, and were forced to remain within the aircraft, considered traveling Imperial territory.

As I exit, I looked around, for any official that seemed to be a government official.

"Let's wait here," I said to the guards," someone's bound to come pick us up."

25 miles off the Isointanian coast, 2100 Isointania time
"We're approaching the coordinates you requested, sir"
The President was awoken by the pilots announcement. Looking out the window, he saw the reason he had the pilot fly over this spot: The Supercarrier RLNS Bastion steaming towards Corazza City. The ship would arrive at the port tomorrow, just in time for the start of the summit. Her younger sister, the Citadel, was steaming to a station just outside of Aryan Brother-hood territorial waters.
"Mr. President, I have two F-35Cs requesting permission to escort us into the city."
President Silvanus smiled. "Tell them we would be happy if they would."
The two fighters took up position off of the jet's wings as it started its final approach. The RRF troopers that made up the presidential detail were loading special short magazines to their G-36KV rifles. The President turned at the sound.
"I don't think our hosts would have invited all of these leaders here just to kill them. Relax"
"Sorry, sir," The lieutenant in charge of the detail said, "but we aren't taking any chances after the last attack."
The president flinched. His wife and son had died in the last terrorist attempt on his life. "Point taken."
The aircraft touched down at Tra le Nuvole airport as the two fighters pulled off to return to the carrier. An armored car quickly arrived to take them to their hotel. Tomorrow would be a busy day.

A man identifying himself as a member of the Isointania State Department delivered the above message. He seemed eager to get Leader Korinekia to the Hotel. Looking around he noted that he was not the only one being so contacted. After some hagling, Korinekia got the man to agree to until after he had a bowl of soup.

He thought nothing of it before, but on the way in he had noticed there seemed to be a greater than normal military presence. He figured he should take the chance to eat now, lest Supper also get cancelled unexpectedly.

Location: Isointania, the Tra le Nuvole Airport (still)
Danna sighed. They were waiting for several hours now, and had visited nearly any corner of this airport. One of the guardsmen raised his arm to look on his watch. "Does anybody know when this ... summit-thing will start?" The other guard, a female in her late thirties, shook her head. "Nah. Just do the same as I do, and watch those people running around here with bored and/or stressed out faces." Advisor Danna giggled silently. The four Vecerians were standing in the middle of one of the halls of the airport, leaning against a large column. Rodger, the male guard, retrieved his blade from beneath the long, black-and-red trenchcoat and started to sharpen it. "Oh c'mon, you'll scare the natives." His companion giggled and retrieved her own sword. The tanto-style blade looked quite new, even if it had already seen several battles. "Hope those guys will pick us up from here, don't want to wait for hours just to miss the summit we came for." Danna sighed again, looking at the Archon. Lorena nodded, eating a rasher of bacon she had stored in her food pack. They continued to watch natives and delegates wandering around, and wondered if the time they spent in this land was worth it.

A large Divalo X-1 pulled up beside Advisor Danna, a good looking, nervous man opened the doors.
"I am so sorry Mr Danna! Please get in the car, I am sure you will find it most pleasent."

Danna looked confused. "Erm, Sir - I'm female, and ... it's Madame Bancroft you're looking for, I'm just her Advisor." The two Guardsmen giggled till Lorena gestured them to stop and took a step forward. "I'm Archon Bancroft of the Royal Stratocracy of Veceria. And I guess you are our ... pick-up-guy for the Summit." Rodger and Varinia put their swords away as they guarded the car while their protégés boarded the vehicle. Lorena looked at the Isointanian male again and raised one eyebrow, a typical Vecerian sign of inquiry and curiosity. "Are you taking us to the Summit now? Or do we have to expect something else first?" The Guardsmen hopped into the car and closed the doors.

Gilliland was shown to his room, where he set up his laptop to talk to Samuel. 'Sir, I don't know when the meeting is going to start, but when it does, please remember to take the briefcase I gave you. It contains all of the specifics about the incidents that are to be discussed here.'
'Yes, of course. Now Samuel, go off and annoy some foreigners or whatever you do. I want some time alone to relax.'
'Very well, sir, I'll leave you to it.'

Pilkington's jet had landed late. He would have been on time if he hadn't insisted stoping for Bar Be Cue while the plane was refueling. After hearing that luncheon has been canceled, he was glad he ate. He found the hotel cultured enough and his room fit. Pilkington tried to lay on his bed, but the bed was designed for humans, he tossed an tumbled but this bed was not suit for velociraptor use. So he tossed the mattress out the window. He then called room service "Hello, Room Service? I request human liver with fava beans and a nice chianti. And send a maid with a new bed and plenty of blankets."

As the Royal Plane Landed the Emperor Of Micasa stepped out to feel the fresh air upon his face
While walking down the stairs,He was greeted by the Great people of a Great Nation then his most gracious Guard said "Your Highness I advise that we are already late for the Summit as it is"
"Very Well Henry lets head to the The Hotel and meet other Nation Leaders"
While heading to the Hotel the Emperor was looking at the Beautiful surroundings if the Great Nation.
Upon arriving at the Hotel the Emperor checked In and made his way to the Imperial Suite, which was heavily Gaurded
The Emperor took off his shoes and relaxed
Before the next big day

The plane finally landed in the Corozza City airport. Damn, Ms. Thekenbail thought to herself as the plane parked at the gate. Could we have taken off any later from Horuk International Airport? I am probably already hours later to the summit. Ms. Thekenbail quickly exited the private jet, chartered by the prime minster himself, and walked down the long jetway into the concourse of the airport with her entourage trailing quickly behind. "Get my luggage, boys," she said turning to the group of men following quickly at her heel. "I need to catch my limo to get to the summit immediately. I think I am running late!" Ms. Thekenbail sped down the escalator in the airport, right past the luggage claim where her royal-purple bag was spinning around on concourse number 7. Before stepping out through the glass double doors, she rapped her burqa around her head, so to keep with the religion of her parents... as well as her fashion statement.

Ms. Thekenbail, without even thinking, entered the nearest limo, driver nearby. She got on her i-telephone where she called the prime minister. "Yes, sir," she said. "I have arrived. I will be at the summit shortly." The car sped off, leaving her entourage to find another mode of transportation to the summit for themselves and Ms. Thekenbail's very important luggage.

As the Emperor was getting dressed
He asked his Royal Advisor "Can you arrange a meeting with the Prime Minister"
"Of Course your Majesty"

The hotel attendents filled Mr Pilkingtons request.
