A constitution intended for the region of the Bohemian Grove.
Article I - Military Orders –

I. Until additional contractors are provided, the Bohemian Grove Defense Force will be supplied in weapons, vehicles, resources, and other technologies by parties within the executive administration of the region.
a. Current contracted companies for the production of arms include the West-Tec Corporation of the Capital Commonwealth, and the Hyperion Corporation of The Western Reaches.
b. Current contracted companies for the production of aircraft and ground vehicles include Chryslus Motors ad REPCONN Aerospace of the Capital Commonwealth, and Sirta Aerospace of Tippercommon.
c. Current contracted companies for the production of resources and energy technologies include Sirta Energy of Tippercommon and Poseidon Energy of the Capital Commonwealth.
d. Current contracted companies for the research and development of advanced technologies include REPCONN Aerospace, RobCo Industries, and Vault-Tec of the Capital Commonwealth, and the Hyperion Corporation of The Western Reaches.

II. The Bohemian Grove Defense Force will be divided into four branches: the Bohemian Grove Naval Flotilla, the Bohemian Grove Space Exploration Division, the Bohemian Grove Marine Corps, and the Bohemian Grove Air Corps. Each branch shall be autonomously supported by separate logistics and communications units, but will share a common command unit, in order to increase the cooperation and effectiveness of all military forces.

III. Regardless of the native language of operators’ home nations, all forces will know to a reasonable degree of fluency the English language to guarantee cooperation and understanding in terms of communications.

IV. The Bohemian Grove Defense Force will use a standard phonetic alphabet in order to increase cooperation and understanding in terms of communications.

V. The Bohemian Grove Defense Force will make use of standard ammunition cartridges in order to consolidate production and increase simplicity amongst logistics units. All service rifles proposed to be become standard issue must meet these cartridge specifications before further review.
a. The standard intermediate rifle cartridge of the Bohemian Grove Defense Force will be the 120 gr (7.8 g) 6.5x38mm Grendel intermediate cartridge.
b. The standard rifle cartridge of the Bohemian Grove Defense Force will be the 150 gr (9.7 g) 7.62x51mm NATO FMJ large rifle cartridge.
c. There will be no standard cartridge in regards to long range marksmen units. All ammunition provided to scout-sniper units will be at the discretion of the unit and sniper.
d. The standard pistol cartridge of the Bohemian Grove Defense Force will be the 200 gr (13 g) .45 ACP pistol cartridge.

VI. No soldier of the Bohemian Grove Defense Force will be boarded in a civilian or public residence against the wishes of the owners of said residence. All personnel must be quartered in an official military base while deployed domestically or abroad.

VII. The Bohemian Grove Defense Force’s Space Exploration Branch will construct and maintain anti-ballistic missile defense systems in consenting member nations’ territory in order to ensure to overall protection of the region from nuclear or conventional strikes.

VIII. The leadership of the Bohemian Grove Defense Force will reside in the administrating nations of the region.

IX. All Bohemian Grove Defense Force Combat Operators will adhere to a certain quality of physical fitness, intelligence, and critical thinking and response skill. The baseline requirements of all combat oriented professionals are as follows:
a. This operator is able to run a distance of 8000 meters in 34 minutes.
b. This operator must be proficient up to 1000 meters with a weapon of large rifle caliber.
c. This operator must be proficient up to 900 meters with a weapon of intermediate rifle caliber.
d. This operator must be up to 200 meters with a weapon of pistol caliber.
e. This operator must be able to complete five rounds of 20 pull-ups, 30 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, 50 squats, and a 100 meter sprint in a time of 37 minutes.
f. This operator must be fluent in the English language.
g. This operator must have received medical training and is proficient in basic combat medical treatment.
h. This operator must be between the ages of 18 and 35.

X. The Bohemian Grove Defense Force and its affiliates will adhere to the following laws of war:
a. All prisoners of war will be treated humanely and provided protection, food, water, and latrine facilities, if possible, while in BGDF custody.
b. If a hostile force surrenders to any BGDF unit, said unit must take in these forces and prisoners of war and provide the care listed above.
c. The execution, abuse, torture, or forced malnutrition of a prisoner of war is warrant for relief from duty.

XI. All Bohemian Grove Defense Force Operators are required to wear the Bohemian Grove flag on their uniforms when in the field, but are permitted to wear patches and insignia or their home nation.

XII. The Bohemian Grove Defense Force will adhere to an independent pay grade and ranking system.


Article II – Governance

I. The Bohemian Grove will be administered by the three founding nations of the region: The Capital Commonwealth, The Western Reaches, and San Pellegrino Romana.

II. All matters of foreign diplomacy, finances, military execution, and amendments to the constitution will be carried out by this administration.

III. Matters of declaration of war, mobilization of the defense force, the expenditures of donated money, and domestic dispute will be handled through direct democratic election amongst the member nations.

IV. The rule of the region’s administration in terms of political influence will only extend to those nations who ratify this constitution. Nations may be in the region and not follow its policies, but are subject to ejection, exclusion, and favoritism towards states that have ratified this document.

V. Amendments to this constitution will be proposed to the administration, reviewed, and put up for vote by the region if approved.


Article III – Foreign Affairs

I. If a foreign power threatens or physically attacks a Bohemian Grove member state, the Bohemian Grove Defense Force will be immediately deployed to the member state to remedy the situation without elections.

II. If a member state threatens or physically attacks a member state, the case will be reviewed by the administration and other member states to decide upon action.

III. If a member state threatens of physically attacks a member state of the The Alliance of Grittonia, the case will be reviewed by the administration and other member states to decide upon action.

IV. If the Bohemian Grove Defense Force may not be mobilized for war, member states’ independent militaries may be deployed to wage war, granted the permission of the administration.


Article IV – The Treasury

I. A reserve fund will be kept by the Bohemian Grove in order to finance its maintenance and operation.

II. This reserve fund will be composed entirely of donations and loans from member nations and its affiliates.

III. The cap of this fund to be available to the Bohemian Grove Defense Force will be 25%.

IV. The cap of this fund to be available to the administration of the region will be 5%.

V. The cap of this fund to be available to research and development will be 50%.
