Gordon was scratching his head trying to figure out a way to rapidly anniliate and create neutonium, the new substance that had the potentual to create entire galaxies if there was enough time. Model after model he tried, and all failed. It was driving him mad. Then he had heard the info.

Unidentified ship in X-10 quadrant, alien in orgins yet surprisingly human-looking. It nearly looked like a ship from the sci-fi series his friend Bill was making.

Full alert, this is an alien spacecraft. We are not joking. This is the first encounter.His brain implants screamed into his head.

Well this was scary and interesting.

Dolmspace Headquarters, 1:05 PM Local Time

"Confirmed, it is not any spacecraft we have made. This is alien!" Stated the AI

"Send a message in our language to them. Tell them we are friendly and invite them here. Don't send anything of agression," Stated the commander.

As the ship escorted the newcomer to their homeworld, videomessages were launched. The appearance of the "alien" shocked everyone: They were human.

"Woah! You l-l-look...h-h-h-Human!" stammered the surrprised captain.

The captain was thinking, processing everything as fast as possible. How can this be!? Then he found it: In mythology, the current humans (not the one on the new ship) came from a place known as Terra. He began to ask.

"Did you come from Terra!?"

"And no language barriers, remarkable! Wait a minute... Terra was just the code name for Earth out of all my searches! Do you have anything about A country leaving Earth and traveling into space? Anyways, I'm uploading all the pages of information on my systems as we speak. I hope you have brain implants, or else it would take you several thousand years to process all of that."

They were about to land on the ninth planet of this solar system, warmed by SAPL lasers to maintain a habitable envioment.

"Have you noticed that my ships don't have rockets or any other form of partical-based acceleration yet?"

''yes i have noticed, Usually we do not have first contact with pre-warp species until they develop the technology''

''But somehow your sensors were able to detect our starship and so we thought why hide now''

Talking into the communicater ''Inform security to perform checks on the duty rosters''

"Meh, sure. And um... We do have warp powers. This isn't our only star-system, though it is our first. We don't use them too much on a large detectable scale because usually our planets provide enough for us. How's your quality of life? Oh and do you have hyperwave communication?" Asked the Captain.

Hyperwave was a form of faster then light communication, and was usually undetectable. The speed of it was exceptionally fast, and it tool little energy to do so. They didn't even have to use warping to get the signals across the galaxy instantly.

oh, i see, I did not realise that you had the Technology. and sortof we have what is called Temporel Communication, Which in a way does the exact same thing that Hyperwave Communication does, But we are also able to send messages through time and space in an instant. So far we have colonized a few systems also, but are more interested in Technology and Quality of life. We have a Utopian Society, and we do not revolve our lives around currency, and so we are more focused on improving our way of life.

"Ahh, we see. Ours is like that, though we do not dare call ourselves utopian yet, there is always something to improve upon. We don't even use money anymore, as we run by an Resource Based Economy. All of our population of 7 billion are spread throughout 10 solar systems, each with seven planets which are inhabitable. They are all intellectuals by definition, and hard manual labour, manufacturing, mining, and other forms of labour are practically gone. We have five gigantic battle-stations per system, since we do want to be prepared for the alien invasion. This is the first time I've seen an alien, is it possible that they are all humans? My nation is currently researching how to use Neutronium, do you know about it?" The Captain stated.

(OOC, I'd expect for you to have something similar but not exactly Neutronium.)

We have a population of 40 Billion, 4 systems, and 3 other Races within the UEFP. All of our installations, all ar Classified for security reasons, and no we havent heard of Neutronium, But we have something i guess you can call similiar. Its called Red Matter, All you need to know is that it basically is an infinite power source that is used to power cities and starships and starbases.

"Interesting. How does your government work? Ours is a multi-level direct democracy. The brain implants help us process the issues that come up, though since there are few issues, there really isn't a need for the implants to do that."

Our Government is a post-capitalist liberal democracy and constitutional republic. It has also been described as a utopian socialist society, which you already know. The Federation is described as stressing, the values of universal liberty, equality, justice, peace, and cooperation. The Federation also maintains its own military and exploratory agency, known as Starfleet.

The spaceship drops directly onto a small landing area, all potentual energy that would turn the spacecraft into a KEW canceled upon 0.000000000000000000000000001 mm of hitting the thing. "0.0000000000000001 milliseconds, a new record for me," stated the captain.

We don't exactly have police or laws, those have been taken care of by our economic system. I am one of the more well known people on my planet, and they have voted that I talk to you.
