[0230 HOURS, SCORPION CITY]
A battalion of Aerialists (soldiers in the Aerial Corps, better known as 'fly-guys') marched slowly down a main street in the Scorpion capital, one leading right up to the main citadel that had been taken a little more than a month ago. The walls still had large gaps and holes in them from tanks rolling through and rockets blasting them. The Scorpion flag was flown from a high tower, just below a flag that seemed to be a combination of the Emperican, Phyrric, Bwitish, and Ruvian flags. There had been attempts by the Scorpion government to convince coalition forces that the leader of Scorpio, one 'Tobias', was safe and secure in an island fortress of 'Island '. Several recon missions had proved that there was indeed a large fortress there, albeit in relative ruins from the recent war, but Tobias was no where to be found in it. Guards and CCTV cameras within the citadel had confirmed Mr. Tobias was indeed there. Snipers and counter-snipers were positioned all around the capitol building, agents from the Leograd (better known as 'Lion Troopers', or just 'Leograd') were hiding all over the place inside the citadel, ready to spring into action.
Three Emperican flamethrower tanks busted through the front gate of the citadel (reduced to not much more than a large iron fence from the war), with no acknowledgment of the guards that offered to open it for them. They positioned themselves all around the courtyard, aiming their main and secondary guns at strategic positions, the flamethrowers ready to torch anything that tried to escape from the building.
On the signal, roughly sixty Aerialists burst into the citadel's various entrances, storming the place.
"MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!" Sergeant Hawkins shouted as the various native guards were disarmed and forced to their knees. Several minutes later, a young Corporal ran up to Hawkins.
"Sir! Sir!" she shouted, "We just got news from a Leograd! The target was taken by Bwitish Falcons. Probably to their HQ."
"Well what are we waiting for!?" he scolded. Into his cross-com he said, "Everyone divert to Checkpoint Golf! Get Annabelle on it too."
He was, of course, addressing all of the battalion's attack helicopters.
A chorus of 'Yessir' s and 'Righ'away' s came from his earpiece as everybody shifted gears to move to the Bwitish HQ in Scorpion city.
[0240 HOURS, SCORPION CITY, BWITISH HQ]
"MOVE IT!" Hawkins screamed at his soldiers as they ran down the road to the Bwitish HQ and their tanks rolled over the building's fence. Several attack helicopters were circling the property, shining flashlights into windows, guns aimed on targets visible inside. The tanks once more positioned themselves strategically around the building's entrances. An explosion was heard in the distance, and power was cut to the HQ and roughly twenty blocks all around. The Aerialists activated night vision on their cross-com visors and rushed in, not bothering to be quiet or subtle. They used the taser under-barrels on their assault rifles to subdue the Falcons, but if that didn't work, they could spray them with a liquid version of tear gas that impaired sight, hearing, breathing, and the like, from a different under-barrel that was quickly interchangeable with the taser one.
The Aerialists burst into an inner chamber, weapons aimed at the various Falcons that were torturing the Scorpion leader.
"Weapons free comrades." Hawkins said as he entered, "Kill any resisters."
His eyes fell on Tobias, and said something in frantic Japanese into his cross-com. Operation Sentinel Dawn was a go.
