Even though we are in a horrific state of conflict we still wish to treat all with dignity and respect but we expect the same form you. Though the war seems unavoidable we still want P.O.W's and civilians treated with dignity and not like animals as seen in previous wars. In doing this we will do the same and will not take any direct military actions as of yet. However to act upon us first will force us to directly support our allies and will enable action by our 3 generals. We hope you agree to take humane action in this war and will await a response.

Midway...

The 7th fleet had been attacked by Imperia F/A18 Super Hornets, along with some submarines, which lead to some damage on the cruisers and destroyers. They had taken heavy losses though, as the "Eagle" multipurpose fighters had already been in the air in response of the bkockade. Admiral Mason was upset about the unneceary damage made in his fleet. He would retaliate. He ordered his Cariers to bring up 150 Eagle planes armed with ship-destroyer missiles, and sent 50% of his Bultra class ballistic missile fleet to deal with the enemy fleet. The main targets for both units were Aircraft Carriers, and after them, Battleships. These pilots and Naval men had been trained to know where was the fuel tank of any international ship, where its engine was, and where its magazine room was. If they destroyed one of these three, the enemy ship would suffer a major blow. The attack commenced quickly, as the blood of the pilots were filled with eagerness and focus at the same time. The attack commenced, at sunset.

"Damn it, the Cobras are at it again!" screamed the Admiral, as some of the Cobra Fidels escaped the AA guns from the blockade. Most, but not all escaped. The Admiral wanted to finish those Fidels, make the Cobras in Midway withought air power. "This is the Admiral speaking! Send the UFVs! Send the UFVs now and hunt those Fidels down!" The UFVs, stand for Unmanned Flying Planes, were launched from all ships. They were the size of Predaors, and kinda were like Predators. Only that these were slightly faster, and colored sky blue o camouflage it with the sky. They were small enough, that a Cruiser could launch 15 of them. The UFVs went after the Fidels, and had the task to hunt them down or be destroyed. The attacking unit of planes and submarines were already attacking the Imperia, but the planes were being attacked by the Fkidels. But the UFVs were on their way, and it would be almost impossible to stop them.

Midway

Radar had picked up the large enemy airforce heading there way. CIWS were prepped along with a large amount of AA. Super Hornets Lifting off from the carrier deck remained around the fleet to protect it. When the enemy air finally arrived, what seemed like all the AA guns had fired at the same time. The tracers had nearly blinded the crew from seeing the island. There were atleast 1 CIWS on each of the ships. They took out many of the initial missiles but some had gotten through. The damage caused fire control to be a priority among many of the crewman, however it would be easily recoverable once given time to recover. Marines on the deck, given no other choice, began firing their rifles at the incoming aircraft. There large caliber rounds would be enough to cause some damage to the aircraft, atleast to those that hit. Imperian Battle ships had begun Shelling enemy placements on the small island. It would be sure to cause complications among their ranks. The decks of the Carriers remained mostly untouched. F/A18s carrying Napalm along with their standard payload had taken off and headed straight for the island, disregarding the enemy blockade. 4 of the Super Hornets would be taken out. Due to the fighters fast speed targeting would be difficult. Once over land the Fighters had unleashed their payload. Fire bombing of the island had officially began. The pilots tried their best to avoid Cobran positions with success at the sacrifice of missing Japanese troops within 60 feet of their position. The A10s that had gotten through would take care of them. The Warthogs continued to heavily harass the few Japanese AA positions. The recent large scale firebombing, when compared to the size of the island, was likely to cause heavy damage to GEIJD defenses, however pilots would be unable to confirm until the fire had settled down enough.
At the enemy fleet Imperian Submarines continued firing torpedoes at the ships with limited stress. The submarine crew took their time aiming the torpedoes, insuring accurate shots. They shifted their attention to the commonly, lightly armored Aircraft Carrier hulls. F/A18s stuck at the blockade continued to shoot a majority of their missiles at what they distinguished to be the command centers of the enemy ships. an additional 4 Super Hornets were lost due to enemy fighters and AA. A10 Warthogs stuck at the blockade began unleashing Heavy machine gun and missiles fire on the enemy decks. They made strafing runs but due to their slow speed, suffered 6 losses. After completing their runs they began making their way back to the fleet.

A fidel pilot smiled as he seen the UAVs coming towards him he let the plane fall to the water nearly going into the sea as he restarted its engines and flew behind the UAV firing 20 out of his 30 High Explosive missiles as the fidels lead the UAVs the Ukgios using their back gunners and guns on their wings dived in to attack the UAVs as a Zepplin fired its AA and V1s at them and the Enemy ships below it on the water they were using the Primo Victoria Doctrine {Cobraian for First Victory} as 4 Mega bombers fired their 50 cals and Went to bomb the Libre ships these band of air pilots and gunners would wreck the Libre Navy before dyeing and if the plane was about to explode they were told to aim it at a ship and eject before he would smash into a ship likely to cause heavy damage to the Libre ships

The remaining planes that had survived the attack returned to the carriers, and ships were ordered to create a forcefield of AA fire and missiles to defend the blockade from Cobra and Imperia. The UFVs that survived were ordered with all their speed to go to Midway, and taking the advantage that Cobra was focusing on the blockade, and they would attack the Cobra supplies that were left on Midway to lower Cobran troops in the island.

The cobra 99s opened fire on the UAVs as they came some cobra troops jumping on Japanese AA guns and firing at them as the fidels went as fast as they could to pass the AA fire from the enemy navy some went down but aimed to crash into The libre ships as they ejected one plan said on it the Go to hell the irony was that it was sending its enemys to hell Khornes personal made hell the zepplins fired at any libre ships that came near with their V1s.V2s and V3S and AA guns which they hoped would cause massive damage to the Enemy libre ships and finally break that blasted Blockade that was around the island of midway

Some of the Cobra rockets were destroyed by the AA fire and missiles, but some still got through. The blockade ships were already starting to get damaged. One of the Carriers had fire on her, and the crew worked for their dear lives, pulling out the fire. The Admiral, playing his last card, launched all the planes and UFVs in his disposal to defeat the Cobra attack and destroy the Imperia fleet. If it failed, the blockade would fall. But if it succeeded, the blockade would stay in place, and suffocate Cobra soldiers in Midway. Submarines that were still attacking the Imperia fleet were launching their last anti-ship missiles, and beginning to launch their ST-2 torpedoes, which were undetectable via radar. If the blockade was going down, then they'd make sure that the Imperia Fleet remember them. It was all in the last cards. The Admiral, under all the confusion, sent a message to the Great Imperial Japan:

Midway

Imperian AA and CIWS blasted away at incoming enemy fighters and missiles. The fight was costly as the fires on the ships began to grow with the crew pointing its attention at destroying the Enemy fleet and air. Many of the thousands of Marines went to the ship of their deck and began opening fire. As the battle raged on several more missiles made their way through, causing some minor damage to one of the carriers. In the battle 1 of the destroyers and 1 cruiser were badly damaged. A pillar of smoke the width of the ship rose from its surface. On board these ships crewman were ordered to make their way to the top, while the air system purposely taking in Carbon Dioxide to cut off the oxygen from the flames. In the air Super Hornets over the Imperian fleet began firing their missiles directly at the enemy air. They would typically fire at the enemy while they were preoccupied aiming at the Imperian Ships. Under water Imperian Sonar had detected the launch of the torpedoes. Crew man handling High Cavitating Turrets began firing in bursts at the incoming torpedoes. Some of The CIWS began firing as well. While many of the torpedoes were destroyed by the combined attempt. Many others had made it through. One of them had hit a Battleship that had made its way in front of an Imperian Carrier. The Battleship was still afloat but would need drastic repairs to its engines. One of the other Torpedoes had hit the destroyer that was already in flames. The ship began to sink, marking the first lost vessel for the Imperian forces.
At the Enemy fleet, Super Hornets continued their undisturbed tactic. They took loops in between the ships at low altitude. Any AA fire that missed would have a high probability of hitting another ship. From the island Fighters armed with sidewinder missiles began unleashing a wall of fire at the enemy fleet. The A10s had made it back safely with the exception of 2 of them which were killed by enemy missiles.
From His Command Center, Admiral Andrews watched. This was not his first time i warfare and he did not want it to be his last. He would fight to the last man. Narville being on the deck and witnessing the effort being put into a victory over a small island made him realize what this war had quickly done to the Admiral. He had become worse than the Japanese.

When Premeir Craig heard that Midway was about to fall to the enemy, Craig ordered the navy, army, and airforce of Jolthig to assist Libre to fight cobra forces.

The Admiral cheered, as well as every fighting navyman, when they recieved the message from Jolting. They were now prepared to fight till the death. Navymen put in MG guns on any corner of the ship to attack the incoming Cobras, and the ships of the blockade began to move towards the Imperia Navy. The pilots were following the cobra pilots, using 2-on-one tactics to bring down their planes. the submarines, still undisturbed, kept on aunching the last of their torpedoes before retreating back to the fleet. The Fleet, no longer in blockade mode, loaded their shells into every cannon they had. They headed to the Imperia fleet, and launched all their firepower onto the enemy ships, except for their AA fire, which was still firing at Cobra and Imperia planes. The Admiral smiled. The battle was still in the reach of victory. It was the begining of the final steps on retaking complete control of Midway.

Midway...again

At the sight of the approaching fleet, Admiral Andrews ordered the full use of their [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RGM-
84_Harpoon]RGM-84s[/url]. The Anti Ship missiles blasted away from Imperia's Cruisers, Destroyers, and Battleships. They formed what almost looked like a wall of projectiles heading quickly toward the enemy fleet. On the Carriers, A10s were reloaded and fueled. After preparing themselves, the warthogs took off to continue their strafing runs on the enemy ships. Underwater, Imperian Submarines Launched a volley of their torpedoes at the enemy battleships. It was getting dark, a couple hours past sunset. The fire from the weapons proved to be enough light for forces on both sides to see. After the first wave of the RGM-84s were launched they were followed by an equally as large second wave. Marines emerged from the inside of their ships carrying Javelins from their cargo hold. One by one Missiles could be seen rising almost straight into the air, then quickly turning toward enemy ships. F/A18s Began Firing the Last of their missiles, aiming them at enemy AA positions. An additional 7 Super Hornets were lost. When the A10s arrived the Hornets pulled back toward the carriers. The remaining Imperian Destroyers began dropping a large amount of depth charges above the position their sonar indicated enemy Submarines. As they dropped large towers of white water would form from the ocean. With Midway now burning, the Battle ships turned their cannons toward the Libre fleet and fired. Crewman on board the Battle ships would rush to replace the shells spent. On a Transport ship, One of them men under Narville's command, Roman, was hit by shrapnel from enemy AA. Narville rushed to his side and screamed for a corpsman. No one would come to help.

the jets and dive bombers come and bomb the enemy ships and submarines that are afloat. The 6 Jolthig navyships arrived, but they saw the enemy submarines on radar. they contacted the Premier of Jolthig about the submarines. He responded ordered the navy to send 20 submarines to the Midway warzone.

Red Claws suddenly moved to engage Cobran Fidels, swinging up high to launch cluster bombs at the enemy planes. The Nekron carried the fight to the Cobrans, but they slowly were cut down by Cobran forces. That Monolith fleet was coming though, soon, soon.....

On the Horizon

A fleet of 10 Monoliths sped along the water, motors propelling them along. Prepared to deliver maximum impacts, as well as much need reinforcements for the starved out Nekrons. They readied their missile pods and guns, in case they met hostile forces.

Imperial Japanese Dystopia's forces were outnumbered against The Quendi coalition and the death toll was on the rise. Something had to be done without provoking an attack against the home islands and the 3 generals thought of a plan. 3 battleships, 2 submarines, and an Aircraft carrier under the flag of Imperial Japanese Dystopia would make their way to the Taiwanese sea to support the Japanese Coalition in its battle.

The battleships were under preparations to set out and were armed to the teeth with 400mm guns and a long range sam site and short ranged sam attached to each battleship. The battle group would divide into 2 groups and head towards the Taiwanese sea from two directions hopefully catching the Quendi Coalition forces off guard.

In the battle of Midway the great Warship the Musashi was deployed from Osaka bay along with 3 A class frigates,2 aircraft carriers, and an escort ship to support Japanese forces in the battle as they would arrive in hopefully days to a week at minimum. If the enemy naval forces could be slowed or broken relief for the Japanese forces trapped on the island could be made. Ammunition, food, and fresh water was carried aboard the frigates and would certainly help morale in the battle.

The votes were in, and a silent hush fell over the assembled delegates. Many were tired from hours of back alley dealings and negotiating for votes, and held drawn faces with tight lips as they stared at the projecter's image on the vast screen set up behind the Supreme Chancellor's chair. When the votes started, many of the conservatives swore to oppose the proposal, just like how many of the liberals vowed the support it. But in the hours that had passed, many votes wavered and changed their minds. That much as known as the delegates returned to the their seats and sat down and waited.

In the balcony seats that were resevered for the media, hundreds of reporters and cameras awaited the much anticipated announcement if the declaration of war was passed or not.

Sora walked into the room, his face clearly showing the marks of fatigue and lack of sleep. Sitting heavily into his chair, he leaned forward and spoke into the microphone.

"Honorable delegates and representatives of the Asian Federation of Nations," his heavy voice resonated," .........We are at war."

The silence of deafening, and then the storm erupted.

Shouts of indignation erupted out of the seats of many conservatives, saying how the AFN had betrayed its principles and demanding who in their ranks had broken their word. The other half roared in celebration, and began calling their home provinces to start the preparations for war. Sora on the other hand, was led out of Congress and back into his private rooms so he could rest.

The Asian Federation has seen fit that the stated nation is not fit to call itself a good and responsible nation in this world and views the GEIJD as bringing shame upon the good-nature of the Japanese people, whether it be in their territories or abroad.

Because the GEIJD has said many times that its will only accept utter annhilation of its state, the AFN will not press any demands. However, we wish to warn the government of Japan that they will suffer for bringing shame and dishonor upon Asia and that they must be taught a final and severe lesson as to what it means to finally cross the AFN.

The Winter, and twenty four other diesel attack submarines deployed by the FSSO, were now moving north east - to a position where they would be east of the Japanese fleet and far north east from the Quendi fleet, with Taiwan to their west. This was their only objective at the moment as they had no other orders from command, other than to get to this position and remain undetected. One sub had to surface briefly for maintanence, but otherwise they had been sailing uninterrupted.

Meanwhile, the carrier air patrol around the FSSO carriers came into full shape as they moved west, away from both the Japanese and Quendi fleets. They had also deployed Lynx helicopters to search for any submarines tracking them, and two AWAC's to watch for incoming fighters.

The cobra fidels were going to make one last run on the ships they flicked up their flight sticks and pressed the red button on it launching all their missiles at the Admirals ship which they hoped to cut the Libre head off leaving them leaderless which they also thought would make the libre fleet flee if it didnt sink that way the zepplin had 10 V1s left to launch at it the cobra mega bombers flee to engage the Necron Ships as the Ukigos fought off the necron and Jap planes untill the fidels came back and assisted them operation cherry blossom was in full swing and the cobra troops thought the Japs would be defeated by the end of the day

Dear sir or madams that represent the Greater Evil Imperial Japanese Dystopia

We, the people and government of Bordeaux, have taken notice of your aggressive and imperialistic moves in your region. Through these actions, you have thrown the region into chaos, and have brought upon a great war in which the losers will likely never recover from. All of this, because your overly nationalistic culture demanded war.

We will stand by our allies and those who we see were attacked with no warrant. If this means that our forces will engage in combat, then so be it. Since GEIJD has shown no willingness to cooperate, and will unlikely cooperate under any circumstances unless agreeing to the enemy's surrender, we are afraid we must intervene.

Futhermore, the Republic of Bordeaux declares an official state of war between the ourselves and the Greater Evil Imperial Japanese Dystopia. All non-commercial Japanese aircraft that we intercept will be shot down; all commercial aircraft that we intercept will be captured and escorted to the nearest base. The same situation goes for Japanese ships. We will not let this war end until you have been brought to international justice for your incessant warmongering and imperialism.

OOC: That was still godmodding GEIJD. Taking about fifty looses to more then a thousand missiles is way to little but allright I will accept it. This time.

If more then 10 of your air superiority figthers survive being fired at with all those missiles I just launched at them when they have already had to fire their counter missiles what three times I will however not accept it.

Likewise since the Zero's has none of the technology of a modern day aircraft and since the QU-9'ers has in abundance you can't actually engage them as they fly a mount everest above what your Zero's can fly.
