Secondly, we think you should edit the constitution and give more rights to the parliament or representative governing body, and less to the monarch, before proclaiming a new monarch. After a month you should then expel the monarch and hold elections for a new head of state and head of government.

iberia government does not lose its independence and become a protectorate, the proposal is rejected by the Nationalist government

Your nation is still welcome to join the Region, however we are amidst the creation of a Regional Defense Force, of which depending how proceedings go, if you wish to be included within it, may be required to pay maintanence, however if a protectorate of Crescellia would not have to.

As I said, you would have full reign over your nation, however if an action causes severe negative effects both regionally and nationally, we would seek to intervene and conclude it peacefully and fairly. Though we are not a 'democracy' we seek to better the lives of our citizens as a society.
