"Yes, We will be attacking Geonovia and Cornwallis, And Zhenostavakia and then Pohlmania eventualy"

"But sir, I can see the attack on Geonovia happening and the Cornwalliis being sucsessfull, But Zhenostavakia?"

"Yes, You will be incharge of hammering them to shit with Long range artillery and Rocket trucks"

"But what about troops?"

"Dont worry il inform you later, We will be deploying 1,000.000 Soliders and the territories soliders, We will have a combined army of 6,000,000 soliders"

"Yes sir" They all said as they left.

Geonovia-Mahdah Border

Fifteen Heavy Howitzers were camoflauged in a open forested area of the border, The crews loaded the charge to fire the gun and then loaded the HE Round that would cause much damage,

The Artillery CO began to shout out cooridantes as the crews repositioned the Barrels to fit the Cooridnates givin to them by the CO,

"Ready!"

All at once the Howitzer's fired off there Rounds, The rounds went through the air as they headed for there target.

A total of Fifteen combined Armored and Infantry divisons began advancing on Geonovia's Border defenses

Several F-99 dive bombers took off from there airbase and flew towards the Border,

"Candy to Savage, Fifteen minutes ETA Till firestorm"

The Dive bombers dived down towards there targets, They eached dropped five 50 pound Napalm and Cluster bombs as they pulled up and hauled ass away

Three SKUD Rockets were postioned Several Kilometers away, The SKUDs were wired to launch and hit any City or town within a 50 mile radius,

The CO Gave them the order to fire,

One by one they Launched as they soared 15,000 feet into the air, Then they deceded down to strike

Due to the unprovoked attack on the peaceful nation of Genoveia, 5 million ground troops are being mobilized by the Foedus Triplex toward the Mahdahvian border with "Belgium." These troops should arrive at the border in a matter of hours, where they will begin their offensive into Mahdah.

At this moment, Tornado GR4 Aircraft are on their way to bomb Berlin with BL755 cluster bombs. These bombs will be targeting industrial, military, and government buildings in the city. They will have fighter escort from Typhoon fighter planes. They will be sent in multiple waves and will report back with a damage report in less than two hours. In addition, any ICBM fired will be intercepted by a SAM Missile, and ten cruise missiles will be fired at Berlin. If more than one ICBM is fired, ten cruise missiles will be fired for every ICBM.

As a response to the unlawful invasion of Genoveia and Corwallis the Gutian DEFCON Level has increased to two, we are starting to mobilize our forces.
As I make this anouncement Gutian army units are moving to southern Grindelland, Gutia.
There they will prepare defences and possibly go over the border to Danishmark if they are invaded and as of right now that seems to be a likely event.

Gutian Air Force 39 Gripens are patrolling Gutian airspace and Gutian Fleet units, most notably the submarines of the HMS Gotland class is patrolling Gutian waters.

Mahdah, cease with this mad and imperialist actions immediately, or I may have to send the brave soldiers of the Gutian Armed Forces into your forsaken lands, there are not many soldiers compared to the other armed forces of the region but they are highly trained.

OOC: Hey there, sorry to interrupt your thread. There're a few things I noticed about the RPing here, though, and in the interests of making the most of your talents and abilities, I'll hand out a few pointers here and there to help spice up the RP. They say variety is the spice of life, and that's even the case in the art of dealing death.

Quite a lot of the posts here are what you call 'number posts'. That is to say, people post the number of soldiers/ships/planes they have, write down what they're doing in what direction, and leave it at that. Which is fine... but isn't it a little boring?

If you want to add that extra something to your RPs, don't just post numbers. Hell, don't make much of them in the first place! Write from the point of view of individuals; don't just tap out a few random numbers, because frankly, you can do that on any decent strategy game. Don't just wage a war; paint a picture of the war. Write out the war from the perspective of generals sitting around tables, from that of infantrymen engaged in close combat, from sailors desperately battling it out with invisible enemies to fighter pilots tussling for dominance at hundreds of kilometres per hour. The whole point of all this is to tell a story, and the story told by numbers is a pretty poor one. You can go beyond that, you should go beyond that, and if you put your mind to it, you will go beyond that. Don't just wage a war; tell a story.

Secondly, Seviot; just a little pointer about what you're doing. Though it's your prerogative to decide how many casualties your troops are taking, remember that the same applies to others; your AC-130s can't have wiped out all the 'Slovakian defenses' unless Mahdah says they have. If you decide what happens to the enemy, after all, you might as well RP against yourself, which is kind of sad. And 'invincible soldiers' aren't really interesting at all. Remember that the infantryman is an individual, prone to emotion as much as any other human; keep that in mind when you RP.

Also; numbers. Again, Seviot; If you have 9 million troops in your entire armed forces, including the air force, navy, special operations and logistics, that's already three times more than the recommended maximum. The normal maximum is about 2%, but for nations with smaller economies, 1% of your population is really the limit you're looking for; keep in mind that RPing is about the process of telling the story, not the end result that is winning, and as such, it's far better to do things realistically and believably. In addition, the equipment you have is mind bogglingly silly. Firstly, the T-72 tank (presumably you're following a Soviet model) has three personnel aboard it; a gunner, driver and commander. Already, you need 15 million troops per tank. Furthermore, the logistics intensive beast that is a tank needs fuel, ammunition, and a lot of support personnel indeed; by this point, you're already looking at at least 45 million troops in your tank formation at the very least. AC-130s; well, the USA itself only had 47 in total, and that's because it's a special operations support aircraft, not particularly useful in conventional warfare against tanks and the like (where helicopters like the AH-64D and the like excel). The point is; think before you post. Work out your numbers, and RP believably.

Whether you take my advice is up to you all entirely. But if you want to RP well, interact better with other members of the community, come to be accepted and, most importantly, have fun and take something rewarding away from all this, do your best to implement it and you'll be excellent RPers in no time.

The Parliament was called into an emergency session, and Premier Andre Vermeersch was fuming. Not only had his ideas for a better, stable and peaceful Civilta had backfired and landed him into two trade embargoes, and now companies were demanding answers; but, Mahdah, the state whose relation to he sought to protect, had declared war. The Ministers of Cabinet were already seated, and each one of them looked as grim as he did.

"Well, gentlemen?" he asked. Although he asked for a plan, not even the Ministry of Defense had a contingency plan for something like this. He could already see the options before him, but before he bit the bullet, he needed to hear the opinions of his advisors.

The Minister of Internal Affairs coughed. "Well, Premier Vermeersch," he spoke in a voice with a hint of panic, "we have two options; to open our gates to international armed forces, or surrender to Mahdah before further casualties arise."

"But we've already cast our dice!" The Premier groaned. "It would be the best if the armed forces agreed to defend our nation for us, but it would strain our relations if we owe them one and go against them later. What about the latter option? What would be Mahdah's predicted retaliation?"

The MIA shrugged. "At this point, Premier, we can't accurately predict the regime's reaction. We would have to hope that they could find in their hearts to show us mercy."

The Premier massaged his forehead, and groaned. For one so composed even when the international community was against him, it was a rare sight to see him so vexed. He looked at his Cabinet, and proclaimed, "We'll send them a counterproposal, and if they do not accept we will surrender to Mahdah."

He sighed. "Why did it have to come to this?"

The Tornado and Typhoon aircraft have now safely returned from their mission to Berlin. The pilots report that 6 factories in the capital were destroyed, 2 more were damaged, 1 military base took minor damage, and no government buildings were hit. The Foedus Triplex declare this mission a success and celebrate the safe return of the crew. Casaualty reports are pending.

The Non-Nuclear Ballistic Missile was launched and hit Federingrad in 34 minutes.
All the troops began to counterstrike Mahdah. PRLA and the Armed Forces began to invade. The troop numbers combined to 12,000,000 troops. There will be an expected 8 more million troops coming from the rest of Chechslava soon, including the OPRLA . All the PRLA will be 20,000,000 troops with the Zhenostavakian Armed Forces 5,000,000 and the Onyxslavakian Military 2,000,000. The utlimate number of troops will be 27,000,000 troops.

Everyone sat down in Charvozys bunker Control Room. Every 6 General from the ZPRLA and the Z Armed Forces.
"As the Chief of Arms in Zhenostavakia and President, If the Mahdavian Military does not retreat in the next 23 hours and 58 Minutes, there will be Nuclear Warfare."

At 5:30 PM local time, General Bradley McPhearson, Commander of the Armies of the Foedus Triplex asked the driver to stop the convoy because they had reached the Mahdahvian border. He got out and troops circled around him, waiting for him to make his speech.

Men, we are about to enter the home of the enemy. We are about to stare eye to eye with those who we have talked about for the last few hours. You are about to enter into the greatest fight that this force has ever seen. We will show no mercy in attacking the army of this evil regime. You will show no fear in the grasps of a crisis. You will show no fear in attacking the enemy. We will win over these cruel and vicious regime. We will free the people who have suffered for so long. We will set them free. Now, it is up to every one of you, even up to me, to fulfill this mission and bring peace once again to this world. Our goal is to march through the streets of Berlin in less than 23 hours. With that, 5 million corageous men and women stormed into Mahdah, towards the capital at a staggering pace. They will move through towns and cities on their way to secure them and enlist support from local resistance fighters.

President William Fox approached the podium and took around a minutes time to look at the sheet of information placed on the podium. "Ladies and gentleman, I must unfortunately announce that at 11:37 am the Dictatorship of Madah attacked the nation of Geonovia. I implore that the Kelwonan Parliament declare war as soon as possible before Madah invades us as well." President Fox announced.

The room went quiet, they all new that war would happen soon but they expected the elections to be over before it actually happened. John Banks stood up and announced his view, "We have been at Defcon One for a while now so our forces are prepared. I suggest we invade as soon as possible."

Joe Williams of the Madah Relations Party stood up. "I think we should join Madah on their quest, they have many great views that could improve our own nation." A large salvo of booing forced Williams to sit down and rethink his proposal, not many people liked the Madah relations party.

"We have been ready for a war with Madah for a while, we should strike now. We shall vote on our action, if you wish for Kelwona to declare war on Madah please raise your hand." President Fox said as he raised his own hand. All the other members of parliament also raised their hands, except Williams of course. "Very well then, I shall inform the commanders of the Kelwonan Defence Force." President Fox announced.

"General Ammon, we have received our marching orders." Colonel Alan Livingston said to General Mark Ammon as opened the oak door and walked into his office.

"Well, I suppose we all realized that war was inevitable." General Ammon said as he looked at his laptop. It displayed a full map of Civilta, including Kelwona and Madah. According to the information forty five divisions would participate in the operation, named Operation Longsword. "Very well then, send in the troops. We should properly introduce Madah to the shitstorm they have created.

Special Operations Command, Lyon
The men of the 5th Special Operations Brigade had lined up in front of their MH-60K Black Hawk helicopters. "Men, their have been several threats against the nations of Pohlmania of a nuclear attack by the Dictatorship of Madah. Our goal is to take out as many missile launching sites as possible before they have they chance to launch them. Each group of five helicopters will fly low to their targets and cause havoc. We cannot allow any missiles to reach their targets." Colonel Barry Goldwater said as the soldiers began climbing aboard the helicopters which would take off very soon for their operation, named Operation Achilles. It was imperitave to get rid of the enemy nuclear capability.

Rodez Air Force Base, Rodez
The 11th Fighter Squadron and 12th Fighter Squadrons, nicknamed the Star Wars Squadrons, were already taking off. Each squadron was comprised of nineteen F-220 Venom strike aircraft and a Saab 340 AEW&C aircraft. Unlike the other squadrons of aircraft which would participate in Operation Longsword, each F-220 was armed with a MAS-100 anti-satellite missile, they were about to take down as many Madahvian satellites as possible. This would probably impair their ability to control ICBMs and screw communications for them across the board. This was Operation Burning Sky.

Troops in Zhenostavakia begin to retreat to the border

Troops continue to advance through Mahdah at this hours, we have liberated 5 cities and are on our way to the sixth. Another bombing run is now being performed on known positions of Mahdahvian artillery emplacements. These emplacements should be destroyed in under two hours. Once these positions are destroyed, there will be little resistance until Berlin where a fierce battle is expected to take place.

At the current moment, Typhoon fighters from the Foedus Triplex are inforcing a no fly zone over Mahdah for Mahdahvian aircraft. If a Mahdahvian aircraft or airfield is sighted, it will be destroyed completely to insure that these weapons are never used again.

In addition, at 9 PM local time, the RAF and HMRAF will begin routine bombings of Berlin with cluster bombs and Napalms. These bombings will cease only at the unconditional surrender of the Dictatorship of Mahdah. The main target of these bombings will be industrial areas and government buildings. Civilian casualties are expected during these bombings.

We view this as one of the most efficient ways to end the war in a timely fashion.
