Chyung Ling still kept his name, but knew that in an increasingly hostile land, he knew that soon, he will have to take part. As such, Chyung Ling, now Emperor Honox (pronounced Hawnaw) I, announced radical reforms, to open ties with communist nations, expand Syvorji's influence, through peace, unity and friendship, with the goal of creating a unified planet, without any state. Immediately, an official communique was sent.

A world divided. Split into two ideal ways of life. On one side, the darkness lurks. Communism. Even saying the word to the free world sent jolts of electricity down many of peoples spines. On the other side, Capitialism, where the light shines upon the heavens, giving free will to the people. Many nations embrace either side, Capitalism or Communism. In a world of two divides, two sides were closing in on eachother. The world is no longer chilling down, but heating up.

After having overcome the oppresive ways of Communism some decades ago, the Ancient Republic was looking towards the stars. Having embraced a Capitalist government, Tiami had suddenly experience massive growth in the economy and way of life. Unlike the Communist side, Tiami had freedom and posterity. They were little more than simple minded, barbarians in the views of Capitalist.

In blight of the Tiamian leadership, stood Miriske Yamaku. At only twenty-eight years of age, she was the youngest leader in Tiamian history. With the recent embrace of leadership, she had already had massive reforms to the Tiamian government, which included Tax Reforms, Economic Reforms, and Health Reforms. In other words, she had done more in her first few months that any other leader had done. Her next goal; to unite the continent into one Capitalist superstates. But of course, the Communist Scum stood in the way of her ideology. Already a know figurehead in the free world, she was sure to have her worlds attention.

Of course, Emperor Honox I was glad that more nations were supporting his cause. His own Sozialistweg method, that his mother developed was to ensure that more human rights, and practically a new way towards communism, since she believed the Communist Manifesto should be looked at, but knew that many parts of it are antiquated, and encouraged corruption. Thunder cackled and lightning flickered over the Bellan sky. It was yet another stormy day in the Federation of Bellganamos. As rain gently cascaded down and tapped lightly against the glass of his office, the President of the Federation of Bellganamos stood before a window, his sharp, analytical eyes scanning the treetops that were across the street from his home and office. His hands were deep into the wool pockets of the two thousand dollar suit he wore. Yet the fifty-six year old was not looking at the rain or the treetops. He had something bigger on his mind.

His Seria University-educated mind pondered over the recent proclamations made by the Imperial Empire of Syvorji. He had to laugh at the name. The Imperial Empire?, he thought to himself quietly. That's redundant. Redundant and, contradictory to his claims based on his most recent message. The crazy bastards call us the imperialists, he thought silently again.

Nevertheless, however comical the recent communique from Syvorji was, the Communists of the world represented a grave threat to the free nations of the world. Not just any old threat, like that from a terror group or rogue state; a global menace. A force of inhuman evil that threatened the ordinary lives of Bellganamosians, and all of the free world's citizens, for that matter, every single day. They had to be stopped by whatever means necessary.

Externally, the Federation was safe and sound. An island nation that was on the southernmost edge of a troubled region, she was well-protected by distance and a reasonably powerful military. Thousands of miles seperated it from the vacuum of the red forces. Several nations, including the mighty land of Osthia, stood between her on the ground, and any naval forces would be met with the powerful Bellganamosian Navy. She would not be a battleground for potential wars. Internally was a slightly different story. The Bellganamosian Communist Party, or BCP, was stirring up trouble. The Bellganamosian intelligence services were launching a global investigation on whether or not the BCP received funding from foreign sources. Its leader, Carl Stalchev, was outspoken and violently revolutionary. A shipment of AK-101 rifles was intercepted by the Bellganamosian Navy. It was unknown where the arms had originated from.

The President began to pace around the room. His hands continued to rest in his pockets. Finally, he decided that enough was enough. He walked briskly over to his desk, and picked up the sheet of paper from the Ancient Republic of Tiami. It addressed several things. Most notably, the need for an international coalition to assemble to stop Communist expansion. The Federation was fully commited to that. He pushed a button that put him on the line to his executive secretary.

"Yes, Mr. President?" a female voice asked.

"Could you send down the diplomatic team, Monica?" the President told her.

"Yes, Mr. President. Right away." the woman acknowledged.

A few minutes later, a group of men and women assembled in the Presidential Conference Room, where they discussed how to reply to Tiami's request. It was decided that the Federation would join this coalition Tiami's President, Miriske Yamaku, was assembling. All it needed was to be confirmed by the the Supreme National Legislature, which it would, and Bellganamos would be in. Yamaku was a truly remarkable woman, or as she appeared to the Foreign Intelligence Service. She had accomplished a lot for her country, and she was half of the Bellganamosian President's age!

Within an hour, a message was drafted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and ended up on the President's desk half past one o'clock. It garnered instant approval from the President.

Meanwhile, Emperor Honox I announced that sanctions would be placed on Tiami, due to it's major influence, and officially announced to cut all ties with the Coalition, and its members. Already, he imposed a policy, to relocated all the people who were of ethnic origin that joined the Capitalist Coalition, to the remote mountains, where People's Settlements would be set up, so for example, people from Tiami would move to People's Settlement No. 1 (Syvorjin: ญำนยสำห ฆำะะสำทำืะ ์น. 1," to move whenever they are asleep, to these "settlements," which in reality, are compounds, with only one way in, for the Syvorjin guards. Of course, with only one settlement, for the Osthians, within days, all the Osthians in the country were finding themselves at People's Settlement No. 1. The only exception was the Ambassador and his staff, of which they were allowed to leave. Emperor Honox immediately burned the letter, without ever replying to it. The Cold War had truly begun, and there was no chance that anybody can stop it. As for the Osthians, they were banned from leaving, and prohibited any humanitarian aid. The internet and television was heavily censored, and murals of Tau Mei were everywhere to be seen, as well as Karl Marx, Empress Sadako, and even a burning figure of Emperor Arathor, with Tau Mei and the burning figure made to cause Osthians to be scared.

Furthermore, we'd be able to limit Syvorji's military movements and possibly launch psychological warfare by launching nukes at military bases, including military airports and naval ports, as well as by targetting their damned capital." "Your Majesty, with all due respect," said Lady Ruliva Seraphima, the Osthian Foreign Minister, "Instead of just launching the nukes at Syvorji, I say that we threaten them with our WMDs first. Let them know that if our people are not freed and sent back to Osthia, then we will use WMDs until our conditions are met." Arathor looked at the FM, then back at Alexius, then at the table of arranged Cabinet members and generals. He sighed. "Very well, we shall do your plan, Lady Seraphima. It has come to the attention of the highest echelons of government of Rustonia that Syvorji has detained at least two minority groups, one of which is ethnic Osthian. This is hardly acceptable behaviour for a Communist nation. However, any threat of attack on Syvorji will be seen as an act of war against the Socialist Republic of Rustonia, and the Red Liberation Army will be authorised to engage in total war against you.

This is not to say, however, that we are unopen to diplomacy. Therefor, it is proposed that the respective Foreign Ministers or equivelant of each of your nations meet on neutral ground to discuss an end to senseless bloodshed before it begins. Should you both agree, Sighisoara, the capital of the SRR, is open to act as a diplomatic safe-zone for diplomacy.

As a result, the Syvorjins had no choice but to allow them to leave, and ended the People's Settlement programs. Immediately, bulldozers arrived, to tear down those settlements down. However, despite that, Emperor Honox I opened up, and accepted all those. As a result, the Syvorjin government immediately allowed an embassy to open, by socialist nations. Communism was on the rise, and soon, tensions were boiling in the Azerbaidzhan/Azerbaijan region...
