Grand Ball in Zhenghou

Zhenghou has risen!
The Emperor is holding a huge diplomatic ball to celebrate Zhenghou's place in the World. There will be Kings, Queens, Popes, and Presidents in attendance.
You of course, are invited to come

There will be food and dancing. In Zhenghou we waltz, tango, and duggie very well. We have world class music.

The event takes place at the Zhenghou Imperial Grande Hotel and Casino in Waoling's Linlu area, which is near the Palace. Outside there are many terraces of trees, flowers, and statues. The area across the street is filled with Hermes, Dior, and Lang signs. This high class area is the first reason to come.

Tailcoat means white tie. A tailcoat, white bowtie, and pique vest.

Mess Dress is a very formal military uniform, such as a tunic

At an airport outside the Town where the Grand Ball was to be held, a black learjet slowly twitched it's landing gears on the runway as it's crew landed the plane in ease on the smoothe and well equipped airport runway. While the plane was taxying, two men wearing black suits & ties began to put on their watches and comb their hair in a last minute effort before heading to the Ball.

"Why are we going to this again?" asked one of them in Globexian, his name was Nikolas Sampson, a well known Diplomat in Globexanter.
"Entirely diplomatic by the looks of it well, after all, that is all they have told me." answered his translator and long time co-worker Jeremy Daniels.
"You happy about this?" asked Nikolas as he put on his jacket.
"Hell no, I was planning a few days relaxed at home with the wife & kids." answered Jeremy in a bored tone of voice.
"Just wait until we hit the jet-lag." chuckled Nikolas as they put their watches on, waiting for the plane to park.

Jeremy just chuckled in reply as he grabbed his bag as the plane parked up to it's designated spot. As it did so, the air hostess opened the door while deploying the built-in metal stair case.
Jeremy & Nikolas grabbed their final bags and shook hands with the cabin crew as they walked down the staircase into a dark chauffeured BMW X6. The chauffeur took their bags and put them in the boot before returning to his driving seat, turning on the engine and slowly driving out of the airport, avoiding passport control & customs with the diplomatic passports issued to both of the men before leaving Globexanter. The chauffeur drove up to the guarded exit gate and awaited for a guard to appear.

The guard came from the crowd and stamped the passport he bowed and "welcome to Zhenghou, your Excellency" The delegate, Sir Winfross Tsap invited him into the car.
