Which part of Azen is this from? The Unionist Azen? The NPE Azen?

the Special Administrative Region of Azenyanistan, the pseudo-nation formed by peacekeepers to develop war-torn regions of the nation after they were destroyed by a conflict. It's managed like it's its own country, but really is just controlled by USEA, the alliance of nations that tend to SARAz.
