GESO Executive Committee is established as an OOC group to assist in GESO operations

Internal Mediation - Members of GEC

Review New Recruits – Baz(Dainus) & Nalydya
- Initial Vetting IC & OOC
- Entire GEC Votes
- Any GEC member may put a hold on membership for further research for potential issues. Member that proposed hold can remove, but would require a unanimous vote otherwise to override hold.

Expulsion of Existing Members – Entire GEC
- If required by mediation failure or if Santh raises the issue
- By GEC votes
- By the emergency powers delegated to the founder (subject to GEC review and used under circumstances where action is deemed vital only)
- Santh can call emergency meeting with a small fraction of the GEC for immediate action. Effective immediately but reviewed by entire GEC

I've decided to instruct our recruitment officer, to Open GESO once more... Our Group and Our alliance indeed requires it, the lack of rps by anyone other than me, thez, opp and perhaps a few... Is one of many reasons I think we need to open the gates and actively seek recruits. I will not allow us to become an exclusive Ivory tower, I ceased recruiting because I thought it would be best for the forums and us as allies to not stagnate things.. But with the recent rise of some groups.. (some with checkered histories with I) and the lack of activity .. It must be done, we're here to have fun, people on IRC and on the group should brainstorm and think more on rps to bring things to life.. I am but one person, I don't want to drive everything.


This I am also asking, if any of you can I implore you, as a request and out of concern for our future fun, to please do what you can, talk to who you can and try to help us bring in more people, either as allies , or as those who wish to rp with us. (However anyone that wishes to join GESO will have to go through Nayldya, then the GEC to be approved). Rpers though are welcome, and the process for approval in to the actual alliance, shouldn't take too long, some may have paths to doing so laid out once its set and done.
