Tipidemican Government's CEO Mathroz Demzon walked down a large hall with his Head Aerospace Engineer by his side. They both has briefcases and Formal wear. Mathroz's Briefcase contained some official purchase documents, a few pens, his personal phone(Off Mode), and a few blank note pads. The Engineer's briefcase contained some of Tipidemica's old Aerospace plans, some blueprints, Sketch Pencils, a calculator, and a few blank note pads.

"So, we are actually getting our our planet, Mathroz?" asked the Engineer, wondering if this was a huge joke.
"Of course we are! We got permission from the previous owner of the planet to obtain it if we can get there." answered Mathroz in an eager voice.
"How much is it going to cost?"
"As much as it takes us to get us there."
"And how much is that going to cost?"
"Well, that is why you are here." finished Mathroz as they opened the doors to the large room with a table that has a Theltainion sitting at the opposing end. They placed their suitcases on the table and the Engineer took out a Notepad to take some notes about the planet.

"So, lets see this planet" requested Mathroz, eager to see what the planet looks like.

The Thelean was sitting on the other side as he opened a small device that grew to show the planet.

Do note we have other buyers in mind and time is of the essence.

Mathroz and his Engineer started to talk to one another:
"That seems like a good idea" said Mathroz Demzon.
"Wait, can't we just expand our Portal Technology and use that to get there?" Asked the Aerospace Engineer.
"We could, that would be much faster and much more safe"
"We would just need a Portal in the Ocean on Earth and a Portal on Gallkio's Ocean. That would lets us just crash our Country into the Ocean and it will pop out on Gallkio. Wouldn't it?"
"That is exactly what I was thinking, then when we get their, we can merely attempt to stay a PMT country and not get killed/conquered."
"Good idea, but do we have have the ability to make a portal that large?"
"Of course."
"Well, what is holding us back, lets do this real quick and let no one get hurt"

Mathroz and his Engineer turned to the Theltainion and said:
"We have figured out a way to get their without having to travel through space, so we do not have to agree to a trade agreement. But if you insist you want a trade agreement, we could come to an agreement." answered Mathroz.
"Also, what is the 'refuse the 7th galactic amendment'?" asked Mathroz Demzon

"It means that you deny the purchase of the colony and or home planet,it is made so it cannot be Annexed diplomatically. And if what your saying is true then we can send a telaportaion device for you." he said ready for a response before he got a message.
"Congrats, as of now we will need you to convince us with three reasons and if so and is good it is yours."

"So the law says another nation cannot Annex the Planet we are on? That seems ok." said Mathroz Demzon.
"And three reasons why Tipidemica needs the planet is because the following:" Said Mathroz as he started.
"One: We need more Area for Tipidemica so Tipidemica can grow and trade in peace."
"Two: Tipidemica is currently without an Actual planet right now, it is merely an Orbital Station, we decided that if we have our own land, we will be able to do more tests and research."
"Three: We are causing slight damage to Earth right now. We have crashed into many satellites and angered some nations because of it. We wish to stop angering other nations and merely get out of their hair."

"Also, we are currently able to hit the planet with our Portal Cannon opening up a portal and letting us move their. You just need to say when." said Mathroz as he finished.

Then Congrats,the planet is officially yours,now make the pop grow baby,just promise to have all of your citizens take this drug so they have no disease pester the wildlife.

"Shall be it, We will take 250 Million Doses of it." Mathroz said in a joyous voice.

"Is that all, Tipidemica now owns the planet? Awesome, we will be there within 5 Days."

{3 Days Later}

"The cannon is complete sir, we are ready to fire on your command."
"Are all Tipidemican Vaccinated yet?"
"Yes."
"Any Side Effects?"
"Nope."
"Good. Fire."

The Cannon fired and within 2 days time a green button saying "Connect Portals" was pressed.

"Ready to crash her down?"
"Yep."
"Good."
"Lets do this."

Tipidemica flew towards the Pacific ocean and a portal the size of Texas opened up as Tipidemica slipped through and popped out on the other side in a large ocean, Tipidemica is now a floating Country on the Planet Gallkio.

"Should we start mapping the planet?"
"Of course. Send out the bots"

Twenty small, fast Zepp-crafts popped out the top of one of the Previous space ports and started to map the planet.

That is the new Map.

Creaton was happy that a nation had control over a peaceful planet and sent a message of an alliance to them.
