(Unlike me, though, the hivemind's more likely to remember them without looking them up every time... )

...Dr. Appiah at least doesn't strike me as the kind of person who would... Oh, and now that I remember to mention it, he's definitely my favourite character in the whole RP so far. And my non-NS friend's too, to whom I explained some of this and showed SL's first IC post.

I'd thought they'd been transported exclusively in pressurized vehicles - apologies for not mentioning this beyond the first paragraph of the Ancient Warrior chapter here. If you don't mind, my team are wearing blue-indigo jumpsuits (standard zero-g garb for civilians, with pockets for pencils, small tools, personal electronics, and the like) with name badges and mission patches like you'd see IRL astronauts wearing today. There are changes of clothes in their luggage, of course, but this is the closest thing to formal diplomatic attire that anyone in space uses among our little pack of nations.
Araraukar wrote:Also, Aeouia, I read most of your factbooks yesterday, even if many of them were marked as non-canon, and the Stim were very interesting - also I think Tinfect's WA ambassador or someone like that has mentioned them before in GA RP. If the PPU hivemind ever learns that 512.99-A once used to be a semi-sessile lifeform itself, it would definitely want to know more.

Excidium Planetis wrote:Oh, you are correct, they have been transported exclusively in pressurized vehicles. However, "space suits" doesn't necessarily refer to pressurized suits, which Excidians usually refer to as EVA suits on account of them being normally used as such (Extra-vehicular Activity).

If it were the full-size Military Locust, there'd be problems, as those things are 4 meters tall. The IF Locust is only a flat 2, and it can get down a bit lower if it needs to. So, unless the average height in Excidium Planetis is 5'8, they shouldn't have any problem getting around.

Also, NCLE, how does your shadow guy work? Is it tangible, intangible? Vague or sharp details? Only visual light or UV/IR? How does the speech work, because if it requires some psychic element, the plants won't be able to hear it.

Oh, right. I don't know the exact size of a Gaia vehicle, but based on the combat simulation we engaged in forever ago, and general Aeiouian vehicle design, I assumed this was the size of a small building.
Aeouia's 512.99-A is an upload of a sapient creature too, yet classified as an AI, that's why I was asking.

All Stim uploads have been in such a state for such a ridiculously long time that their identities of their baseline selves have been completely abandoned.
It certainly will be interesting to explain that to the Plant hivemind, though.
