Cure Working Effort Protocol.

If your nations government decides to work on a cure then you will have an effect to turn zombies into people again. also you will get a super weapon that can turn zombies into humans. Your 'super weapon' can be used on a nation that is overwhelmed by zombies, but don't shoot at whoever you want.
once a nation is hit by a nation with the super weapon then they have to wait 3 minutes to use theres.
I highly Recommend to persuade your group to make everyone work on a cure to survive the onslaught.
