The thread here is to be used for nations to sign up for a RP thread coming in the near future. Participants in this RP will likely know that the RP is about a Student Exchange program, to which nations can send students if they want to.

All nations from the Union Of Confederate Regions and embassy regions are allowed to participate in the RP and may sign up here.
