The delegates sat there around the table, anxiously awaiting Lither's arrival. With the situation developing in North Africa, their hold on Egypt and Libya slipping, not even recognised by most nations, and with that came weakness. And in these times, the ACL could not look weak. It would spell their doom. Soon Lither entered the room and sat down to discuss the ever changing situation that had gripped their great continent. "Well gentlemen, do we have anything new to report?"

"Well sir, it is official, Scandinavian Africa has taken over not only the north of our investment in the northern regions, but moved onto the central areas of Egypt and Libya."

"A solution could be military action, but that risks the European colonies launching preemptive attacks on us, German Africa is the most likely to attack us."

"However, if we build up trade relations with powers abroad, it could make the colonies less likely to attack us, dare hurt their relationships and reputation internationally." Spoke the Madagascar representative Fullus Dumm. "Perhaps we should form trade and non-aggression agreements with our allies; it will serve as a buffer for us in the case that tensions boil over. However, I believe that if we were to engage in a war, the taking of the Gulf would have to be quick and swift, so we could then completely focus our efforts on land conflict; it will what our War machine can sustain."

"Alright, send a telegram off to the Nigerians. To prepare, I want our ships moved to our ports at Berbera, and begin reading troops in the north for invasion."
