My nation currently does not have official language, but most of us speaks English, Indonesian and Hogane..

I've actually been wanting to do this since last year, but never got around to it back then, and forgot about it this summer until July during Worldvision 40 finals. Forgot to apply for WV 41, and had to wait till now.

MONTERRA — Having confirmed participation a few days ago, today an RTVK official announced that they are bidding to host the 42nd WorldVision Song Contest. After 2 failed attempts to bring the contest to Kasin, RTVK is now focusing to Monterra, the nation's capital. The official, who wished not to be named, stated that RTVK is trying to do everything they can in order to bring the contest back to Kalosia once again.
A different source uttered that the marketing department of the RTVK has been more involved in the current bid than in previous editions, and that campaigning for it will be much greater (possible 'massive') compared to previous attemps, both winning and failed.

Kalosia sends a bid every 5 editions (when possible) so there is no point in acting surprised about it. The nation last hosted the 27th edition in the Monterra ConcertHall. It isn't clear which venue RTVK intends to pick for the show, but rest assured more will be unveiled in the upcoming weeks.

Incident? That was something that played for a far longer time than an incident.

Anyway, as far as I can tell it does only pertain to OOC chatter as songs have included everything from mass murder (not one of the best moments of WV, imo) to incestuous twin brothers (one of the best moments of WV, imo ). I would assume that it also kicks in if you'd be like 'I want to kill Praciba, I want to eat his guts' in your song and it's totally clear that you mean me instead of my IC nation. But seeing as most of us are a rather friendly bunch, I'm pretty sure that rule won't have to be invoked any time soon.

We've also had Saintrabina return (at least to WHF) recently and Euski was going to but unfortunately it hasn't happened yet. Glad to see all these old regulars returning. There's no need to link my entire post, you know. I love the extra exposure but it tends to clutter up a thread.

Anyway, there's a small page-thingey at the top of every post, in the left corner. Right click on that and then simply copy the link, which you can then use in a [url][/url]. I would advise you to read the stickeys though, as they explain stuff like that.
