There are 35 chapters. Every member of IU should make 2.

When some countries make laws and policies that they choose, we will vote for them on Assembly. By this procedure:
- every nation decides about their delegates
When document is put on voting they should write (FOR EXAMPLE): Semolian 70 Delegates FOR.

I want to recommend we hold off on establishing a whole bunch of bureaucracy. Let's get what we have working working. There are a few areas of concern for me.

1. The Trade Organization doesn't have any rhyme or reason for how to set prices, there is no proposed strategy for this. For instance what does 'prices' refer to? By the pound? The gram? The Liter? The tonne? Who knows? App form doesn't give a hint about this.

I think part of why players are not signing up is that they have no idea of what is meant or what is wanted. I think the trade agreements themselves render the price issue moot for the time being. Unless there is a system by which players can set prices, this part of it is pointless.

2. We need active participation in the trade, foreign affairs, security council and space agency threads that is productive.

Focusing on these two things is more important than establishing new infrastructure. Let's get what we have already established working properly.

You can create a general resoltion from enforcing quality healthcare, insuring right to healthcare, R&D (Research and Development) for new vaccines and medicines. Feel free to add some funding in it as well. We got a few billion in bank, so feel free to allocate that to stuff.

THE INTERNATIONAL GLOBALIZATION SUMMIT

Greetings fellow IU members!

The IU will be hosting a Globalization Summit, here in the definintion of globalization to those who don't know:

Globalization is the process of international integration arising from the interchange of world views, products, ideas and other aspects of culture. Advances in transportation and telecommunications infrastructure, including the rise of the telegraph and its development the Internet, are major factors in globalization, generating further interdependence of economic and cultural activities.

The IU is looking for candidate cities for this epic summit, where you nations bright minds and inventions, cultures, and its best products to be shown off! This will bring tremendous tourism, and the world leaders of the IU! Think of it as the world fair but more techno and business!

A perfect city would have:

• Great Infrastructure, and the ability to produce/setup large buildings.
• Great Utilities, the ability to power and maintain water demands during the summit.
• Good Tech/Business Center, the city is already known for being a tech or business city.
• Low Crime, the city or the where the event will be located will have low to no crime.
• Security, the city and nation has superior security to be able to set up around the location.
• Open-Minded Populace, the city would not be threatened by the ideology of Globalization.

The Summit will be open to Observers to come and apply to be a city candidate! Tell your allies!
