Brannackian-Zealandian Congress [IdeaDraft](NZ/New Brannack)

My idea to do this is to create a multi-regional senate, of sorts. Basically, it would have 3 nations-not any executive (Like the founders or the Brannack delegate)-from the less populated region, and 4 (again, not the delegate or founder) from the more heavily populated region. After that, it would work similar to the Senate of Brannack or the UNZ. Creating legislation ideas, then voting on them and implementing them in both regions. Either the Senate of Brannack or the UNZ could also pass a law, then submit it to the multi-region body, to see if it could pass there. To pass, it would need a 5/7 majority, so the larger region wouldn't have control over the smaller.

An extension to this could also be a court, with the Senators voting on the case. (just an idea)

If a proposal was voted against, and one region wanted it to pass,(unless the proposal was a both-or-nothing deal) they could vote for it in their own legislature.

Name Ideas;
    United Regions Congress
    United Allied Regions Congress
    Allied Regions Congress
    United Allies Congress
(The advantage of not including the region names would leave it open for more regions, like Lazarus Grand Penninsula, to join)

It could be 'Congress' or 'Senate', either one works.

Maybe something with both Zealandia and Brannack in the name, if not the 'New' parts of them. We can always think of the name once we've gotten the kinks sorted out.

A great idea, and I would indeed like to invite LGP to join it. Would other government position holders (Just not Delegate or founder) be able to join (e.g NZ Regional Security Officer, Chancellor)? I like the name United Regional Assembly. And as Brannack already has a Senate, I don't think this should also be called Senate.

I put in my application to represent New Zealandia as a free dictatorship, ruled by a non-greedy leader who enforces freedom of speech and expression, whilst maintaining a strict set of rules on parliament and leadership.

Anyone without direct executive power over their region. So you, me, and CFP (or whoever the delegate would be, after an election) couldn't do it.

If NZ's delegate became executive, then they couldn't do it, but presently they can.

No, it's like the Senate of Brannack and the UNZ

The State of Shahak is interested in representing New Zealandia. We are a Free Democratic Nation. Also Shahak was the 4th original nation in the region.

In interesting proposal, just to clarify: The 'representatives' of each region would serve as a senate, whereas all the other members would be a House of Representatives?

Yes and no. The Representatives would be the voting members of the assembly. If you aren't a rep then you don't vote in the URA
