The technological apocalypse that we are entering is a Singularity that will bring about a qualitative transformation in our way of being. The technological apocalypse represents a world state of emergency, which is my concept for a state of emergency of global scope that also demands the establishment of a world state. This world state must have absolute control of the world and it's resources to bring social justice and get rid of greed. Liberal democracy sadly is incoherent in dealing with a problem such as this.
So the world needs one centralized authority to control it and to allow the technology to proliferate peacefully so it is not used in a Third World War that could wipe out humanity, although if such a war were to break out, perhaps the remnants of humanity that would survive would see I was right all along and form a one-world government. But even in our current universal peace that globalizarion and technology have provided the inevitable choice is clearly a one-world government for everlasting peace on earth.
@James Redfield So you want to make a world government and everyone who disagrees with you is a Anti-Semite or a Nazi. Wow I have never seen such insanity. And by the way I would never join your hypothetical one world government and neither would anyone else in my country.

@James Redshield: Although I would not put it that drastically, I must agree with Mister Wells here. People will not give up their individual statehood for such a rather lacking idea, for that is part of their identity, and even if your idea finds supporters, what will your wonderful world government indeed do with those, who still disagree?
And before you ask, no, the world does not need one centralized authority that controls everything, not for peacekeeping, not for advancement, not for anything - and especially not from someone of your profession. If you really want "to bring social justice and get rid of greed", you should start by looking into a mirrow.

This country has a lot of great people from multiple backgrounds this is our nation and our identity and we will preserve it we don't need or want a Computer overlord or a one world government full of enslaved people, no this is why I got into politics the world is turning into a cesspool and it's time the average people put their foot down.
