A great statue of Queen Alara of Derita was raised today in Port Victoria in the middle of Golden Centre Park, a large area in the the mid section of the capital city. The jet black statue showed the Queen in all her regal glory, 25 feet tall and able to be seen from a mile away along the the streets leading up to the park. Hundreds of people simply stood beneath the statue, viewing the Queen of Derita almost as an angel.

New Entertainment Industry: Death Battle!



A combined effort of The US's largest corporations, including The 3 Giants of the defense industry Kisaragi, Mirage, and Crest industries have combined their resources unveiling a massive multi-mile radius stadium, dubbed The Arena.

The new show which has been called "Death Battle" will reportedly pit various "mechanized humans" as the new form of combat android has been dubbed, against each other in various matches in fights to the death, or atleast until one side is no longer capable of combat.

Season 1 is scheduled to begin showings within a few weeks, and tickets for ringside seats are already on sale with the average ticket costing around 300$ per spectator.

Today on Akane National Square in the Southern Iravian capital city Kabutoji, the Iravian emperor Ryuu Kaon gave a speech to the nation concerning the position of the Iravian Empire in the Freedom Defense Coalition and the downfall thereof. According to emperor Ryuu the last reason for the Freedom Defense Coalition to still exist has vanished when the recent agreement between the Enclave and Russlande about the exchange of the murderous Tsarina was made. The agreement forbade any member state of the Freedom Defense Coalition from going to war with another sovereign state in the region. This has at first sparked outrage in the somewhat militaristic southern half of the nation, where the right to declare war is seen as a basic right for every self-governing country. According to them the ability for Irav to defend its overseas interests and to protect its alliances around the globe has become impossible.

The Iravian emperor too spoke about how his nation would keep to continue working closely together with its allies and Freedom Defense Coalition members, most notable of which are North Timeria, The Enclave and the United States of Conner. To protect and defend common international interests and alliances around the world. So far neither the emperor nor both Homeland Chiefs Aniuk and Chou have given any orders that would remove Freedom Defense equipment from Iravian soil. Emperor Ryuu has also said in his speech that he had no plans to remove Iravian Freedom Defense equipment from foreign bases in North Timeria, the United States of Conner and the Enclave.

Today the King of North Timeria has been hospitalized after falling down the stairs. He has also released a statement saying he will be passing down his position to his oldest son. The King believes he is no longer healthy enough to hold the position. Infinity has not yet confirmed this but he is currently in the hospital with his father. We could have a new king by tomorrow after noon if Infinity steps up.
His wife Deria will become the Queen, something almost all of North Timeria welcomes. For years she has won the hearts of the Timerian people, along with her sister-in-law Honey. Together they have started all kinds of health and educations programs. Most notably the Child Nutrition Act, which improved the quality of school lunch around the country. Within the student population they are ranked 1 and 2 as the favorite monarch. The number one position is constantly changing.

The world was shocked as the priceless, most expensive piece of jewelry in the world, the famous Princess' Necklace was stolen from Princess Anna Charlotte's country estate last night by unknown thieves. The multi-trillion NSDollar necklace had been given to Princess Anna some five years ago by King-Emperor Christopher II, and was worn by the Princess at a regal party that she hosted the night before. The necklace was place back on its stand and in the morning it was gone! Winston Police arrive after mass drive-by shooting in Downtown Winston

Tragedy struck today as a gray sedan sped through Winston firing from both sides killing 6 injuring 20. At 10 am the gray sedan began firing on Main Street. Police were called and arrive just a minute later. Soon after more reports came in. A pursuit began through the city streets. A police SUV sped to an intersection infront of the car. The driver lost control and ran into a large building. The driver was killed. One passenger was shot after he continued to fire on officers injuring 2. The other was injured in the crash.

The drive by and chase brings light to the rapid rise in crime after the death of Queen Caroline. People have ramped up protests to the crimes and efforts to lower crime rates have begun. It's expected as the new Queen settles that crime will to and life will continue. It's rare to ever see crime at home but when it happens it turns tragic.

King George I of Great Hyruke, the forgotten co-ruler of Great with his new wife, Queen Mary of Great Hyruke, (Bella of Reutoa) made history today with a large three party ended with great surprises.

After arriving in the River port city of Barsa in southern Prussian-Iraq, four days ago, mass celebration took place to a level never seen before. Around 120,000 to 450,000 people joined the party. Fireworks, guns, cannons fired day and night as people danced in the streets, soldiers, veterans of the war joined in. Confetti fell from the sky like ran. Giant cheese wheels, vodka and wine and beer were brought out.

Then Shit Got out of Hand....

On the morning of night two, the party increased to around half a million people, in which videos recorded people running around naked, kissing and making love with any and every body, even same sex groups. More and more alcohol flowed, filling the streets with around 1.5 feet of pure alcohol. Elephants, lions and tigers were let loose in various sections of the city, King George himself riding a muzzled tiger on top of a elephant. A epic hunt took place, in which rabbits and deer were chased down by people on foot, in which a naked Minister of War, John H. Davidson chased down, tackled and bite and deer in under ten seconds.

The local people then started to fight! Partying riots and mock battles became real ones in the drunk state of the city and southern part of all of Iraq. Levees were smashed as the party goers celebrated more and more and the water flooded into the city. King George and Queen Mary hijacked a fishing boat and lead a armada of boats and small ships through the flooded streets between skyscrapers, following the directions of a 11 year old girl. This resulted in around 8,000 people being killed as they fought in a high never seen before in history.

By day number 3, Queen Caroline ordered the army in to stop her cousin, but to no help as half the new troops joined into the fun, running the entire land of Iraq dry of any alcohol along with that of French Syria and British-Jordan to the west. Then flames went up. King George destroyed the entire city of Barsa, setting various buildings on fire and using explosives to level the city as the water ran away. Then the next two cities close to Barsa were burned as the party went out of control. Today, there is nothing left of the three cities, save flat plains of sand and mud. No more alcohol exists in much of the Middle East and some of Hyrukian Africa. The Royal couple have been flow back to Londres in the wake of the what has been said to be the Greatest Party in History.

It's a strange time in Sera as outside communication has mysteriously stopped. I have been given reliable information which tells of a governmental agency known as the CDE taking control for the time being. Also, soldiers stationed abroad and at home have been placed on high alert while the details as to why remained obscure and heavily classified.

Boarders have been shut down all over the nation while port access has been heavily restricted to the point where freighters are only allowed to drop off their cargo and its crews confined to either the port or ship until their departure. The government has maintained silence on the matter despite pressure from freelance reporters and news agencies. There has been speculation that the activation of the Center Of Disease Eradication (Notice how it's called the Center of Disease Eradication and not something like Vaccination, or Cure. My sources tell me that this agency has only been activated twice since the nation's founding, both times just before or during a massive viral outbreak) is somehow linked to the murder and mutilation of former High Chancellor Elias Davis just a few days ago. Perhaps he was exposed to something that we don't know about that forced the government to activate the agency?

Regardless, news outlets have closed their international broadcasting and instead switched to channels only available in Sera. Not only that, soldiers commonly seen on the streets in partial policing uniform have been replaced with men and women wearing full battle rattle with their Epsilon rebreathers equipped. Marshal Law has been established in many Serian cities, it's residents barred from being outside past 8:00 pm. During this time the only things visible on the streets are soft changing lights of street lights and small contingents of patrolling soldiers who every now and then is followed by armored vehicles. Remarkably, there has been little resistance to the imposed policies. Yet, there is an ever present feeling of fear, maybe even tension as the populace awaits... Something.

The people are going crazy as the biggest riot in Derita in the last 103 years has broken out in the center of the capital city. A 45 year old woman, Miss Johanna De'liles was at a local donut store and attempted to buy a donut, but she was short several coins and was refused the donut. From there, everything spiraled out of complete and total chaos in the capital city of Derita.

Miss De'liles took a cardboard sign and marker, marching down from the donut shop to in front of Chateau Yvonne, a city house of the Imperial Family, and stood in silence with her signed held up across her chest for 5 hours. A total of 14 other people joined her peacefully in the sidewalk and many were shocked.

The issue was solved however when King-Emperor joined the woman and bought her a small box of donuts and sent her on her way.

The Video starts out shaky as if the camera was being moved/jostled. Soon, it becomes stable and the sight of an empty street save for a massive amount of barricades, soldiers, APC's and Tanks forming a line down a wide highway leading out of the large city becomes visible. Just above them is the changing colors of a forgotten street light while Snipers positioned themselves on the nearby rooftops. A voice can be heard off camera, and soon the helmet-cam turns towards another soldier who stood next to the Lance Corporal. "Make sure you keep your helmet on tight. If we don't make it outta here, that camera will at least let everyone know what happened to you." Another voice comes from much closer, presumably the voice of the helmet's wearer Senior Lance Corporal James Vos. "We'll get through this. We have to, you know? We aren't just trying to protect the people leaving Rapture, but everyone all around Sera. This is ground zero, and if this thing spreads-" The Lance corporal quickly silences himself when one of the other soldiers shout "Attention!" The camera whizzes around to stare directly forward. After a few moments an Epsilon clad woman struts out with her hands behind her back and helmet clipped onto her belt. She stops directly in front of the camera and stares out at everyone from atop of the barricade.

We are about to face a threat far greater to our way of life and people than any foreign power could ever hope to imagine. We were betrayed by one of our own who killed Elias in cold blood to release this curse upon us... . And today, we will make sure this traitors plan to destroy us, his plea for us to die, his desire to kill our people will only fall upon deaf ears and cold steel and lead. That traitor believes the only way to save the world is by killing off most of it's population and rebuilding it with the survivors. Well you know what? How about we start with every infected bastard in Rapture, then we go and shove the Serian Flag down his throat!" There is a resounding cheer as she says this. "I won't lie to you, we are grossly outnumbered... 800 to 2 million in fact. But you are all are the best and bravest our proud nation has to offer. We, the 221st, will ensure they do not pass! The convoy's are still evacuating Civies and we must make sure not another innocent person is lost to this horde. Once they're clear, the CDE will be able to... Cleanse Rapture... This will be our last stop Boys and Girls, whether its done by our own hand, the CDE, or the infected are up to you. Know this, back there, climbing into those trucks and buses, are your families. Your wives, your daughters, your sons, sisters, brothers, and parents. You are not alone today, no. You have your Brothers and Sisters in arms next to you, fighting with you! And for whatever reason Aeron decides it's your time to go, we just have to make sure we don't go alone and take as many of these scum bags with you as you can!" There is another cheer, this one much louder than the previous one. She stops speaking then and presses two fingers to her ear. Hurriedly, she speaks up once more. "Prepare yourselves!" The commander hops down from the barricade and quickly disappears from Camera view.

The camera looks down at the weapon Lance Corporal James Vos held in his hands. The Corporal right hand pulls back the charging bolt, then looks back up. The Helmet camera's microphone picks up several similar sounds as soldiers all around do the same. After a few seconds, multiple figures become apparent through the thick fog, each one nearly hairless and their eyes holding a sickly appearance. Many of them dragged weapons along with them, while others held devices that could at least do a bit of damage. The Senior Lance Corporal pats the side of his weapon several times while shouting out: "Kat Ru Vok Mii!" A small text appears and slides at the bottom of the screen that reads: (Now you Face Us!). Soon thereafter, the soldiers all around the Lance Corporal repeat him and slap their guns in unison while screaming the mantra. The infected people slow in their tracks, seemingly perplexed in this show of defiance. The moment they slow, every weapon in the 221st Infantry and 76th Armor began to fire. Their bullets and shells forming a wall of lead and screaming death. It doesn't take long for the infected citizens to pick up their pace after the initial shock. For each person that fell, it seemed 4 more took their place. Soon, the 221st Infantry looked to be firing into a massive wall of flesh that with each passing second came closer and closer to the barricades. The Tanks and Escort vehicles were doing their jobs, punching holes in the massive wall. Yet, it was like the holes would regenerate instantly.

A Voice comes in through the camera's microphone. It was coming from the man next to the Corporal. "The Last convoy isn't out of range yet! Look, I don't think we're going to be able to pull out of this one... Not until that Convoy gets on its way!" The Corporal's camera never turned to the man, while his gun continued to rattle off shot after shot. By now, the fine details on the clothing the infected wore became visible. It only took a few more seconds for the first infected civilian to begin climbing on the Corporal's Barricade. It was also now that they began to run out of ammo. Further down the line and just barely in camera shot, a soldier of unidentifiable gender throws down their weapon, draws their knife, and hops up and over the barricade and straight into the horde. The Numbers quickly overwhelm the brave soul even with their Epsilon Armor, but not before they take 15 of the infected with them. As time goes on, more and more clicks that signaled the lack of ammo became more common than the gun actually firing. With the holes now present in the defense, the Infected are able to climb over the walls and descend into the lines of hundreds of pissed off, powered armor wearing, blood thirsty Serians.

Lance Corporal, sounding as if he was trying to reassure himself more than anyone began to shout: "We will not surrender! We will not let them past us! We are Indomitable! We are-" The feed cuts out as an infected Civilian jumps over the barricade and onto the Lance Corporal, the last camera shot being of the infected male's twisted face, and his upraised Machete.

Military reveals new standard combat armor for front-line combat MOSs


In keeping with the severing of all ties with the old ISAF government, The US has phased out the old ISAF full body combat gear, replacing it with a new design featuring Steel-NanoMetal alloys, to give the armor extra stopping power with only a slight increase in weight. The new design also incorporates some of the advances carried over from power armor development, including the customizable motion trackers, squad HUD up-link system, and vision modes as well as the air filtering system present from the old designs.

Several active duty Legions have already been equipped while we expect rear-guard positions to acquire the armor within the coming weeks.
