Brief history (not less than three sentences):The United Kingdom was founded in 1707 - it was a marriage of Scotland, Wales and England (joined soon by Ireland).The United Kingdom was an Empire by 1750; by 1860 - the sun never set on the Empire - its roots spread from America to Asia.
The First Anglo-Euro took its toll on Britain. It saw Britain and its territories in Europe against Russia, the remnants of Prussia, Austria and Italy. While The Empire came out victorious - it left Britain in a state.

Then, a Veteran spoke up, asking for change. His name: Oswald Mosley.
He and his Party: the British Union of Fascist promised change, wealth and freedom. By 1935, his party gained control of Britain. No more, did Britain had to suffer through the strife of different parties or the greed of politicians. The Parliament was ruled by the BUF and they all sought a better Britain.The Monarchy, whom were being so mistreated and abused - were returned to their proper position of Power.

100 years later, all his promises have been fulfilled and Britain is now the dominant super-power of the world; and now it looks to the stars.

If you could each post or send me your monarch's immediate family (i.e. their parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts/uncles, cousins, and offspring), then I will work with everybody to create this grand relations web.

The only country where I know that happened was Italy under Mussolini. It was still technically a kingdom, while Mussolini had all the power. All other fascist countries in Europe (Franco's Spain, Nazi Germany) were opposed to monarchy. You could argue for Franco being an exception, because on his death he basically reinstated the kingdom, but for most of his time in power there was no monarch.

Its at this point that I will point out that there is no one single 'pure' interpretation of fascism, and that during the 30s, they had links to the English monarchy. So its not incredibly far-fetched.


Though I doubt I'd want to ally with one.

I love making maps, but I don't think a unified map would be a good idea. Too many competing claims. Unless you mean maps of individual countries

Ok I need to clarify the roles of the Mapmaker and the maps.


We're not making a uniform map for all our nations in one place or even all our nations PERIOD, because as you all said that's difficult, BUT we ARE making political and geographical maps of each nation, and we'll put in all the important details.

As, however, drawing neighbors may be difficult and it's difficult enough drawing one nation, we'll simply draw the nation and it'll look like it's an island. It may not be an island, but it'll be drawn in a way where ONLY that nation is shown, unless they wish otherwise. So borders will not be included and the stuff outside the nation will be left blank unless the nation wishes otherwise.
Also since Novo mentioned he/she likes drawing maps, I'm placing Novo in charge unless Novo doesn't want to, or someone shows me they're a better mapmaker.

And we'll label units too of course.

Any ideas of how to further make drawing the maps simpler while still drawing them?

I think it would be very hard logistically, and too large of a project, to make a map of every country when many countries already have threir own maps, and many do not need them anyways. Rather, I think making a map for a MF capital would be loads of fun. Sort of like an international zone, like the UN compound in New York, where all countries could come together and discuss issues of importance.
