RESOULTION ONE

THE SANTIAGO ANTI COMMUNIST TREATY ORGANISATION

The founder's council, ministries and high command of Santiago Anti Communist Treaty organisation, in order to strengthen the ongoing crusade, fulfil our duty towards eradication of commies and total destruction of socialism in all forms, hereby announce what is following:

1) That IFC, an alliance known as International Freedom Coalition's members many times attacked SACTO diplomatically and stood in the way of ongoing crusade against communist block.

2) That IFC members require total devotion to IFC's cause, and may provoke conflict of interests in case of SACTO - IFC tensions, whole SACTO should focus on dedicated members, who will push the SACTO's goals, not foreign alliances goals.

3) That SACTO is multi-ideology alliance, which attempts to unite different ideologies in ongoing crusade; while IFC forces specific ideology upon it's member nations (Liberalism).

The SACTO nations hereby announce that:

1) No SACTO member can be IFC member at the same time.

2) No SACTO nation may join IFC without being expelled from our alliance.

3) No IFC nation can join SACTO.

4) All common members between SACTO/IFC must take oath of loyalty towards SACTO.
