Our Mission: Contribute to the education of young people, through a value
system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people
are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society

Terms and Conditions

Applications must bear an authorized signature.
All Member States must have, and/or create a Scouting Program.
During Jamborees, all international scouts that wish to participate must be allowed to.
Every child must have the right to be a scout (No Discrimination).
