It did not escape my attention how activity lessened when the Signup thread and the Discussion thread were separated (same thing happened in the UL for a bit when they did it)

The issue right now isn't numbers. IU/ICON is still delicate, and we need to work on preventing another incident. We can't procrastinate in our defenses. Once we're done with that, we can begin getting stronger.

Strength is found in numbers in all things. We will focus on both security and recruitment. As well, Valaran's hypothesis of lessening activity due to thread division has proven true. We will be joining the signup and discussion threads when the I.C.O.N is finally implemented.

One of you will be receiving the Telegram announcing your appointment to the Presidency very soon.

I will not be appointing any other position until the Presidency has been filled.

All IU members that were ejected from the region, Please telegram me immediately. We need to get the people, organized IMMEDIATELY. This is of very big importance, and please relegram me of any concernss of the IU region, or otherwise your questions to get organized.
Anyone out of the region, example ZATAK, do not telegram unless you have questions.

Damn. First thing back and the Union of Nations is raided. I would love to help with ICoN but I've got another summit to organise, assignments coming up and food poisoning. So don't expect me to be on very much.
