The Hohenfriedberg Conference on Nuclear Weapons Proliferation, better known as the Hohenfriedberg Conference, is an international organization headquartered in the Couasian capital of Hohenfriedberg, meeting regularly, dedicated specifically to limiting the proliferation of nuclear weapons, as well as the promotion of peaceful use of nuclear technology as a whole.

Parties to the Conference are aware of, and henceforth agree to adhere to, the following principles:

RECOGNIZE that nuclear weapons cause undue, unnecessary amounts of suffering to civilian life.

ACKNOWLEDGE that their militaries, for all practical purposes, do not require the use of nuclear weapons.

VOW to dismantle their existing stockpiles of nuclear weapons, and stop any further domestic production of nuclear weapons.

ADVOCATE for the peaceful use of nuclear technology, such as energy generation.

ENFORCE tighter safety and construction regulations pursuant to nuclear reactor construction.

REGULATE all existing stockpiles of radioactive materials that could be used for nuclear weapons.

PRACTICE environmentally protective practices with the disposal and recycling of radioactive materials.

This section describes the roles and responsibilities of each type of Conference member.

The Chancellor is elected annually from the ranks of the Full Members, to act as the Conference's official WA delegate, and unofficial 'leader' of the Conference. The Chancellor has the power to raise Conference legislation, but not vote on it; start and post in Conference threads, as well as manage admissions. If impeached by a vote of no confidence, or unable to execute his duties for other reasons, a Provisional Chancellor will take over.

Full Members have the power to introduce and vote on Conference legislation; post in Conference threads; and run for Conference offices. Along with these privileges, however, Full Members are expected to adhere to the Seven Principles, and carry them out in good faith.

Observers are either states that seek to eventually become Full Members, or prefer to permanently observe the oversee goings-on of the Conference. They may not vote on Conference legislation, post in Conference threads, or run for Conference offices. On the other hand, not obliged to follow the Seven Principles.

As we have ample resources for pursuing geothermal, hydro-electric, and recently an entry into tidal energy sources, we have entered nuclear energy as a scientific endeavor. What we hope to achieve by participating in this conference is additional resources of information and technology to improve the profit margins of nuclear energy. We see a potential for nuclear power as part of our capitalist expansions but fail to see nuclear weapons as contributing anything worthwhile to the world as destroying a potential customer base is "bad for business" as we say.
