Caesar's Legion Agreement

AGREEMENT FOR THE CREATION OF THE ROMAN ALLIANCE CAESAR'S LEGION
This force is intended to militarily aide member-states that are attacked without provocation by external countries.
Caesar's Legion will not be used to attack other countries. It is only to be used to defend fellow member-states.
Caesar's Legion is an international force and does not represent any one country. It is a multinational force consisting of various nationalities.
Any Roman Alliance member-state is eligible to contribute to Caesar's Legion, however, protection by Caesar's Legion is not conditioned on a country's level of support to Caesar's Legion
The Main Caesar's Legion Base will be located in Artite.
Every member-state must give at least 5000 battle able troops OR 500 special forces troops to Caesar's Legion.
Any member-state has the right to withhold its troops in Caesar's Legion from participating in a given conflict. However, if they do not voice their opposition, the troops will be automatically sent to the area of conflict that Caesar's Legion use is justified.
Justification is based on the basic principle of the Roman Alliance military alliance: Defense for member-states that are under unprovoked military attack from non-member states.
Any member-state has the right to withdraw their armed forces from Caesar's Legion.
